He charged me $300 to replace my phone screen, claiming it was an original part, but it didn't work properly and I ended up having to buy a new phone anyway. What upsets me the most is not the money, but the way customers are treated. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable for someone working in customer service. I never felt respected or valued as a customer. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place. As he was using the impact I yelled "STOP!". but it was too late. When I spoke to the manager he just said its normal practice to use impacts on stoves. That is a complete lie. I ended up getting Miele the MFG to directly come out and the certified tech used a hand turning screw driver. Stay away from this place. They literally learn on the job and the manager deserves a clown nose
