    I have used them for some time mainly because I am lazy and they were convenient. After bad service…read morea year ago, they apologized and delivered the garments they had failed to clean. Recently I had some garments for tailoring. I went into the change room as they asked, but midway through being pinned a man came in who wanted elbow patches on his sweater. The woman left me without apology or explanation and went and helped him! I said nothing and went to change into the next garment. I stepped out and the tailor and another assistant were finishing up with typing in clothes from clients who had left. I waited. A man then came in and the tailor served him - while ignoring me. The other woman went to the back. I waited. The first man left, and another man came in and again, the tailor served the new male customer. I waited and then said, "this is the second customer you have served while I am waiting." He arrogantly didn't even turn, she said nothing. I went in and changed. She came and tried to hug me. I said nothing and walked out. Awful, awful service at very high prices. I went down the road to an elderly couple who are wonderful tailors. Half the price and far better service and tailoring. I will never go back to Lewandos, overpriced, rude...

    ~CAUTIONARY TALE`~ AVOID ~STAY AWAY~WARNING~…read more My experience is so unfortunate and I feel compelled to warn any and all Mothers of Brides and Grooms to NOT do business here. During such an exciting and fun family time no one needs to experience this: I made an appointment to look at Mother of the Groom dresses on 2/16/24 for 3:00pm and I was greeted and I saw a beautiful dress in the storefront and tried it on. It seemed it would be a great possibility and excitedly I decided to buy it. Although it would need significant alterations. Anna, the owner enthusiastically made an appointment for me to return to the store a month later to be seen by the tailor. I provided Anna with my credit card and I signed an invoice. I left the store at 4:00pm. The dress is in the possession of the store and I have never taken possession, nor has a single pin or alteration been made. I contacted my family members in the bridal party and showed them an online photo of the dress and they said it would not work because the color and style were going to be a problem. The dress was rejected. I called Anna at 9:00 am Saturday and left a voicemail and followed up with an email at 11:00 am letting Anna know that I did not want the dress and to please credit my card account. This is 17 hours after I left the store NOTE: her store is not open Sat Sun or Monday~ However, I thought I should immediately let the store know I would not be taking this dress. I followed up on Tuesday with a call and Anna returned my call with an email saying there would be NO credit back to my card but she would offer me a store credit, or I could have another dress made for me. I was shocked as there was NEVER mention of a NO return, NO credit card return policy. There was no conversation and no signage, no mention on a website or any indication of such a policy. Anna said it was on my receipt. In an email, she also stated that it is the responsibility of the consumer to ask about the store policy and salespeople do not need to mention it! This was outrageous. I signed a carbon set of receipts: when I signed there was NO indication of anything other than the dress and a shawl to be purchased which was all handwritten. The receipt I received in my hand was a folded bottom copy from a set of carbons. I did not think anything of it, until I was prompted to look and it is a receipt with a *hand stamped* No Return No Credit card credit stamped on it just above my signature. Anna said it is on the original receipt, but that is also hand stamped! Each of these receipts was stamped after the fact of signing. NOTE: When I signed there was NO indication of her policy ~ If it was there when I signed I am sure that would have prompted a question and some answers with regard to a policy and I would not have agreed to give her my credit card. Since this time, I have disputed the charge with my bank and Anna has provided false and misleading information, such as saying its a custom dress, etc.(which it is not) and has called me at least three times saying she will give me my money because she has reconsidered "but she cant do it right now, she has some things going on but she will in a few weeks". She most recently sent me an email trying to offer me half of what I am owed and the other half in a store credit!! I now must file in court to get my money and I have advised Anna Neiman Coutures that I will file in District Court. **This is a significant amount of money.** So, Anna Neiman has my money and the dress! I have filed in a court to get resolution. THIS IS A CONSUMER NIGHTMARE and Anna Neiman Couture is a terrible business. ~Stay away at all costs!!~

    Rented 2 suits here for a funeral of all things and since Russo's has moved to Reading, I was…read moreintrigued about the setup and I had a good experience with them in the past. We went in to get fitted- we probably picked the wrong day the staff was super busy because it was wedding season! (Late June I was there of 2022). We waited as the people ahead of us were taken care of then proceeded to be fitted. I will say right off the bat I have a weird body shape- no jacket seemed to fit right- again weird body shape McGee over here. One of the other tailors freed up and took us right on back to the fitting rooms. He had me sized up in no time and in a comfy suit then went to work on fitting my stepson. After a few minutes we were looking spiffy and comfortable. I watched as rack after rack of groomsmen tuxes were bagged up and labeled ready for pickup, the tailor joked with us both about how crazy busy it was as he fitted us and generally kept us at ease. Suits rented- money paid and off we went. Here's the nice part- the shop was nice enough to let us rent the suits about a week early and when went to return them the shop was closed as the team was off for the 4th of July (well deserved after the craziness I witnessed with the weddings lol). So I called their number and left a message asking what do as I was going on vacation. Maria called me back and told me to not to worry about it and bring the suits in when I got back- there would be no late charge. Good to her word we were not charged and it was an overall great interaction with the shop. They take cash, venmo, and credit- but there is an extra fee for the credit card processing- a sign on the counter states this as well. One downside is there is not seating area in the main shop to wait- but the shop is so full of suits, and tuxes it makes sense why it's not there. Other than that- thank you Russo's for your kindness and understanding throughout the process of rental and return!

Ana Hernandez was both helpful and efficient when taking my measurements. Both the staff at Russo and the seamstress that works there helped me have an amazing experience at Russo. Will be coming back for future events and highly recommend others to do the same.
