All great work and very much worth the price. I see some folks here complaining about cost, when they clearly don't understand the amount of work involved in doing what they're asking for. If you have any reservations, just ask for the price up front.

She is friendly (remembers your name) and most importantly does a great job (quality work). I've had pants hemmed (10$), sleeve's shortened (15$ for dress shirts,/ 25$ for jackets) , dress shirts taken in and shortened. This woman does it all. She turns it around pretty quick as well. I just dropped off two suits, each with three alterations and she will have it back to me in under a week.

Recently I had some garments for tailoring. I went into the change room as they asked, but midway through being pinned a man came in who wanted elbow patches on his sweater. The woman left me without apology or explanation and went and helped him! I said nothing and went to change into the next garment. I stepped out and the tailor and another assistant were finishing up with typing in clothes from clients who had left. I waited. A man then came in and the tailor served him - while ignoring me. The other woman went to the back. I waited. The first man left, and another man came in and again, the tailor served the new male customer. I waited and then said, "this is the second customer you have served while I am waiting." He arrogantly didn't even turn, she said nothing. I went in and changed. She came and tried to hug me. I said nothing and walked out. Awful, awful service at very high prices. I went down the road to an elderly couple who are wonderful tailors. Half the price and far better service and tailoring. I LOVE businesses which list their prices on their website, and they have a $10 off deal for first-time customers! I was hooked. The man at the counter - who I assume is also the owner - was incredibly nice and treated me as if we were old friends. Great deal for a women's suit and dress, and the buttons on the suit came back wrapped carefully... THAT is care! Located right next to the little Roche Bros and right across from the train station, so it is incredibly convenient to whatever you are doing.

The movers did a terrible job packing my clothes and I received them in wrinkled heaps. Literally every pair of pants and shirt that I owned needed to be redone. To make matters worse, my vehicle had not yet arrived in MA. I called New Season and even though it was Wed. (and they normally pick up/deliver on Tuesday) an amazingly courteous gentleman offered to come and pick up all my clothes and promised to have them back to me by Friday in time for me to fly back to CA for a week long business trip followed by a wedding over the weekend. Not only did they arrive on time, the shirts looked much better than I am used to. Not sure what kind of magic they use but every shirt looked brand new. Very professional operation here! I guess I have found my dry cleaner! They also do pick ups and returns in Needham every Tuesday and Friday at your house for Free!
