This place is a SCAM. I was assigned to them by Electrolux for my washing machine. They came out to "diagnose" the issue then told me that they ordered a part to be delivered to my house which never came. Unable to reach them after several attempts and after almost 3 weeks waiting I had to call another company to come out and they fixed my machine within a week. I had to call Electrolux to get a refund. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

Company is a joke. They sent someone out in their personal car. unlettered. I called this out to their manager and he told me its "hear say". Sorry dude wrong way to use that saying. I have a 7,000 Miele cook top. The guy working on it decided to use an impact gun to take the torque screws out of the burner. Upon screwing it back in he cross threaded it and snapped the screw. As he was using the impact I yelled "STOP!". but it was too late. When I spoke to the manager he just said its normal practice to use impacts on stoves. That is a complete lie. I ended up getting Miele the MFG to directly come out and the certified tech used a hand turning screw driver. Stay away from this place. APS Electronics was assigned by Frigidaire to handle a warranty repair on our French door refrigerator. The unit completely failed (flashing panel, no lights, no water/ice). Frigidaire initially scheduled service for 11/10 with APS, but no one ever contacted us. We had to call APS ourselves and were told the earliest appointment was 11/13. On 11/13, the technician came out, confirmed the problem, but left without repairing the fridge and without giving any clear ETA for parts or a follow-up visit. 6 days later, we still have no updated appointment and we've been without a working refrigerator for more than 10 days, with a family of five and a lot of spoiled food. I called and left messages three times (!!!) with no follow-up from the company. Finally, 6 days later, I was able to get through, only to learn that.... an APS Electronics' technician could not obtain the part number from Frigidaire!!! In 6 days!!!! It took me one (!) 30-second Google search for the fridge model to get the parts diagram. To confirm, it took me one (!) 2-minute call to Frigidaire to ensure that I have the correct part number and to get the parts catalogue sent to me in the email. APS Electronics: unprofessional, unreliable, terrible customer service. Based on this experience - missed initial contact, lack of proactive communication, and no clear plan after the first visit - I would STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST using this company for anything. read more

!!! SCAM!!! Absolutely horrible! Appears as though they can only replace iPhone screens per the reviews....Whoopie! If you ever call an appliance manufacturer for an appliance repair ... including warranty work ... and they mention APS Electronics, ask for someone else! Called 12/31/25 and the best they could do was 1/8/26. They then said they would show up between 8:00am and 1:00pm. At 1:15 ... without receiving any calls to correct the 8:00am -1:00pm miss ... they said they would be there in a half hour. I work from home and I'm 10 ft from my front door. When I called at 4:30 to ask if anyone was going to show up, the claim was that they called 7 times and no one answered...and knocked in the door for 15 mins. "She" was clever enough to describe the color of my house and shudders! Brilliant! Is she the only one that knows about google maps!? "She" then went on to tell me I could reschedule but would have to pay the cancellation fee!!! I'll put my phone records up against theirs to prove no phone calls were made. I had a service to repair a fridge about a week ago tech came out called ahead person was great. Two weeks later fridge stopped working again this time I get no call no heads up, I proceed to call around 11:30 am asking for a eta as the timeframe for the repair was bewtween 8am-5pm. Long story short no call no email or heads up about no on showing up so I wasted a day of my life waiting on nothing. Not sure who was in charge for the day or scheduled for this repair but I would 1000% fire them for that horrible experience. Hopefully the next time they'll actually show up and fix the fridge that's been down almost a week now. read more

Called APS and told them my washer was not working. The code on the Maytag washer (6 yrs old) said circuit board needs replacing. I figure the $129 service fee plus however much the board is. I'm looking at new washers just waiting for them to confirm. Nick (?) arrived and went upstairs. He called me up and showed me the washer working. A lot of others would have taken advantage of me. The worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. After coming out to help three times, they left the product worse than he found it including leaking fluids which did not happen until the third visit. Following this, we called back and talked to an employee who told us they would reach back out to us later that day, who never followed up with us. The following day, we called back after not hearing from them and leaving several messages and finally talked the owner, Jake, who then told us they refuse to serve us after accusing us of lying about our discussion the previous with his employee. Tech was a rude know it all who did not even bring meters to investigate whether or not our GE Range was (as verified by the gas company) leaking high levels of natural gas and co2 while the oven was on. He was supposed to provide an unbiased third party opinion to GE. We removed the GE range from our home because it was a hazard, according to the gas company. The range leaked gas from day 1. GE nor ASP could fix it, spent $3600 on a range that never worked. GE did nothing. Buy LG. read more

Aps is Fridgiares lip service. They can't fix anything. We have had a broken Fridgiare refrigerator for 3 months.

My mother's 6 month old Frigidaire refrigerator stopped working I called Electrolux they had APS Electronics send technician to my mother's home the technician stated he would have to order a compressor and it could take weeks and when it comes call to make appointment, with my 104 year old mother sitting next to me I nicely expressed my frustration and I escorted him to the front door, I called APS to find out when we could expect the compressor they had blocked my number I did *67 and got through the woman said they would not do business with me do to verbal abuse, I did not swear or raise my voice...the tech for APS is a liar read more

They lost the SIM card to my sons brand new Christmas tablet that had unfortunately gotten a cracked screen before the case arrived. We took it in to have the screen replaced. They did a great job with that but returned it to us without the crucial small chip on the inside that contains all of his loaded software. There are unlabeled "cards" floating around the work area. It's completely disorganized. I'm totally livid. There's nothing we can do. Our brand new nice tablet and case are a paperweight. $200. flush. And that is just the cost of the purchase of the tablet and case, that doesn't even include the screen repair. Now it's perfect and with a case to protect it but we can't use it. read more

Brought my iPhone 7 here after the Apple store told me I had to wait an hour to come wait 20 more minutes then wait for the screen to be repaired. These folks right outside of the Apple Store did an amazing job on a busy holiday Friday afternoon and replaced the screen in 30 minutes. They gave me generic and OEM options and the final product came out great. I couldn't recommend more. read more
