After visiting the Verizon Store in Hanover because my voice was breaking up when speaking on phone. No one could hear/understand what I was saying. The Verizon Rep suggested that I visit Gadgets in Hanover before getting a new phone. I did and was promptly greeted by "Dave" ( I think) who said he would be with me in a few minutes and he was. He took my phone to the back room and came out a few minutes later...we did some test calls and the "problem" was resolved saving me the expense of a new phone! Thank you "Dave"!!! read more

Great service. I had an issue with my charging port. I took the phone to two different Verizon stores and they could not clean the port. I took the phone to Gadget Techs and they were able to clean the port and get it to work in 5 minutes. Very nice, professional young man that performed the repairs. Dave came to my rescue. My desktop stopped working in the middle of moving house and I just couldn't spare the time to troubleshoot the issue. Dave gave me some recommendations over the phone but I decided to just let him take care of things. I got my computer back the next day! The charging port on my old iPhone 7 Plus was on its way out, only charging my phone if I put it on an angle or by putting the cable on a pen. I took it into Gadget Techs to see if it could be replaced so I could hold onto it for a few more months. They told me it would only take a couple of hours so I ran a few errands and came back. Not only did they replace the port but they also put in a new battery after they checked it for $25 more. Well worth it and now my phone is reliable again!! Definitely recommend!! read more

I got jammed up as I accidentally broke the screen on my 200 year old work Dell laptop and had a deadline for work and was too scared to tell my law firm that I broke the screen on the laptop. I was stressed it either wouldn't be able to be fixed or it would take time to order the screen as the laptop was so old. The owners, Dan and Scott, were so incredibly kind and helpful. They asked if they could get it back to me later in the week and I asked if they would pls get it to me today and they could charge me a fat surcharge for the speedy turnaround. Dan told me to wait or go do errands for about an hr or so and they'd get back to me. They called me back about 30 minutes later. They had a used screen and installed it and only charged me $100!!! I told them they could charge me more and he said it wasn't much effort for them. He even said he would keep the shop open for my return. I was blown away by how great these guys were. A few years ago, they had helped me save text messages from my late Mom.who had recently passed away and transfer the messages from an old ph that broke to a new phone and charged me next to nothing. These guys are very competent and honest and it is a pleasure to do business with people like that.. the other lady in the waiting room raved about her experiences with them. I was extremely happy with my experience with gadget techs. I had shattered my iPhone and went to go see if they could repair it. I walked in around 5 not knowing that they closed at 6 and they told me that my repair would be done before they closed, and at 5:50 it was ready. Decently priced, maybe just a tad expensive, but definitely worth it if you don't want to pay what most insurances cost to fully replace a phone.
