I sat stunned not knowing what to say back. I then asked them about the same figure on a website for a much lower price and to see their response. Rudely they said "we don't do that here." I said okay put down the figure and bought something else. No apologies, no have a good day and no thank you to that place ever again.

We always are reminded how much we like this place when we go and all the employees are so chill and unpretentious, which is not a given for lots of places we've been to for collectibles in the past. As a generic nerd who is not a comic book/collectibles nerd, I have always found the staff here to be helpful and kind when I've needed an assist for something.

And my spouse was like, "Ask That's Entertainment." So, I did. That's Entertainment were professional and told me it was the truth--even if it's ugly for me, they know they lose nothing to be honest. And, they were respectful, and didn't even ask me what I'm selling to steal business for a dime. (I might have told them anyways!) They helped a local business make my sale. The biggest problem is most of the better inventory is stuck in Seabrook, where I think the owner works, not this one. Traffic is also very horrible at this one. Guy that works here is very willing to help, but he has too too much work to do. I blame that on the owner. Owner is greedy. (And not just based on card/comic prices but his whole business)

The smell, I will never get over but it seems to be their typical smell. The prices are probably as low on CD's as you can go, in a store. Still, if you are looking for CD's you are probably a lot better off shopping online at Amazon or Ebay. On average I save about 50% online compared to Newbury's prices. The DVD prices just plain suck, in most instances you can get a movie or TV show brand new at the used DVD price. Go figure son, go figure. The t-shirt and knicknack prices are, likewise, ridic, there is store CD selection in my opinion keeps them in business. Once people start getting hip to the lower prices online, they will fade away, like BestBuy has done with their CD's.

Every time I visit, I feel like there is something new to discover in their inventory, and the space, though small, has great vibes. The staff is attentive and they are always eager to help me find something or just chat about games.
