Simply AWFUL experience. My wedding dress was RUINED here. I brought it in with a few small fresh…read morestains and got it back with the original stains still there, plus new large oily stains from their "cleaning attempts." On top of that, there were obvious new stitches added that hadn't been there before, and they didn't even remotely match the fabric or color of the knit. I also brought in a trench coat, which came back with all the same stains untouched -- honestly, for the best considering what happened to the dress. When I returned to show them the damage, there was no apology, no accountability, and no attempt to offer compensation. I had to request a refund myself. The employee handed it to me and simply walked away without even acknowledging the inconvenience. This place used to be excellent before the ownership change. Now it's an absolute mess. Please do not trust them with valuable clothing, especially anything sentimental like a wedding dress.

A little pricey but that's just Boston and the price you pay for convenience! Not sure why there's so many bad reviews but they all seem dated. I've been coming her for three years now whenever I'm in Boston because it's so close to my…read moreapartment (four times a year on average). I have never spent so much money in a laundromat, ever. The dryers are awful. Why should thin towels (which I intentionally purchased thin for my apartment because I knew that I would have to dry them at a laundromat, and wanted them to dry quickly) take over one hour? Do you know what that comes out to in this place? I asked the owner about this, and I get no coherent answer. The last time I was there I saw him take dark gray sheets and white sheets and put them in the same washing machine. I'm sorry, but I doubt the customer requested him to mix their sheets. And he stuffed it in the tiniest machine also. Based on the reviews, I'm going to try Nino's next time. I think walking one way and taking an Uber back will still be a lot cheaper than going to this laundromat.

They destroyed a dress, two shirts, and a whole bunch of underwear and socks all in one fell swoop. They all have huge blue splotches all over them. Apparently they have never heard of separating darks & lights. UGH. Not even an apology or acknowledgment - they just sent me on my merry way to discover when I got home that I had paid $18 to have $150 worth of clothes ruined. Jerks.

Unfortunately there is always something wrong with around half of the machines when I go in there. I do my laundry in the middle of the day, so I haven't had an issue, but I can see how it might be hard to get a washer/dryer in the evenings. I drop my laundry off and come back for it (I live very close) and I've never had an issue with theft or people removing my things from the machines. However, very hard to figure out who works there (if there is even anyone behind the desk). Edit: they have now "lowered" their prices and started charging for dryers. They claim it comes out to about the same price, but this is not true. Additionally the past several times my clothes have come out with stains on them. Not sure what is going on, but I won't be going back.
