I purchased a connection wire but asked the front Greeter to help and she did.... I had what she chose in my hand and I still looked more and I noticed the one she gave me was 6 feet long and I noticed one for 5 feet long and I chose the shorter the box looked the same so I purchased it! When I brought it home it did not work so I drove back to return it! When I did.....the Cashier said that the Greeter that initially who gave me the right Wire Connection noticed I bought the wrong one and tried to catch me outside But I already left and so the Cashier had the Correct one for me and she tested it on my item I brought in and IT WORKED! The Moral of the Story..... BEST BUY EMPLOYEES KNOWS BEST!!!!! The two boxes were very similar and the photos the same on the Box and yet there was a slight difference which I did not notice! THANK YOU THE THAT GREETER WHO HELPED ME BUT ALSO THE CASHIER WAS TRULY VERY HELPFUL TO ME AND THATS WHY IN MY EXPERIENCE I WILL ALWAYS SHOP HERE FOR ALL MY TECHNOLOGY ITEMS! I spoke with multiple employees at the store trying to get a simple answer and no one gave a shit. I honestly think it's racism, which is really sad, because the employees were almost all black and brown, and I'm brown. Maybe because I look middle eastern was why they did this: but it's an experience so bad that I won't forget it. Half a fucking hour. To his credit the original guy I spoke with eventually helped me - but it was half a fucking hour. Have some fucking pride in your work, don't be a piece of shit, don't treat one customer like they're garbage and the next like they're royalty. I'm also a business owner and yeah I'm sorry but your business is run like total shit in this location, guys. If the message was "Fuck you, we don't want to help you," have the fucking balls to say it to me, don't waste all of our time on it. This was in January btw. Fuck yourselves.

Horrified, by Noon, I was back whimpering to Richard who gallantly passed the Kleenex, ordered the next size up which was delivered Thursday -- four days after the first had arrived on Monday.     I bought a refrigerator from this company for my own home because I have used them for my business…read moremany times. After the delivery drivers left we realized there was a large sum of money missing from an area of the house where the driver had gone into alone. There was a police investigation into the matter but they could not gather a strong fingerprints. So not enough evidence to press charges. The owner of the store will probably respond to this post and try to do damage control and defend the drivers, but in reality he is the one that instructed the drivers not to do a in person interview with police and instead send a statement via his attorney. I would never use this company again and suggest not to. There are plenty of reputable companies around.

Today I noticed some items that family can use and it came along with a $5 Gift Card if you purchased 3, so I did I looked at the shelf price and it was posted $8.99! So, I went to pay my item and was very quiet at the checkout and noticed that my receipt had the items at $9.99. But, I remembered it was $8.99 on the shelve! I went to Customer Service and pointed the discrepancy and showed her the photo I took to verify the amount! She was friendly and quickly gave me the difference plus tax! BOTTOM LINE.....everyone should always check their receipts even though the shelve says one amount, scanning might be higher! Know what your buying and it's cost! If I did not check I would have lost over $3.00 to Target!

    I had John help me setup a 5.1.2 system. He is extremely meticulous and such a perfectionist to the extent I thanked him for it numerous times. He set things up exactly as I wanted them despite it being tougher than setting it up a different way. I told him if it was much tougher to mount the center speaker horizontally he could mount it vertically but he went ahead doing it exactly the way I wanted without a second thought. He first setup my tv to the receiver with a toslink. After I asked him how I would get Atmos capability he offered to come back to install it with HDMI. At the time I was at work but he was about to head right over. I fiddled on it that evening and I mentioned that a phone call would probably suffice to walk me through it, but I was able to figure it out on my own. He called me the very next day to walk me through it. I am extremely happy with the job he has done. He stamps his work with excellence, so if you want a great setup for a great price don't bother looking elsewhere.
