I frequent as many used video game stores as I can, and Bazaar Game Trading is one of my absolute favorites. Every time I visit, I feel like there is something new to discover in their inventory, and the space, though small, has great vibes. The staff is attentive and they are always eager to help me find something or just chat about games. There are great benefits to shopping their regularly too via their discount program, which is icing on the cake. I can't recommend Bazaar highly enough. Pay them a visit! read more

I came in to sell a fairly large collector edition collection from newer consoles like the switch, ps4, and ps5. Communication was super smooth. I didn't meet the store owner directly, but their staff was super nice. Communicated well, knowledgeable, and explained the process to me. Overall they have a great selection of games and 100% would come back to either buy or sell! read more

This was my first time at the store in its new location. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this store to anyone interested in video games. There is a great selection from high price items to more common videogames. I wound up purchasing three amiibo's and one switch game. I spent around a hundred dollars and was very happy with my purchase. I felt the price was right at market value. So given the fact I got to see the items I was purchasing, definitely a better experience at the store then buying online. read more

Place is great! I stopped by randomly while on the road and ended up poking around for like an hour. I never felt rushed or anything and the staff was very sweet. Ended up grabbing a few random NES and Genesis carts and talking indie games with the young woman at the counter. read more

Made the trip out there today and had probably the most stellar customer service. Vlad was more than accommodating when I walked in. I did a trade in there for the first time and got a great deal The process was about an hour, but it never felt like one. Vlad was very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't mind staying anyways. Store is small but is packed with everything from Atari to PS4. They even have alerts you can sign up for if something comes in stock. I look forward to visiting more often when I can and stocking up on retro goodness. read more

This place is amazing, takes you back to late 80's early 90's when everyone had a Nintendo Game System. The prices are fair and you get to try out the game before purchase. Say hello to Wil the owner, he is super friendly and accommodating too. read more

Going in here was like stepping into a time machine to when I was a kid. All the old games I remember playing for hours are there. Will the owner is very personable and welcoming. Joe and Ben are very helpful with anything you need. They make you feel welcome right when you walk in. If your looking for any games from your childhood this is the place for you. Okay, so my story is a long one. After trying other locations and being disappointed, i decided to make the 1.5 hour drive to this location. My wife and autistic son came with me and I was hesitant about the success of the trip overall. Will, the owner, had texted me after I messaged him on yelp and we agreed on a time to meet at the store. We walked through all the game systems and he let me try games and consoles. When my son became difficult, Will gave him a Gameboy to play and at four years old, it was a life saver. He helped me out, discounted where he could, and walked me through my options. It was awesome. We shared thoughts and I plan on emailing a list of games I want so he can bundle them up for me. Overall it was a great experience and knowing that he has tons of things to buy plus consoles makes it the place I will shop even if it's a long drive. Really nice business! The store is quite small but it's also very roomy. The selection of games goes from Atari 2600 all the way up to Xbox 1, so gamers from multiple generations can select what they want. The selection of games was a bit small, compared to other stores like Sudden Impact, however the price for the games was fantastic. Almost all of the games were cheaper than what you could find off eBay, making it much more convenient. I bought two games from there, both of which work perfectly. The employee, Brian, was very friendly and helped me with what i needed to find. I would highly recommend visiting here if you are a fan of retro gaming. read more

Walking into BGT is like stepping into my childhood. It's so hard to walk in here and not buy one of those games that I always wanted as a kid but never got! They've got so many classic game systems and handhelds affordably priced and lots of games. If they don't have it, you can let the staff know to be on the hunt for you and they're great about getting back to you when they do. They've got a TV with a couch to play test if you want to, and their service is top notch. We have bought a number of used and refurb games as well as a console here and have had no problems when we've had questions about troubleshooting some of the older systems. The owner, Will, is wonderful to deal with and his staff is knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. They truly make the place enjoyable to visit. read more

My best friend and I have been regulars at Bazaar for about 3 years, and 90% of the time we go as aimless shoppers and still have never left empty-handed. I've stopped in here a few times, and everyone has been super helpful and friendly. Great selection of used games, systems, and new/used accessories. It's also a nice touch to have some old systems hooked up for customers to play or try out a game before they purchase. I just wish this wasn't an hour drive for me, but that might be better for my savings. read more

It's great to come across friendly and professional service at this small store that caters to the needs of classic video gamers and people with nostalgia for games from the 1980s. They have a good selection of games for the PlayStation, PlayStation 2, Atari 2600, Gamecube, Wii, Sega Saturn, and classic Nintendo and Sega games. I even saw one game console for the Magnavox Odyssey 2! It is nice that they have a lot of extra controllers, cables and accessories for these game systems. read more

I almost don't want to share, so anytime I might want to get another PS2 game for my kids, they will all be there for me, but the store/shop is too good to not check out. The selection of PS2 games was a LOT better than I had expected, although the number of PS3 games was less than I had expected, that is ok as Game Stop has a lot of PS3 but no PS2 and the store is focused on the classic stuff. Had my 5 year old boy not wanted to rush home so he could play his Star Wars games, I would have loved to have spent at least 30 more minutes just looking around the store. My kids are young, 4 and 5 1/2 so they don't need PS3 games and I don't need to spend the money on them when I can get games for under $10 and have the kids be just as happy with PS2 games. The selection of non-disc, cartidge games is impressive. Sega, Nintendo, they are all in the place and there are lots of other console games (you might know that I don't know all that much about all the different systems), but I do know that they have a lot of the classic stuff as well as a lot of the hardware/joysticks/guns that go along with them. Will is a really nice guy too and I know he knows his stuff. I had even learned that the old guns for the shooter games won't work on flat screen tv's, which is great because I don't have them, but I also don't have any gun games besides Big Game Hunter 2012 for PS3. I will be back to buy more. It helps that the store is maybe 5-6 miles from my house. read more

I've been to all of the retro game stores in the area many times, and this one is very good. The space is small, so obviously they cannot possibly have everything. However, what they do have is quality, and more importantly, reasonably priced. The owner doesn't take Ebay prices and add 30%, he prices things appropriately based on what people are actually paying for them. I've been pleasantly surprised by what I've paid for the items I've bought here. He also loves to chat with people and he remembers his customers. Always a pleasant experience, and I definitely recommend to anyone who is into collecting retro games. read more

I don't think i have ever reviewed a business on yelp but I visited this place for the first (and certainly not the last) time after a referral and the owner was so great that I had to take the time to go online and give a good review. I am big on customer service and the owner, Will, is incredible. I am not a gamer or a collector- just a nostalgia junkie looking to relive my youth a little bit with some NES games. Will could have just rang up our sale and that's that but he shared product knowledge, proper care, even pointed out that a label on one of the games was a little faded and suggested my boyfriend swap it for the other one on the shelf. He clearly runs his business not only with passion, but with honesty and integrity. The selfish part of me doesn't want to write a review because then everyone will be "in the know" and buy up all the good games- but this place is so great. I can't wait to go back. read more
