Once I…read moreconfirmed that I wanted to use their services to mount my tv, they scheduled the appointment really quickly and I was able to get someone to my home the next day. I could also pay and tip online. Their contact consulted with me throughout the service to ensure the tv would be where I wanted it, and he was careful to put down protective cloth so that they wouldn't leave a mess. He worked pretty quickly, neatly, and ensured I was good with the service before he left. They also provided a cord cover for the tv cable without an extra charge. Overall, it took about 30 mins. It was a little pricey, but I knew that beforehand and chose them because they had good reviews! Would definitely recommend.

Fortunately, I was able to hire another company, Aura Smart Spaces, to fix the mess that Mr. Khan had created and left me with. They were able to straighten out all of the problems he caused and properly connect all of my components in about 2 hours and for a much more reasonable price. Because of his incompetence and his complete ghosting of me when I tried to get him to complete the job as promised, I would never hire or recommend Khan Design to anyone.

Major problem in that the system did not work on the first floor doors and windows. $200/hr was quoted to us at the time for diagnosing and fixing the problem (but they could give us no evidence on length of time this would take). 2. The gentleman had me sign a bunch of papers - "sign here, sign here". Turns out one of the "sign heres" was for a 3 year commitment/contract. I believe in good faith representation - they should bring your attention to important facts when signing. 3. We would like to cancel our subscription. They will not turn off the system unless we pay the 3 year contract total for our system that doesn't work. Alternatively, they want us to pay for our install visit at $255 for the 1.5 hours they reported they were at my house. Would NOT recommend. Clearly they use their contracts as part of their money-making model.
