However, I would like to share my experience regarding other aspects of their service. I sent two suits, each with its own suit bag. When I scheduled the return delivery through Uber, I saw the pickup photo and noticed that one of my suit bags appeared to be missing. I called Star Laundry Club to ask about it, and my concern was initially somewhat dismissed, which was fair since I had not yet received the delivery yet (maybe the photo was wrong). However, when the Uber arrived, I confirmed that one of the bags was indeed missing. I called again, and they did find the missing bag. I was initially told that a staff member would deliver it on the same day as my call, but I did not receive it that day. When I followed up the next day, they apologized and was instead asked if I could pick it up myself. I politely explained that I did not think it was reasonable for me to make a separate trip to retrieve an item that should have been included in the original delivery, particularly when I had already tipped the driver. I believe the inconvenience of correcting this mistake should not fall on the customer. Unfortunately, I am still waiting for the suit bag to be returned. Called again for an update, but my call was not picked up. I appreciate the quality of the dry cleaning itself, but I hope the missing item issue can be resolved soon.

Located in a small building next door to Roach Brothers on Chestnut Street in Needham, Hoi's small little shop is there for all your tailoring needs. She is friendly (remembers your name) and most importantly does a great job (quality work). I've had pants hemmed (10$), sleeve's shortened (15$ for dress shirts,/ 25$ for jackets) , dress shirts taken in and shortened. This woman does it all. She turns it around pretty quick as well. I just dropped off two suits, each with three alterations and she will have it back to me in under a week.

She has replaced zips and snaps, taken clothes in and let them out, and pretty much remade a dress for me--so everything from very simple to very complex. All great work and very much worth the price. I see some folks here complaining about cost, when they clearly don't understand the amount of work involved in doing what they're asking for. If you have any reservations, just ask for the price up front.
