I've found myself in need of Repair Wireless' services more times that I'd like over the past year, but they have delivered every time. The same employees have been there each time, and greet customers with positivity even though they mostly deal with unhappy people with broken phones. When I ask how long it will take, they give me an honest answer (how about that!) which is less than an hour even if they are slammed. I called today needing two iPhones fixed (cracked screens and the dreaded green line down the front). Owner had an alternate location since the mall was closed. My MacBook Pro had an issue one morning the trackpad and keyboard wasn't working i called the establishment right at open they asked for my model number i asked them how long will Repairs y'all i was told yet that evening early tomorrow morning i dropped it off 15 mins later i called the next afternoon for an update and was told i will get a call two days later no call so i go to the establishment and was told come back the next day mid evening i come back next day and was told my laptop was next and to come back at a later time mind you the time was the time the establishment closes at this point my macbook has been there for 5 days with no communication or update of what is actually wrong with it i get a call a half an hour before closing time telling me there seems to be Water damage and corrosion and that they may need two more days to give me a call back and if they knew it was a water damage issue it would be easier.. But it took them 5 days to even look at what was wrong with it and communicate and update me on it i didn't realize that because your not bringing a cellular device in that can be fixed in about a half hour or so that anything else get pushed to the bottom of the bucket list and not a priority regardless of how early or when you actually brought in the device with out it even being assessed and communicating the issues for extended period of time not to mention i run a business of doing graphic designs and music and been loosing money and clientele and when i told them i can't wait extra days I coming for it now i was told sorry for wasting your time if i could give 0 stars i would for VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION read more

This place was great!! Called on a Tuesday to ask if they could fix my shattered iPod screen (yes, I still have an iPod). They quoted me $110 to fix it and said they would have the part anytime on Thursday or Friday. I showed up on my lunch break on Thursday, dropped it off, came back after work to pick it up, paid $113 (sales tax), and voila! iPod is like new, and the whole process could not have been easier. They also have a 90 day warranty on parts they supplied. Will update this review if any issues come up! read more

Just left here a happy customer. My husband's cell phone charging port broke today. After getting the run around from Apple, going to Staples and being told it would take 5 days to repair at $80, I found this place. With a packed morning of meetings tomorrow, my husband needed his phone fixed today. This place fixed it in 30 minutes for $50 and WARRANTIED the repair. Fast, courteous and job well done. As far as cell phone screen repair is concerned, they are crooks. They sell cheap products and charge ridiculous prices. I got my iPhone screen repaired here and in less than a month I was back with a broken LCD screen, after dropping my phone on carpet! No scratches, no shattered glass, it looked perfect. They later explained to me that I broke the LCD and offered me a discount for being a returning costumer. I declined and found a place that sells screens cheaper and are from the original manufacture. Very disappointed to have to have spent 175 on a screen that was destined to have a defect.
