Calling is pointless no one ever calls back, no matter how many messages or voicemails you leave. My shipment sat doing absolutely nothing for THREE WEEKS, with zero updates, zero explanations, and zero concern. I was kept completely in the dark the entire time. What finally pushed this into unacceptable territory was the fact that the only way to get my box delivered was to personally bribe the drivers. That is beyond unprofessional and speaks volumes about how this company operates. This business has no customer service, no transparency, and no respect for its customers.
