Don't get me wrong, the salesman was very helpful pulling sizes and giving great advice. The tailor was also knowledgeable and did a good and was friendly. Things however went quickly south when we got to the cashier to pay. To say that the young woman at the register was rude as an understatement. There was not only a lack of basic retail service skills, but the young woman's attitude was borderline hostile. Basic questions about the breakdown of the charges and any discounts we might be able to take advantage of were met with rolled eyes, huffing, and puffing...at one point she literally walked away and starting ringing up another customer! I've worked retail and know it's a tough job, but this is NOT who you behave with customers, especially when we were nothing but courteous. K&G, do better with vetting, hiring, and training your staff! This was absolutely ridiculous. I'm angry that I had to interact with this person and your company should be ashamed to employ someone like that.

I found some items for myself as well. Sorry fellas, but as my boyfriend found out Frugal Fannie's is for the ladies. Maybe we can find him a Cheaper Chester's or a Discount Dave's in a different city.

The other woman went to the back. I waited. The first man left, and another man came in and again, the tailor served the new male customer. I waited and then said, "this is the second customer you have served while I am waiting." He arrogantly didn't even turn, she said nothing. I went in and changed. She came and tried to hug me. Nothing too crazy but definitely something a bit more custom that would fit well. I also needed to upgrade my clothes a bit. Thing is, I suck at all of this. I hate shopping for clothe. I hate buying clothe. I hate the entire process. However the two guys that worked there (both named Corey) made it a breeze. From selecting things to various bits of advice and ways to save money, they were incredibly knowledgeable and made this a very pleasant experience. I felt relieved and more importantly the items I acquired are bangin' The store itself is beautifully maintained. They have a great selection of everything and can also acquire things very quickly from other stores if needed. So kudos to you, staff at Men's Warehouse, you guys rock! I'll definitely be back.

My SO and I just went in for a pair of new dress shoes and we walked out with 2 pairs almost 2 hours later. On a quiet Friday night, we were one of two groups floating around the store. The sales associate, Will greeted us and was very friendly and helpful. We must have gone through nearly 2/3 of the shoes available in the store, partly due to my picky SO. Unfortunately the store does not seem to have a large inventory of the size(s) on hand since we often received bad news that it wasn't available after he checked in the back. Rounding up from 3.5 true rating to 4. I felt bad we had a mountain of shoe boxes around us and he probably tied and retied the shoes endlessly. We did appreciate the Asst. Manager, Cory's advice of investing a pair of deep burgundy shoes instead of brown since that color is more versatile. We ended up going with the 2 pairs since they had a sale on the original pair we chose and buy one get one 50% off. (Normally I tend to avoid those, since that's really only 25% off in total, but we also stacked a coupon for $20 off $100+.) In between helping the other customers, Cory also tried to sell us shoe trees, which make sense but this wasn't the time since 2 hours had already gone by from shoe shopping alone. Very strange that they sell them individually since most people would want to get 2 for a pair of shoes. As someone who has worked in retail, I know all too well the pain of up selling the loyalty program to customers. They pestered us a few times and let it go thankfully. Rented 2 suits here for a funeral of all things and since Russo's has moved to Reading, I was…read moreintrigued about the setup and I had a good experience with them in the past. We went in to get fitted- we probably picked the wrong day the staff was super busy because it was wedding season! (Late June I was there of 2022). We waited as the people ahead of us were taken care of then proceeded to be fitted. I will say right off the bat I have a weird body shape- no jacket seemed to fit right- again weird body shape McGee over here. One of the other tailors freed up and took us right on back to the fitting rooms. He had me sized up in no time and in a comfy suit then went to work on fitting my stepson. After a few minutes we were looking spiffy and comfortable. I watched as rack after rack of groomsmen tuxes were bagged up and labeled ready for pickup, the tailor joked with us both about how crazy busy it was as he fitted us and generally kept us at ease. Suits rented- money paid and off we went. Here's the nice part- the shop was nice enough to let us rent the suits about a week early and when went to return them the shop was closed as the team was off for the 4th of July (well deserved after the craziness I witnessed with the weddings lol). So I called their number and left a message asking what do as I was going on vacation. Maria called me back and told me to not to worry about it and bring the suits in when I got back- there would be no late charge. Good to her word we were not charged and it was an overall great interaction with the shop. They take cash, venmo, and credit- but there is an extra fee for the credit card processing- a sign on the counter states this as well. One downside is there is not seating area in the main shop to wait- but the shop is so full of suits, and tuxes it makes sense why it's not there. Other than that- thank you Russo's for your kindness and understanding throughout the process of rental and return!
