Recently upgraded my wife's phone and Dan at the store was very helpful. We had the phone delivered and set up but later found out the billing was incorrect. I went back to review what was supposed to be done with Dan and he said he would take care of it. Next month billing still incorrect. We exchanged emails and I was again assured it would be fixed. Now several months later it is still wrong, when I email Dan I get no responses and now we can not get the insurance on the phone we were supposed to have and are still be billed incorrectly. I will not go to this location ever again and will look to change providers. read more

I went in to T-Mobile to switch from AT&T just before I walked in to this location and you'll see from my profile I don't write a lot of reviews. Jessica and Brandon deserve this one- it's all about these folks. Jessica: She knows what she is selling, both the plans and the products. First thing she did was identify the issue with my billing. I was paying too much and she point blank said so. I had not said one word about the visit to t-mobile. I instead told her we were looking to update my daughters phone which was true and part of the draw to investigate t-mobile. She proactively identified the opportunity to save and get new phones. Off to the races with the plans, the equipment, the options for my 12 year old in storage, safety, etc. She did it all from the trade in to the accessories and we walked out with watches and better plans with a better bill- if they could clone this woman there would be nothing but 5 stars from everyone on here. I consider going into any of these kind of stores be equal to a root canal so I get why people don't normally rate well but I am telling you go to this store and ask for Jessica. Wait for her. She's worth it. We are looking forward to going back to do the switch ups to the new equipment- it's just the way it's supposed to be. Final note on Jessica: she's a very good person. It takes a lot of patience with a 12 year old young lady picking out pop sockets and such even as her mother- much less as a professional with others waiting to be served. Jessica is the real deal. She saw my daughter as a client. My daughter has never felt so important and quite frankly these are expensive purchases so it meant a lot. All around rock star experience! Thank you, Jessica. Truly a pleasure and you have established two lifelong customers. Brandon: Shout out to Jessica's associate, Brandon. He overheard us discussing some challenges and jumped in with some personal recommendations on chargers and a safety option for our car. We could not be more pleased with his suggestions for the Belkin products. He also was very informed, was fiscally reasonable in what he recommended, and tailored the choices he offered to us. Brandon, appreciate you! As a former senior leader in a Fortune 500- attention leadership: these two are your high performers. Promotions! Raises! Recognize these folks! They are living the brand and they are what differentiates your store from the others up and down route 9. No gimmick will lure folks once they get with someone like these two. I would follow them to the next place- and that's the truth. Best experience in any phone store in my life hands down. Anyone needing a change, this is where you go. Ask for these two folks. Buyer beware......When you purchase a phone they will add on insurance ($17/month) and other costly monthly features without your consent. Then you will have to spend 30 minutes on hold with AT&T to remove the charges. read more

This store has consistently been a mess. I waited an hour after being told it would be 5 minutes, repeatedly. Then, they had no idea how to handle a trade in of apple phones. I had called first to make sure they could handle a trade in and they confirmed by phone. When I finally got to see a representative, he said he didn't know how to do it and told me to go to apple. I told them to look on the att website where it says to bring the trade in to the store but they just said they didn't know how to do it. I spent an hour on the phone with att support and they didn't know either. I went through two levels of supervision and then the phone went dead. This has been a ridiculous wast of time. read more

This is the first time I ever went to an AT&T store, I have been a T-mobile customer for years, but I had multiple bad experiences with their service and their store (went there just before I came here!) and was ready for change. My family and I went into the store and were immediately greeted with a handshake from the manager, Chris, good guy. We had very specific questions and I'm a demanding customer and the representative, Manny, who assisted my family was able to answer all of our questions in detail and was patient and courteous. We weren't ready to make the jump yet so we left to think about it. We were back in the store two hours later, we took them up on one of their awesome family plan deals they just announced. My parents both got their first starter phones, I chose to buy mine online for less from Ebay and am waiting to receive it, but so far AT&T service has been reliable on my T-mobile LG G2. Anyways, the representative, also named Chris, that helped us the second time was knowledgeable, friendly and Insanely patient with my mother and I. I couldn't thank them enough for their professionalism and patience. We are happy with our new phones and plan and are looking forward to the service. I want to point out that I was able to remember the employees names in the store because my experience was so positive at this location. read more

I had a really good experience at this store. I was there for a simple iPhone re-activation. My fiancée had to temporarily downgrade to an iPhone 5 while she waited for an iPhone 6 to come back in stock, so I was there with her old phone for a new SIM. Scott M. helped me out and he was friendly, conversational, and re-activated the phone quickly while also explaining rate plans in a way that was much more transparent than I'm used to hearing. It was refreshing and changed my perception of AT&T stores -- in the past I've dreaded going to these locations because of previous experiences with AT&T on the phone and in stores. This was completely different and Scott was great. The negative reviews on here surprised me as well, but maybe they had different representatives helping them. That can make a lot of difference. I have multiple lines and I pads on their family plan. I have had AT&T for 15 years. I wanted to take advantage of their "buy one iPhone 8 get one free" offer and replace four phones. I was told that I had to add a new line for each phone. I pointed out that Verizon and T mobile had the same offer and the reply was that it made sense because I would be a new customer to them. It was suggested I call AT&T "customer retention". I did and the title is an oxymoron. They simply gave me the same line as the store. In short TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I'm heading to Verizon 1st thing in the morning. THEY DESERVE NO STARS FOR SERVICE, FIVE STARS FOR BEING INFLEXIBLE AND FOOLISH. read more

I'm basically new to the "Smart Phone" age. I had an iPhone 3 and now 5c. When I upgraded, thought I was getting a good deal on a good phone with reliable information from the guy at this store. I got the 5c and the "warranty". Was told that if anything happened to the phone just let AT&T know and they would fix or replace no questions asked. well, guess what? Yup - I needed to use the warranty after having it 15 months. The Camera went dead. I took it to AT&T and they just gave me a card that had a website on it and said nothing else. I went home, went on the website. Oh lord. They want me to pay $100 on top of the warranty. WTF? Are they kidding me? So basically DO NOT GET THE WARRANTY because it's useless. Your paying $10 a month for a warranty that you have to pay to use. Apple has a warrantly on their products for the first year as it is. read more

Extremely rude. My fiance and I walked in the store hoping for a phone repair. We stood there for 5-10 minutes, all three of the male employees saw us, made eye contact, and completely ignored us. This was the one true horrific experience I have ever had with an att rep. ill describe him so you know what he looks like: medium height, skinny build And bold head. He gave a fake name "bob" but he told the police his name was "Steve". So I walk in the store like I have had so many times before I stood in the blue line and waited for someone to acknowledge my presence. The guy walked forward towards me so I came in closer. He said what brings you in today and as I started saying he quickly interupted me and proceeded to tell me that he doesn't do tech work that he is the only sales person and that he is not going to assist me because he was "too busy for me" and he had another customer waiting! I was complete shocked at his tone and response. So I told him "I don't like your attitude" and what did he do?! Like a true att professional he walked out pushEd the door open and told me to leave! I did just that but I also called the police and filed a report and call corporate. Where to begin. So I have been with att for years. Decided to purchase a iPad where you do the monthly payment plan Guy said a figure manager was right next to him no less. Said to add on would cut it down to 25 a month. I'll admit it I never check my bill and realize they completely screwed me !! On top of that purchased a iPhone for my son and was getting bills for like 4/500 a month. We would be getting messages saying you have gone over limit another ... Has been added. All while he was at home sitting next to wireless router. Talk to one person they say one thing another they say something different . Finally spoke with someone who admitted signal might not be picking up and using data plan instead ( really while he is in the house ??? ). Then speak with someone and they say turn off his data which I did. Of course the brilliant service rep didn't tell me that you have to do it ever month day after bill goes thru . If you tell me it's off then I assume it is off!!!! So many lies can't speak for all the one I deal with is next to legal seafood in Natick on rt 9 ! read more

We got our phone upgrades here a few times over the years, and I was always treated well. Today I stopped in with my iphone because it seemed to suddenly shut down first thing this morning, and I couldn't get it to turn on. With some trepidation due to lack of technical savvy, I approached an associate who immediately greeted me and asked what he might help me with. As I explained my fear that my phone had died, he pushed a few buttons and I soon saw the apple logo then my home screen. It just needed a reset he explained, possibly due to a power surge or some other cause. I'm sure there was no special difficulty in fixing the problem. What I have to commend the young guy on is his demeanor throughout-- he made me feel at ease and not the least bit foolish about it all. In fact, he took the time to assure me that he was happy to help and things like that happen all the time. It occurred to me to post this so other older cell phone users might try them for good service without condescension! I met the manager that day, too, and concluded that the amiable atmosphere starts with him. read more
