The pillows are fluffy and feather pillows so clearly they can be pushed down to fit in a box. She didn't attempt to try. I mentioned I'd call Amazon to see what other options are available for me to drop off at this location and she even went on to say "I don't work for Amazon; I do this all day and I don't need to try. It won't fit. " She went on to talk under her breath walking around the store being super unhelpful. When I spoke to Amazon rep she mentioned there's no way Maria should've refused my drop off and they provide them with multiple boxes for larger items. In short, I had to leave with the pillows and she was still being rude and combative as I walked away. This woman is terrible and I now understand why they have the reviews they do.
