The first week of school, one of the necklaces broke so I went in to find a replacement. Well, they didn't have one that said FEARLESS. In talking with the girl at the counter, she understood why I wanted the particular gift. Can I tell you she took the time to fi the necklace?? They gave me the refund and said if she could fix the necklace, she would call me. Well she called me and I went back and bought it. It's that kind of customer service that this world is missing. The friendly staff and the fun atmosphere make it a great place to shop for kids of all ages, my kid especially loves it. I love how they wrap the toys for free, making it a convenient for last minute present shopping. Great value, not overpriced and they had toys you wouldn't find in big department stores. Quantity over Quality:…read more Pros: Large selection of sets including quite a few classics. A spectacular selection of Minifigs from a broad spectrum of themes. Cons: Although they have a lot of loose bricks for sale, I found many pieces were filthy and visibly chewed. On top of that I found a disturbing number of Megablocks mixed in as well as other types of fake Lego. It suggests to me a lack of curation when reselling used bulk. Staff were a little cold. Although there were three people working, they seemed to be absorbed in their projects and appeared a little annoyed when I asked to trade in some old sets I brought. I even asked to buy a few CMF 27 figures I was missing and the guy hurriedly grabbed them threw them at the register and then left without saying a word. When I was ready to check out, I waited a good fifteen minutes for a staff member to ring me up. They weren't necessarily rude, but it rubbed me the wrong way. Prices too were a little too high for my liking, I realize they're closer to Boston so prices everywhere tend to be a bit higher in the area, but I could easily get far more value through a bricklink order. For example, a lot of their minifigures were worth double average listing prices, a 501st clone trooper was 10 dollars apiece when I can get them for 5-6 dollars online. Plus, my friend bought a skeleton minifigure (the classic floppy armed one!) and the guy at the register didn't know the price so he just went "Uhhh, we'll call it five dollars" which is a bit steep for such a common figure. If I didn't have store credit from my trade-ins I probably wouldn't have purchased any. Overall, I had fun visiting this store, but I'm not motivated to go back anytime soon. I think I'll explore other options and keep Bricks 'n Minifigs as my standby.

This is about the best organized Dollar Tree location I've seen so far…read more I primarily shopped the cosmetic aisle when I was here which is a very tricky aisle for a store to keep organized and well faced. Well, this location nailed it. All of the various shades of a certain product were all hung on one peg. And by that I mean one peg for each shade unless there was a lot of one thing, then I did see two facings of the same item. There was a pretty good variety of shades and a lot of them were ones that I use. I ended up buying about 6 items this time around. I had been in this store several times before today and I figured where the store has kept things so nice over the at least 8 to 10 years that they have been open that it was time to give this location some acknowledgement for the hard work that they appear to be doing here. I only wish I lived closer to this location so that it could be the location that I primarily go to. It is a little more distance than I'd like for me to get there but when I happen to be in that area I always make it a point to stop here and get any items that I think I will be needing for a while and I do stock up. Also when I was in there this afternoon nothing was dusty. I can tell that this location sends the workers around with dusters to wipe off the products that they are selling. There were about 5 people in each line when I arrived to the front end to pay for my stuff, and two cashiers on duty, and the line moved a lot faster than I had anticipated so I am also very pleased with the speed of service. I will be frequenting this location for many years to come.
