I will never purchase on line from this store again. I placed an order on 12/30/24 and after almost…read morea week it had still not shipped. I had to call to find out why not and was told that USPS had failed to pick up the shipment. I guess they just keep waiting for them to come instead of making sure a customer order gets shipped. Then after it finally shipped it sat in a carrier facility where it still remains. Now they are telling me that I have to wait 2-3 weeks before they will consider it lost. Meanwhile they have my money and I have no merchandise and if it ever arrives I will have no use for it because it will have arrived too late to gift. No one should be told that they have to wait 37 days to fix an obvious problem. Very poor customer service.

This location didn't have it, but she was very diligent in searching and even looked online using the store's iPad. I find their regular prices rather high but they often have sales. If you can snag anything here for 40 percent off or more, the prices are more reasonable. I got two great dresses for under $30 during their after Christmas sales. Jewelry is very nice too and does not look cheap like the jewelry in some of their competitors.

This is a great place to find collectibles/gifts and not just comics. For example, they carry Kpop…read moremerch, vinyl records, anime, plushies, figures, blind boxes, and other odds and ends (the place reminds me a bit of Hot Topic, except not as claustrophobic). They carry merch for beloved franchises such as Star Wars, Pokemon, Totoro/Studio Ghibli, Pusheen, Rick and Morty, Harry Potter, Stranger Things, etc. Personally, I like to come here for the Amuse plushies (Amuse is the Japanese company that sells the most adorable alpacasso, hamster, and rabbit plushies). You can find the Amuse plushies online, but there's just something satisfying about knowing how soft/fluffy they are before buying. They also carry San-X plushies (Rilakkuma, Sumikko Gurashi, etc). They also have these giant food shaped cushions that are highly popular in Japan (giant slices of meat, sushi, etc). The icing on top of the cake is the fact that I came with my friend, who is visiting from Europe and likes to collect coins. When we checked out, we paid with cash and asked the staff if they could let us pick out some "newer" coins/state quarters, and not only did they say sure, they actually laid out every single coin from their register. (Don't worry, we made sure we weren't holding up any lines.) Anyway, the fact that they were so accommodating with such an odd request really made my day. This place definitely gets an A+ for superior service.
