I can't entirely fault this shop: Apple very effectively incentivizes using their own products and specifically says on their website that you shouldn't use non-Apple parts. I didn't listen, and I regret it. I don't know if my issue is due to shotty worksmanship or with an incompatibility with iPhones. They also made accusations that I was just trying to get a free repair, which was extremely frustrating and unprofessional considering the problem started almost immediately after their repair. Because they refused to cooperate or take responsibility, I had to escalate the situation by contacting mall management and filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Overall, this was a very disappointing and stressful experience. I would strongly caution others before choosing this repair shop, as my concerns were dismissed and no effort was made to resolve the issue.

When I came in last night, the employee seemed very overwhelmed and flustered, so I tried to be understanding and patient. However, coming back the next day and still being told the order wasn't ready and would take another 4 hours was extremely frustrating. On top of that, the interaction today felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I completely understand delays happen, especially when stores are busy, but communication, professionalism, and realistic turnaround times matter , especially when customers are paying for express services and planning business orders around them.
