Drove over to Best Buy to be told to come back the next day as I did not have an appointment. So I went to North Shore Shopping Center to MobiTech. The gentlemen told me he should be able to fix it and quoted me a very reasonable price and said that it would take 20 minutes or so and that if he could not resolve my issue he would not charge me. I left my phone with him after he assured me he could be trusted. (Let's face it, phones or not cheap these days!) I went back a bit early in case he needed extra codes etc. from me but the phone was all fixed back to its original layout and everything worked as if nothing happened! My experience was very pleasant and positive. I will go back here again in a second and highly recommend MobiTech to anyone needing help with their cell phones.
