Samsung support specifically directed me to this location in Natick, MA, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I understand service centers have policies, and I wasn't trying to argue or ask for special treatment. When I walked in the store tonight it was empty and I hear a "I'll be right with you" yelled from behind a wall. When the technician walked out and asked what they could do for me I replied with a sad smile and a "I hope you can help" and went on with my story. As I was trying to explain, they interrupted and asked me to remove my phone from its case, and took it without explanation. As soon as they noticed a very small cosmetic scratch on the frame -- unrelated to the software boot issue -- they cut me off mid-sentence and stopped listening. The phone (which is 2 months old) was handed back to me with "it's out of warranty," with no other explanation. I tried to continue the description of the issue, as it was a known software issue with the phone. They insisted that a minor cosmetic scratch voided the warranty. I questioned it and they said they would check with the manager. Went behind a wall for less than 2 minutes and returned and said they wouldn't help, I could try mailing it to Samsung. The manager did not come out to address me personally. This was especially frustrating because Samsung later confirmed the device was still eligible for warranty service for this issue. I can accept a "no," but the lack of basic communication and empathy made an already stressful situation worse. read more

Very frustrating experience here. Brought an ipad that wasn't charging. They convinced me to purchase a monthly plan with Asurion, as it would be the best deal for fixing it. Picked up the ipad and they assured me it was fixed and would charge. Got it home and it did not charge at all. Brought it back and they said it was actually a different problem (without really acknowledging they'd previously told me - falsely - that they'd fixed it). Went to pick it up for the second time and they said it would be too expensive to fix and I should call Asurion, file a claim and most likely they'd replace the device for me. Called Asurion who of course had no interest in helping me. So I spent 2 round trips to the store, lots of time on the phone and money on a monthly plan, without actually getting anything fixed. read more

Don't bring your electronics here, unless you're feeling really really lucky . I'm 0-for-3 with this company . Luckily I never actually had them work on my devices. I just brought each of the three to them ask them for a diagnosis and a price or range of prices . In each case, I brought the devices to another company, and the fix was completely unrelated to what You Break I Fix and said was the issue , and the actual fix was much cheaper than their estimate. read more

Dropped my computer off very start of December, they told me they would call in 2 weeks to decide if it just needed the fans cleaned on needed to be sent somewhere to replace them. Never called until we did and they said they sent it to fix the fans and that it would be back by mid December to early January. After about a week mid December came and went so we called again. They gave us the number of the place where it is now. After calling the place we learned they needed to replace the battery as well. And they said it will be back mid January to end of January. It is currently January 26 and I just want my laptop back. read more

Very disappointed. Took my laptop there end of June, have been told that they will order a certain part. Two weeks later went back to the store- no existing order. Store took my information for the second time, ordered a part( at least I was told so) 3 weeks later I stopped by the store- order was canceled for no reason. No one knows why, no one bothered to call me. read more
