The process was super easy; complete the form by selecting the repair option (more on that to come), what device you have, what is wrong with it, your contact information, and how you'd like to be contacted. The repair options are to either visit the store or a come-to-you service which is unique, convenient, and a great option that sets them apart from other companies. And the at your door service does not have any hidden or extra fees! They are very responsive and quick to get in touch once you submit the form. I reached out during business hours and got a response immediately! I really liked that they asked how to contact - via call, text, or email. I needed my iPad, 9th gen fixed. It was quoted at $119 (+tax). I opted for the come to you service. It said online they have a van and do the repairs that way, however they reached out to see if I was okay with a pick up/drop off instead. That made no difference to me. They were very communicative throughout the process. It was very easy to schedule an appointment and I was able to have them complete repairs the next day! They did a great job with the repair - it looks brand new and you can't tell that there was an accident in the first place! They also asked if I wanted to add a screen protector which I appreciated as I would prefer not to break my screen again. They charged $20 for the protector and application, which I thought was reasonable and worth it for me not to have to mess with putting it on myself. Since I had a case already, I did not need one but they sell cases and accessories too. I highly recommend checking out Fix 'N Repair if you are in Wakefield or surrounding towns. Again, it was super quick and easy, great service, and a job well done!!

We were on our way to the Apple Store to buy her a new one when I informed her that getting her screen replaced would be significantly cheaper. She was hesitant, but I convinced her to stop by TurtleScreen near her house after seeing great news articles about it online. We came in at 6:15PM just to inquire about pricing and their hours - thinking they wouldn't be able to do a same day repair given they close at 7PM. However, they squeezed us in as soon as we came through the doors and by 6:45PM my mom had a brand new phone screen! She's so happy with how her phone looks and we were extremely impressed by the professionalism of the folks working at TurtleScreen qnd their efficiency. The prices are very reasonable for what you get and my mom ended up saving hundreds of dollars compared to getting a new phone! Can't recommend these guys enough!

Dear Easy Fix, I am…read morewriting to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided to my Laptop. The laptop was brought to Easy Fix in Allston, MA for virus removal.  The representative specifically explained the laptop will go out to Framingham, MA for service, with a completion of three to four days. I called the business approximately one week later after not hearing from Easy Fix with an update. The representative stated they needed more time because the laptop is old.  From week two to three, I called a couple of times and went in person to inquire about a status. The representative recommended an upgrade to the laptop in which I agreed with the understanding documents on the hard drive were transferred to a pen drive, and a pen drive was dropped off at the business store.  I called on the fifth week to inquire about the status; the representative indicated that due to the laptop being old, it was not possible to upgrade, and the intended upgrade to the laptop took a very long time, not possible to upgrade. I said I understand but would like to pick up the laptop in Framingham. The representative stated the location in Framingham is not a place I could walk in and pick up the laptop.  At the end of fifth week, I was able to pick up the laptop at Easy Fix in Allston, MA. Unfortunately, at the opening of the laptop, the following two screens continuously populate; the first screen "preparing for automatic repair," followed by the second screen "your device ran into a problem and needs to restart.  We'll restart for you."  I powered off and, on the laptop several times, and the same two screens went into play again.  Additionally, the laptop was dropped on surface, there are cracks and pieces broken off.  Also, extremely visible, the laptop was opened where the hard drive is stored. I called Easy Fix to notify about the issue and provided photos; the business has not responded. When picking up the laptop, I paid for the service and walked away from Easy Fix with the understanding an upgrade was not possible. I didn't expect the laptop to be non-functional. Prior to handing the laptop to Easy Fix, the laptop was functional, I was able to access business and personal emails, internet, create and complete Excel, PowerPoint presentations, and type letters.

I initially went in for a diagnostic and trialed two options for fixing my phone to no avail. They offered me a refund for the repairs that did not end up solving my issue and let me know that they could proceed to take another step, but that it could end up bricking my phone if it did not work. I opted to err on the side of caution since my phone still functioned and decided to pursue another option that Pan Pan suggested based on my insurance/warranty. I was able to get a replacement phone quickly after he assisted me with the paperwork involved so I'm grateful for his excellent service and knowledge of the repairs/insurance.
