    Let me first say that I wouldn't even give them one star but it wouldn't let me post my review…read moreunless I gave them at least one star. Wish I had never gone! Went to the kiosk in the mall because they offered same day repair of a cracked iPhone screen when everyone else was telling me 1-2 days. Regret not having the patience to wait. Was super happy at first that it only took them 20 minutes and the cost was only $115 plus he gave me a deal on a case. Right away I noticed my phone messing up. The screen would glitch and then the phone would randomly open apps on its own and the only way around it was to turn my screen off for 5 minutes. Went back the next day and he took my phone and replaced the screen without a question. It stopped glitching but now it's even more screwed up! Someone told me they must have laid the screen in improperly and not correctly in line with the sensors that operate the touch screen. It takes me forever to type anything because the keyboard is out of line-if I'm trying to type a "j" for example, every time I hit j it will put an h on the screen, if I want a j I have to hit on or near the k button. And recently it's started glitching again. At this point I don't have the money to go elsewhere and there is no way I'm going back there! DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE REPAIRS THERE FOR ANY REASON! THAT IS UNLESS YOU LIKE TO WASTE MONEY, TIME, AND YOUR SANITY!!! I give them 0 stars... if I could give negative stars I would. Oh and surprise surprise the case that he told me I should get because mine didn't offer any protection and was the reason my screen shattered so badly, the one he gave me the deal on ($30 instead of $40) fell apart less than a week later. It split at the seam and the glue holding the part that wraps around my phone and attached to the actual case part basically did the same job as my spit would have. What upsets me the most is that I told the guy that I was a single mom and that I had saved for weeks to fix the screen and gone without quite a few things in order to get it fixed, he's also the one who told me I should "treat" myself to a new case and even tried to sell me one that cost $60 first. I am usually not one to write reviews let alone scathing ones but if it keeps just one person from going through what I did than it's worth it. After 6 months of hell and aggravation I finally have the money to get the screen repaired at the business I've been to before, the one I should have gone to in the first place. They told me it will take a day and I'm more than ok with that. Screw you Rogue Valley celerairis! Thanks for nothing. PS this review has taken me more than 40 minutes because I have to keep going back to fix the errors because the screen is not properly set on the sensors and keeps picking the incorrect letter

My family and I went into the store and were immediately greeted with a handshake from the manager, Chris, good guy. We had very specific questions and I'm a demanding customer and the representative, Manny, who assisted my family was able to answer all of our questions in detail and was patient and courteous. We weren't ready to make the jump yet so we left to think about it. We were back in the store two hours later, we took them up on one of their awesome family plan deals they just announced. My parents both got their first starter phones, I chose to buy mine online for less from Ebay and am waiting to receive it, but so far AT&T service has been reliable on my T-mobile LG G2. Anyways, the representative, also named Chris, that helped us the second time was knowledgeable, friendly and Insanely patient with my mother and I. I couldn't thank them enough for their professionalism and patience. We are happy with our new phones and plan and are looking forward to the service. I want to point out that I was able to remember the employees names in the store because my experience was so positive at this location.

I went back to review what was supposed to be done with Dan and he said he would take care of it. Next month billing still incorrect. We exchanged emails and I was again assured it would be fixed. Now several months later it is still wrong, when I email Dan I get no responses and now we can not get the insurance on the phone we were supposed to have and are still be billed incorrectly. I will not go to this location ever again and will look to change providers.

I understand service centers have policies, and I wasn't trying to argue or ask for special treatment. When I walked in the store tonight it was empty and I hear a "I'll be right with you" yelled from behind a wall. When the technician walked out and asked what they could do for me I replied with a sad smile and a "I hope you can help" and went on with my story. As I was trying to explain, they interrupted and asked me to remove my phone from its case, and took it without explanation. As soon as they noticed a very small cosmetic scratch on the frame -- unrelated to the software boot issue -- they cut me off mid-sentence and stopped listening. The phone (which is 2 months old) was handed back to me with "it's out of warranty," with no other explanation. I tried to continue the description of the issue, as it was a known software issue with the phone. They insisted that a minor cosmetic scratch voided the warranty. I questioned it and they said they would check with the manager. Went behind a wall for less than 2 minutes and returned and said they wouldn't help, I could try mailing it to Samsung. The manager did not come out to address me personally. This was especially frustrating because Samsung later confirmed the device was still eligible for warranty service for this issue. I can accept a "no," but the lack of basic communication and empathy made an already stressful situation worse.

Went to pick it up for the second time and they said it would be too expensive to fix and I should call Asurion, file a claim and most likely they'd replace the device for me. Called Asurion who of course had no interest in helping me. So I spent 2 round trips to the store, lots of time on the phone and money on a monthly plan, without actually getting anything fixed.

How wrong is when I don't even have a car and nothing was ever set up right from the start. It was only a bunch of hell right from the start.
