The star rating is meaningless in this case. With all of…read morethe great reviews, when my computer crashed I headed to axiom. Signage said hours started at 10am, lights were on, and lighted open window sign was flashing. Door was locked, waited about 20 min (anyone can be late, right?). There was a sign on the door stating if door was locked during business hours to call, but only an answering machine. I know what you're thinking, small town shop, probably on a call, give him a break.... Okay, but I met his expectations of customers, that is, don't show up wanting service when it isn't business hours. I didn't make his schedule, or put the lights on a timer. He did not meet my expectations of being open as he advertised. Obviously, this happens often, or there would be no need for the door sign. Pro tip: if your schedule is going to be crazy, or is just organically not reliable, put: "By appointment" I ultimately went to N. Attleborough and was well taken care of.

I built it myself 7 years ago, so I usually handle maintenance myself, but I couldn't get it to turn on at home, and I didnt want to make things worse, so I found Joe's online and gave a call.
