It was a bit of a process figuring out what happened but the staff stuck with it, troubleshooting, and helped us communicate with the other carrier to get it resolved. Overall a good experience in resolving issues that arise, and everything else went smooth. Customer service is easy when everything goes right, but it is even more important when the unexpected happens and the staff here rose to the occasion.

Avoid at all costs!!!! There seems there is fraud going on…read more My elderly mother went into the store trying to buy a new iphone case. The sales person told her she could upgrade to a new iphone for free. She didn't understand that this included purchasing an additional line (not even associated to a phone) for 3 years with all these extra add ons. Also the phone was not free it was just a 3 year payment plan with no upfront costs. Her costs were drastically higher. I told her to return the phone and deactivate the service. She returned it within 7 days and they turned her old phone back on. I noticed that she was still paying for the phone and the service a month later. She returned to the store twice and they assured her that it was returned and there was something wrong with the system. Now more than 2 months later she is still getting billed. I called Verizon (not the store because there is no possible way to contact them directly) and they said that they never registered the phone as returned so there is no way they can help.
