Simply AWFUL experience. My wedding dress was RUINED here. I brought it in with a few small fresh stains and got it back with the original stains still there, plus new large oily stains from their "cleaning attempts." On top of that, there were obvious new stitches added that hadn't been there before, and they didn't even remotely match the fabric or color of the knit. I also brought in a trench coat, which came back with all the same stains untouched -- honestly, for the best considering what happened to the dress. When I returned to show them the damage, there was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to offer compensation. I had to request a refund myself. The employee handed it to me and simply walked away without even acknowledging the inconvenience. This place used to be excellent before the ownership change. Now it's an absolute mess. Please do not trust them with valuable clothing, especially anything sentimental like a wedding dress. read more

June and Theresa did an awesome job handling my suit and shirt. Their fun attitude actually made going to the dry cleaners fun. Solid job!

Theresa was so so so helpful!!! The laundry room was super clean and straightforward. She was here with us to make sure our laundry was done right and told us about the other services they offer that we will definetly be using. I will definitely come back and I recommend to anyone that wants a one stop shop for all things laundry. read more

Star Laundry is always great. They are timely, friendly, and always do a great job with dry cleaning. Theresa in particular was amazing!

our experience at the star laundry club in Orem was fantastic! The man who served us was very helpful. We had the option to use cash or card . Transaction was simple. The machines were state-of-the-art top-of-the-line stainless steel. The whole experience was quick and pleasant. I recommend them to everyone! read more

Star has been a godsend to me as I'm ill and can't do my own laundry. Today, Theresa B went above the call of duty to carry my laundry to my car since I'm under post surgical carrying restrictions. They do fantastic work. read more

Brought in a brand new dress for pre-event cleaning and it was damaged. Poor communication and no apologies for the damage caused.

I brought in my silk dress for some small lip balm stains that occurred while trying the dress for the first time. The stains were very minor and I was assured that they would be easily removable. When I returned to collect my dress, the stains were removed but I noticed a very large thread had been pulled out of the chest of the dress that had not been there previously, as the dress was brand new and came into the dry cleaners with the tags still attached. I also took photos of the stain that had been there previously, and there was clearly no thread damage. When I asked about this, the cashier made particularly no attempt to apologize and did not offer any sort of refund, but stated I could wait several more days for the seamstress to "take a look" at it. I was nearly in tears explaining that the dress was for my wedding, but he did not reassure me at all and seemed to not care that they had damaged my brand-new dress. He did say I would not be charged for the repair. When I called to inquire about the dress the day it was promised after no communication, the man who answered the phone seemed aggravated and demanded that I come pick up the dress immediately as it was "probably already done" and hung up on me. When I came to collect my dress, the seamstress had not even addressed the issue and said that she was not told about the pulled thread at all. After fixing the loose thread, the pull was still somewhat visible and she said there was nothing she could do. After this, the seamstress requested $10 from me despite the fact that I had been told I would be receiving the repair for free. She seemed upset by this and had clearly received almost no communication regarding the issue. Overall, this was probably the most disappointing and upsetting experiences I've ever had at an establishment, and I would not recommend Star Laundry Club to anyone. read more

My go to place! Clean facility, dry cleaning is always done in a timely matter, and the guy that mans the counter is always friendly.

Flew into town to be with family during a tough time and needed last minute laundry washed and folded while we attended a funeral service. They were able to help out on short notice and were blessed by the customer service. read more

This place was fantastic and the staff there (Sarah I think?) could not have been more courteous and helpful, not just to me but to every patron on a Saturday afternoon. Attentive and helpful. read more

Do not use this dry cleaner! When I brought my sofa pillow covers here, I was told they would be cleaned and ready for pick up in one week. We paid upfront over $100 for this job. Weeks went by, and every time I called to ask for the covers, they would tell me "they'll be here tomorrow". This happened over and over again with no explanation over weeks. At one point I was told to come in to get them, and they still we not there! So I asked for my covers back, regardless of if they were cleaned or not- I just needed them back. They would not give them to me. This job ended up taking a MONTH and the covers do not even look cleaner than when I dropped them off. There was no offer for a discount or refund, no acknowledgment of their poor service, and no apology. I realized too late that all of their yelp reviews from the last year are 1 star reviews. read more

I took 5 sweaters here (a combination of merino wool, cashmere, and alpaca) and they all came back fantastic! They are so clean and in beautiful shape. It took me a long time to find a dry cleaner but this ended up being a great choice. Plus the price was good for how much I got done! read more

One of the most if not most overpriced dry cleaners in the area for work they do. One of the few places that makes you pay up front and only take Cash/Venmo/Zelle so the buyer isn't even protected. $8.50 per shirt dry clean without buyer protected and having to pay up front is wild read more

Staff is helpful. I used the washer it's $3.75 per load. The dryer is $0.25 per 6 minutes, minimum 36 minutes. There's also wash and fold service that's priced per pound. read more

Star Laundry Club - Wash and fold pricing - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Boston, Massachusetts

Great customer service. The couple who runs this business is hardworking, patient, and considerate. Very good wash, dry, and fold laundry service. Nice dry cleaning as well. If doing self-service, the machines are pretty fast, clean, and there's almost always one available. You can always exchange cash for quarters at the store. Overall, very fair pricing, and I would definitely come back again. read more

This business really came through for us in a time of desperate need. I called ahead to inquire about their wash & fold service, and they told me they would be flexible with the turnaround time we needed. They were prompt, called to communicate, and did a great job neatly folding and packaging everything. They even hung up some of our clothes that shouldn't be folded. It was totally worth the price for the efficiency, speed, and professionalism. We are very grateful and will use their services again if needed! read more

Can't beat the prices, quality and attentive customer service from Jenny. During the pandemic, when my dry-cleaning was ready, she called to let me know it can be picked up so that is a great value-add. Great to talk to for a nice conversation if you're not pressed for time to go elsewhere. read more

This place is great. While living in the area, I was looking for a local laundromat and this place had great reviews. it's a couple that owns the spot and you can tell that they work hard for their money. They have a wash and fold service but by the time I got to the laundromat it was too late to do this service - looking forward to this next time. Would recommend. Very affordable and it does the job. They are honest people!! support local! read more

Service: this location is run by a woman with great customer service, super nice and helpful. She clarified pricing, recommended where to park when we had to pick up and described how it worked as we were first time customers. It includes wash and fold, and she can clarify additional pricing for blankets, sheets, rugs etc as they are upcharged. Price: It was $13 per 10lb minimum and will charge $13 even if under 10lbs we had a large order so that was no problem! Even with a large order they had it done in about 3 or 4 days! I definitely recommend checking out if you have the means for it ! read more

They dry clean and wash & fold my clothes all the time! very good work! great price! Good prices for dry cleaning, tailoring, and pressing.

The wash, dry, & fold service here is amazing! The staff are super friendly, professional, and are always available for those Mom type questions like "should this go in with the lights or the darks?". Even if the basement in my building was to come off of my list of the "Top 10 most terrifying places" I'd still be going to Star Dry Cleaners for all of my laundry needs. read more

Star Laundry Club - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Boston, Massachusetts

I've been coming this to establishment for many years, new ownership has recently taken over and I thought I could still trust them. My loyalty was wrong when they lost my shirt just before a wedding. Despite their promises to locate it, they failed to deliver, leaving me scrambling for a replacement at the last minute. The incident highlighted their unprofessionalism and lack of accountability, making it difficult to trust them with my garments again. read more

great, clean and also nice owners also super efficient. Come here all the time ! Also can buy detergent there too.

I used the coin-op laundry here on a Saturday morning - it was quiet and the laundromat was clean and everything was in working order. The owner is very friendly - responsive on the phone and helpful in-store. He provided quarters for the machines in exchange for bills. I paid $6.00 for one load in the big washer (1 comforter, mattress protector, 1 set of sheets, and a small load of dirty clothes), and 2 dryers for 30 minutes each ($0.25 per 6 minutes). Everything was painless and easy, which was refreshing especially after dealing with a broken laundry machine in my apartment complex. Would recommend! read more

I paid for a dry cleaning of two suits and they did not clean the body odor off of them. I have never had this happen before. The clothes did not retain their stiffness at all after the cleaning. It was as if they had not been cleaned. read more

Wash/fold service is about $1.15 per pound of laundry. 10 pound minimum I dropped off my laundry here around noon and they finished my laundry by 7pm that same day. The attendant was very nice and my laundry came back great! They even took the effort to hang certain garments that were meant to be hung instead of folding them. I would recommend. read more

I've always had in-unit laundry prior to moving to Boston. Although it's inconvenient going to a laundromat instead of being able to do laundry at home, the owners are so kind and friendly that they make the experience more pleasant than going to a slightly closer laundromat. They also offer wash and fold and tailoring services. Would highly recommend going here. Only issue is it can be tough to find parking near this spot when doing multiple loads of laundry. read more

I used to live in a place with in unit laundry. Moving to a larger city meant getting used to using laundromats fortunately this place is very close to my apartment. Large loads are about 6.25 and you can fit EVERYTHING in those and loads take about 25 minutes to wash. The self service washes are a reasonable price and you can also have wash and fold services done as well. The woman who owns this business is a wonderful kind lady. I am so glad I can come to this business. read more
