The selection is the definition of "a little bit of this and a little of that" because he is most likely to have games for the mainstream systems but the amount might be limited the more rare and niche it is but that is not the fault of the store. The value is a little over normal market price but that is okay compared to many other stores I went to which were more expensive. BUT the big problem I have with this store is the hours. I know the owner is having some medical problems but I think that these hours are way too short! I recommend moving the hours from 3-6 if you want to get the most customers in my opinion because you can get student customers who come from school after 2:00 and workers who finish their 9-5 jobs. But in conclusion the store is great but the hours is its biggest flaw.

They wouldn't accept the job since the console had been opened in the past citing 'liability' concerns. The receptionist was rude and condescending during the encounter. This was a trial run as I planned on giving them a lot of console work in the future but I will be going elsewhere. I called another repair shop shortly after and they said they would take the job no problem and were able to essentially diagnose the problem over the phone (a solution consistent with that I explained over the phone). Perhaps Replay'd should adjust their policies and their attitude towards potential customers as they never know what opportunities may be lying on the other line.

They happily repaired my Nintendo DS after I'd been refused by every technician in the NH/MA area. The repair was very cheap and done quickly and seamlessly. Extremely cool dudes running this store…read more I came in a couple weeks ago looking for some PS2/GameCube games, and the second I walked in the store, a gentleman behind the counter greeted me politely. He asked what was bringing me in, and I stated I had just discovered them 15 minutes prior to visiting and that I was coming from out of state. He was very friendly and gave me their business card. He told me that there's a little something for everyone in this store, and he was absolutely right. After talking for a little I told him that I was defintely interested in some of the retro games. He walked me over to the aisle and explained their selection and which games I could find that I was looking for. They had a huge variety of GameCube and PS2 games, in fact, the most variety I have ever seen in stores alike. Five star customer service, excellent assistance, super down to earth people who have your best interest in mind. I look forward to coming back soon!
