No GPS to get to the doctors (I'm old) and no way to call or text anyone. Nick ordered the part late on Wednesday - and it was fixed by 1pm on Friday. He spent almost a half hour patiently answering every question I had, helped me set up my thumbprint, waited while I went through all my settings and showed me there is a lifetime warranty printed right on the receipt. It's hard to put a price on technology you depend on, but it's even harder to put a price on a technician you trust who loves his work. The employee who helped me was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I have visited this store…read moremultiple times, and every time I interacted with him, he was disrespectful to both me and my mother. He charged me $300 to replace my phone screen, claiming it was an original part, but it didn't work properly and I ended up having to buy a new phone anyway. What upsets me the most is not the money, but the way customers are treated. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable for someone working in customer service. I never felt respected or valued as a customer. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place. Good customer service is essential, and unfortunately, my experience here was very disappointing.

My 2020 iPad Air needed its screen replaced, but since it's an older gen, I wondered if it would be…read moreworth it to repair or if I should just bite the bullet and get the newest gen. So, I reached out to a bunch of local tech repair businesses - Jack of Fix 'N Repair responded immediately, but I wanted to wait for more quotes so I could compare... well, 7 other business responses later, it turned out that not only was this place the fastest to respond, but they also gave the quickest turnaround time estimate (30-45 mins vs. 2-48 hrs) and the most competitive price ($20-50 lower than all the others). I went in the next day and was fully expecting to be told the iPad needed to be left there overnight (there were several others customers queued) and that there were other fees in addition to the quote... but nope! Every estimate was accurate: my iPad was returned to me within 30-45 mins with a flawless screen and no hidden charges. They exceeded every expectation on all fronts - the next time I smash a device, I'm going straight there. Also, HUGE shout-out to Matt, the one who did the repairs! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to; I imagine it can be a stressful environment just due to the nature of the job... handling expensive, fragile tech while surrounded by anxious/impatient clients who just came in from rush hour traffic in the middle of a heat wave? I know I wouldn't keep my cool, so it's all the more impressive that bro had such positive vibes. Not all heroes wear capes!!!

Phone repair issue still not fixed…read more Review: I had my phone screen replaced here and from the moment I picked it up it started flickering and glitching. There is no physical damage on the phone at all. The issue clearly came from how it was reassembled. When I went back to address it the first questions I heard were "When did you get it fixed?" "Do you have the receipt?" There was no attempt to even look at the problem. No let's see what's going on. No let's determine whether this is on me or on you. It went straight to assuming it was my fault even though I paid 180 dollars and the problem began immediately after the repair. I was also told it might be because the screen was aftermarket. But aftermarket screens are still supposed to work. Assembly matters. If the repair caused the issue then taking ownership matters. I checked my review history before writing this. I have never written a bad review before. I'm only writing this to protect the next person. If this had been handled with integrity I would gladly leave five stars. Mistakes can be fixed. Denial cannot. video attached of the flickering and glitches
