Don't get me wrong, the salesman was very helpful pulling sizes and giving great advice. The tailor was also knowledgeable and did a good and was friendly. Things however went quickly south when we got to the cashier to pay. To say that the young woman at the register was rude as an understatement. There was not only a lack of basic retail service skills, but the young woman's attitude was borderline hostile. Basic questions about the breakdown of the charges and any discounts we might be able to take advantage of were met with rolled eyes, huffing, and puffing...at one point she literally walked away and starting ringing up another customer! I've worked retail and know it's a tough job, but this is NOT who you behave with customers, especially when we were nothing but courteous. K&G, do better with vetting, hiring, and training your staff! This was absolutely ridiculous. I'm angry that I had to interact with this person and your company should be ashamed to employ someone like that.

The clothing definitely lasts and there are traditional and stylish options. A but disappointed the company discontinued some of their more extreme sizing options, but even the tallest and skinniest can be accommodated by the knowledgeable staff. Good sized dressing rooms, parking, convenient hours, sales on the regular so the prices are reasonable. It's a reliable place for men's clothes.

I went to this site where they measured me and got me a next day rental. I picked it up just in time for the wedding. Christy offered for me to try it on, but I declined, thinking there was nothing we could do not fit since the wedding was so close. Come to find out, the pants were a little small, but that's just because of my physique. The wedding went fine but I was a bit self-conscious in my too-small pants. Upon return Christy called me to ask how the wedding went and I told her to which she was extremely disappointed because, had I tried it on like she suggested, she could've fixed the problem there on the spot. So all that being said, three pieces of advice: 1) don't forget your suit 2) if you do, then ensure you go to Men's Wearhouse for next-day rental and 3) try on your suit before the wedding... many lessons learned this trip. When I first purchased my Thule rack, they helped me determine what parts I needed, including the addition of some parts not carried by L.L. Bean. Throughout the course of several phone calls, they patiently answered every question, and then did an excellent job of installing the roof rack. When it was time to remove the roof rack, they showed an equal measure of patience by answering all of my questions during several phone calls. They patiently explained the parts that I needed to bring with me for the removal process, and re-scheduled the appointment twice without complaint. I adore their duck boots, a must for the winter time... specifically their shearling-lined insulated model. Incredibly warm, perfect for snow days. Their "wicked good moccasins" are incredibly comfortable and I love wearing them in the fall/winter time. I've definitely gone through several pairs. Backpacks are super nostalgic; I had mine with my initials as a kid haha, honestly I would get another one. Good quality, got about ten years of use out of that backpack & it allowed me to carry 5 heavy textbooks and some more.
