Frustrating. The rick and morty game was frustrating customers left and right because it didnt work properly. The ball toss game where you knock over clown dolls was rigged and the 30 point clowns were impossible to knock down even with a fastball. The arcade was low on employees which put too much workload on the few employees actually working. I saw the same guy pour drinks, hand out food, doing ticket redemptions, fixing games, and patrolling. This arcade has potential but you really need to get everything functioning properly. She told us it would be at least 30 minutes after she just sat 3 parties before us without hesitation. If it wasn't clear there was open tables I wouldn't have minded. About 30 minutes later I went to check with her and she rolled her eyes and said we were next in line and she'd let us know. We were the only party waiting. When we were sat it was at a table that had been clean and unoccupied for the entire time we had waited. I am quite sure anyone reading this can understand why that was frustrating.
