He walked me through what was available in the stackable series they carry, and he found one I might like. His kindness and patience were commendable. I was a mess and would have hung up on me. What I should have done, if I were in better shape, was secure my measurements for the space. When I asked for my order I was met with one of the most shocking condescending & rude experiences I've ever had. Matt, the associate at the photo desk (white male, beanie, piercings) told me, with an attitude, that they "didn't print them" because I "didn't respond to the email" about a formatting issue. I calmly explained that my sister just passed away Monday morning, and I obviously was not checking emails while grieving. Instead of showing even a basic level of compassion or decency, he doubled down, talking over me and repeating, "When people don't answer emails, we don't do the print." What a vile human being to respond to someone while they are actively in pain. Being cruel to someone grieving says more about you than anything else, and the universe notices. Kindness costs nothing but karma will keep receipts. I don't expect employers at staples to care about my personal situation, but there is no excuse for being dismissive and disrespectful as an human to another human. If you value basic kindness or professionalism, take your business elsewhere. Especially when printing for funeral or memorial services. I hope Staples management addresses the complete lack of empathy and customer service displayed by Matt and the management team at this location.

It was very dead except for a resilient fan motor whirring hopelessly. So I bought it into EliteX with my new external hard drive and asked if they could please save my files. It took them about 2 days to do it, but they were able to salvage everything! To top it off, they also bought my 6 year old dead MacBook to use for parts and gave me a further discount from their already fair prices. EliteX are honest, well priced, and knowledgeable! I can't think of any reason to pay twice as much for "genius" service at the Apple Store. Plus Apple support told me my MacBook was antique so would cost extra to repair, if they could even do it - compared to EliteX who paid me for it!! Don't waste your money, support a local business instead!

He is extremely meticulous and such a perfectionist to the extent I thanked him for it numerous times. He set things up exactly as I wanted them despite it being tougher than setting it up a different way. I told him if it was much tougher to mount the center speaker horizontally he could mount it vertically but he went ahead doing it exactly the way I wanted without a second thought. He first setup my tv to the receiver with a toslink. After I asked him how I would get Atmos capability he offered to come back to install it with HDMI. At the time I was at work but he was about to head right over. I fiddled on it that evening and I mentioned that a phone call would probably suffice to walk me through it, but I was able to figure it out on my own. He called me the very next day to walk me through it. I am extremely happy with the job he has done. He stamps his work with excellence, so if you want a great setup for a great price don't bother looking elsewhere.
