She has replaced zips and snaps, taken clothes in and let them out, and pretty much remade a dress for me--so everything from very simple to very complex. All great work and very much worth the price. I see some folks here complaining about cost, when they clearly don't understand the amount of work involved in doing what they're asking for. If you have any reservations, just ask for the price up front.

I paid for the sweater they lost and don't feel like getting into an extended back and forth with them but I wouldn't recommend them if you want to get all your clothes back. The pieces that came back cleaned also didn't look like they had been cleaned thoroughly. One of them was a pair of pants that was covered with lint and loose threads. The other was a winter puffer coat that had bits of fuzz still stuck to the velcro parts.

Hayani Tailor had great reviews so I decided to go here and I am glad I did. Mr. Hayani was very professional and courteous. I had no idea there were so many options for how the bottom of the pants could look with the shoes I had but he gave suggestions based on current fashion trends which helped a lot. You could see through the lace of the dress the bad work on the slip underneath. When I complained she had such a bad attitude and she said that this was the best she could do. She had my dress for almost a month at her shop and could not work on it because she was busy and left me the last moment without a dress. Such a shame!
