Visited the store last week Thursday to fix my broken screen, they fixed it and I was really impressed. All my life i had been told not to trust these kind of shops and I felt that that opinion was no longer correct. Until I got home realising that now my Audio and speakers on my phone no longer worked. I went into the store that following sunday store is meant to open at 10am it opens at 10.30am. I asked another shop owner if they still open Sundays I was told that they do but they are always late. Waited around in the shop for 1h 30 mins while my phone is being looked at but the problem persisted even after being told its sorted. Went back on monday and the manager sorted the issue finally. To be honest after this experience i wouldn't go back. I would be a fool to go back there for anything. Not trustworthy, bad timekeeping and unprofessional. The guy that spoke to me on Sunday had no manners. Update.... Few days later I realised that the screen had not been glued on properly and there was a gap, then now it has broken again... Screen doesn't work and they are too disgusting to refund me. It was a rush job for £60. What a waste of money. read more

Great business model, great service, great guy (Jason). Jason rolled in, set up, and fixed my phone. He was super friendly to our kids and very honest about the work he needed to do. Big thanks to the Boston Phone Guys! read more

This is pretty damn awesome. These guys will come to you for any phone repair you need. I shattered my screen and Jason came to my job to work on the repair. It took him about 30 minutes or so to fix it. This is a great deal...you don't have to travel or spend money to go to a store. If you mention Yelp, you'll receive 10% off the total cost. I just gave him the full cost without the discount because I was appreciative of his service and convenience. Highly recommend! read more

Great, quick, responsive service! You make an appointment on the Boston Phone Guys website, and input the address you want him to meet you. This is the best part of his service; he comes to you where ever you are in Boston, so you save time and transportation fees! Jason arrived to my work office promptly, asked for a space to fix my broken screen ($80, but if you mention the yelp deal "X% off your first screen replacement", then you get a discount). Jason was fast and professional. Thank you Jason! read more

Super easy to make an appointment, Jason was right on time and it took like 15 min to get my phone screen repaired. Incredibly convenient and much cheaper than getting my screen fixed at a Best Buy or the Apple store. Best Buy said it would take 1-2 days for my phone to get fixed so this was unbelievable. Definitely recommend him! read more

Great service. He was on time and fixed my phone in around 15 minutes. I had a Groupon coupon that I could pull up to use, he said no problem and gave me the discount anyway. I would highly recommend them. read more

These guys are the best. I've used them a few times, not only do they come to you but they are completely honest, my last visit the technician told me it was actually my Gorilla Glass screen cover that had shattered and I wouldn't need the screen replaced. He didn't charge me for his time even though it was my screw up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! off topic, if you want a good laugh read the most recent review the person below me left at the 99 in Quincy when their prime rib was a medium rare, not a medium. OH THE HORROR!!! anyone that wasn't pleased with Boston Phone Guys 100% has a personality disorder read more

I can't say enough about this company. Jason was professional and efficient. I will never stop at a mall kiosk again. Great job.

Jason was very fast and efficient in fixing my phone screen. Super nice and professional, and also responded right away. Was able to fix my screen in about 15 minutes! I would highly recommend him and will be using his services in the future. read more

Jason was great. Called a little bit ahead of time to let me know he was available early and was finished around the time my appointment was meant to start. Super quick and easy, just had to let him in the door. When I inevitably crack my screen again I'm going with him/Boston phone guys. Highly recommend read more

My iPhone 7+ screen shattered last year & I didn't do anything about it until literally pieces of glass were falling off when I used it. I reached out to Jason, he provided a quote rather quickly and I was able to set something up with him same day. He came to my office and repaired my screen in under 30 minutes for a reasonable price and various payment method options. I would recommend him to anybody. Call Jason, he got you! Thanks Jason! read more

Jason was very professional and personable. His communication from estimate to completion was excellent. There was a slight delay in his arriving for the appointment we made, and he called well ahead of time to check that this was ok. His servicing of 2 iPhones was done 100%, quickly, and was a good value. He was not 100% sure of the condition of a replacement screen he first installed, and without prompting immediately changed it out for another new replacement that looked perfect to him. His 90 day warranty is as good as you will find anywhere. I recommend him without hesitation. read more

Hands Down the best iPhone repair service I have used. Not only is it affordable but the technician, Jason came to the house in the morning and fixed both the screen and the battery of my husband's abused iPhone, in under an hour. I can't rave enough about the professionalism and the service we received. I recommend everyone use BPG. So glad, I went on here to find a recommended iPhone repair company. read more

The Boston Phone Guys are super convenient, reliable and affordable. I made an appointment online and they sent a technician right to my office space in downtown Boston. They are pleasant and easy to talk to as well. When it comes to inconveniences like a broken phone screen you don't want to wait until you make it to the store or deal with your phone provider that is over priced. Choose Boston Phone Guys! read more

This is the best cell phone repair service that I have experienced. I never trusted the repair technicians at mobile stores and I stopped buying insurance after a bad experience with a carrier. I heard about Boston Phone Guys and Jason was highly recommended. He is professional and reasonably priced. I've used BPG multiple times and would definitely recommend. read more

These reviews are legit and Jason is a lifesaver. He just came to my office to fix my phone, which was completely shattered after someone had stolen it and then hurled it onto the sidewalk (I disabled it and the guy who stole it freaked out... long story). Anyways, it took Jason about 20 minutes to fix the whole thing at a ridiculously fair price plus the 90 day screen warranty (which you've probably read about in the other reviews here too). I called him this morning and he showed up later this afternoon... I can't say enough good things. I'd use Boston Phone Guys again in a heartbeat. read more

This guy saved my phone (and my wallet). I had run over my phone back in the first snow storm of the winter. Unbelievably, my phone still worked, but the screen was shattered. I used my phone for months before it stopped working. It was freezing and lagging all over the place. I called them (from another phone) and they said they might be able to fix it, and if not, that wouldn't charge me. We met at Starbucks, they spent 15 mins and voila! They worked the miracle and my phone is like new. So reasonably priced. I recommend them highly!!! read more

Jason is prompt (three minutes early, in fact). His prices are excellent, not even accounting for the fact that he came to me rather than me driving over to him. The batteries in the iPhone and Motorola HD Maxx were replaced quickly, and everything is working just fine so far. read more

Quick service. But the screen never sat correctly. I keep it in a life proof case, Jason assured me it would be fine even though the screen stuck out more than the original. I have a crack stemming from my headphone jack now. Lasted about 10 days with no drops. read more

This dude is the best- he came to my dorm and fixed my phone in 30 Minutes. He did tests to make sure the screen worked, and gave me a 90 day warrantee in case anything goes wrong. Much better experience than I've had with any other repair guys AND he's the cheapest in the area. DEFINITELY go to him! read more

Yisha was awesome!!! Right on time and professional. And my broken screen is fixed!! Would absolutely recommend you guys to friends and family. read more

Jason does excellent work. He is responsive, arrived in less than 30 minutes and replaced my iPhone battery is less than 10 minutes. I had called him once before when the screen on my iPhone was acting strangely. He took my phone apart and didn't find anything wrong and surmised that it was a software problem. He didn't charge me for the visit. Someone else would have changed screen or at least charged me. I wouldn't call anyone else, as long as Jason is around. read more

HANDS DOWN THE BEST REPAIR SERVICE.. TRUST ME!!! If I could give 10 Stars I would! I am the queen of breaking iPhone screens. I blame it on my obsession to have cute phone cases. I messaged Jason late and the afternoon to see if he could fix my phone. I ended forgetting I messaged him and went to lunch...I looked around downtown at all the places you will find on yelp that repairs cell phones. Every last one of them wanted 180 to 200 dollars (mega phone or whatever they call themselves, Dr. Phil, Etc.) When I tell you don't go to those places, the prices change every week and so do their employees aka family members. Keep in mind they have mixed reviews.I knew that was a ridiculous price so I went back to work. I realized I messaged Jason at this point and seen that he responded and told me he could meet me at my job. He literally came to my job in less than an hour from us talking. Took my beat up IPhone (and I mean cracked, could not swipe or even turn on settings) and started working in his car. (FYI I work in one of those fancy office bldgs. where you need to have an access card that's why he was working in his car) Poor guy had to move his car because of the parking lady but he was done in less than 25 mins. The Phone was just like New and for $130 that was the cheapest price I could find and I've tried places everywhere( Kiosk in port authority NY, square one mall, downtown Boston and some in Everett) I have two phones and my insurance cut me off lol... Normally by end of the day I would have problems with the phone (skipping, not responding fast enough) I swear it just like knew. I immediately ran T-Mobile and purchased a screen protector and an Otter box :) Please DO NOT HESITATE TO TRY BOSTON PHONE GUYS...SERIOUSLY ITS LEGIT...TOO LEGIT TO QUIT..LOL *excuse errors I am sneaking to type this at work . read more

Great experience. Replaced my very broken phone screen. The appointment was easy to set up, it was only $90, and it only took him about 30 minutes. I've been putting this off for a long time because I thought I'd have to leave my phone somewhere for a few hours. This was so convenient and easy. read more

Great, fast service. Came to the job an was done in less than 25minutes. Fixed my cracked iPhone 6s. Thanks for your help. Definitely would use these guys again with a phone or tablet issue. read more

I reached out to Jason around 11pm last Monday and he met me at my office around noon on Wednesday. I had completely shattered my iPhone7 screen and he replaced it in the time it takes for me to take a lunch break, and for under $100 (through Venmo-- so easy!). He offered a 90 day warranty, so I'm confident that this was an unbelievable value, especially compared to his competitors' offerings! I was so impressed by his technical skill and if (God forbid!) this happens again, Jason will be the first person I'll call. read more

Great service. Came right out and replaced daughters iPhone screen. She needed to turn it in to Verizon. When the warrantee cost you replace is $100 and you still have to set up your new phone from scratch, this makes great sense. Hopefully they'll do Galaxy phone screens soon! Thanks Boston Phone Guys! read more

Requested an appt for iphone screen replacement and was able to get an appt the same day. Jason came only a few mins late but was awesome, quick and great customer service. Can't beat a great mobile on the go repair tech to come to your home or work w great prices!!! (And only took about 35 mins) Thanks Jason!!! read more

My iPhone 6 screen officially shattered earlier this week. Jason was recommended to me by a Concierge on property, and it was a no brainer. Not only did he come to the hotel when I was working during the middle of the day, but he was so polite and kept conversation with me. A true professional, he replaced the screen in less than 30 minutes! Absolutely amazing! Best part is that he takes cash or credit, which is convenient. Pricing was great. Highly recommend, and would use again in a heartbeat if needed! read more

Talk about incredible service! Just had my iPhone 6 screen replaced by Jason. Took all of 20 minutes to complete. I highly recommend this service to anyone who is in need of mobile device repairs. Very fast service. I called at about 10:30 and he said he could be at my place at 12:30. He showed up a couple minutes early and was done repairing my phone screen in about 20 minutes. Everything about the experience was as good as I could hope, and his price was better than any competitor I called today. Wouldn't hesitate to use him again. read more

Jason was on time and really professional. I had just moved into my apartment and my roommates were running around everywhere but it didn't bother him. He sat down and got right to work. Fixed my shattered screen in about 20 minutes. This was almost a month ago and I've yet to notice any problems related to the new screen, but he offers a 90-day warranty which is nice. Pretty inexpensive as well, especially compared to spending hundreds on a new phone. I'd definitely recommend to anyone with a shattered iPhone screen. read more

Great service, great price, and super convenient! He replaced one phone's screen and another phones camera in under an hour. Then, when one of the screens started malfunctioning he came over and replaced the screen the same day! read more

This is a terrific service. I dropped my iPhone 7 Plus and the screen shattered. I called around and Jason's prices to replace the glass were $70 cheaper than comparable services. He came to my office in downtown Boston the same day and even put a new battery in my friend's iPhone. When my phone had another issue he promptly came back and fixed that too. He also gives a warranty for his work and is prompt and punctual. Given his reasonable prices, on-site visits, and excellent customer service he is my top choice for fixing my cell phone. read more
