Moved to the city recently and don't have in unit laundry so I came here since it's the closest laundromat. I'd definitely recommend this place, it's pretty clean, in a good area, and they have lots of washers and dryers so I've never have to worry about having to wait. Prices start at $5.00 a load for washers and $1 per 20 minutes for the dryers, not exactly the cheapest thing but compared to paying for a laundry service I think it's a great deal. Also rent isn't cheap in Boston so I think the prices are very fair when you take that into account. Quarters only, but there is an ATM and quarter machine inside. I've only seen the quarter machine run out once but someone came in to refill it ~10 minutes after it ran out so not a huge deal. I usually try to bring my own quarters though so that I can guarantee having change without having to wait. read more

While this laundromat is open til midnight and the laundry machines are fast (and all necessities are present, such as coin machines and laundry detergent), i had a very alarming experience here. Someone was mixing together Clorox, fabioso, and rust remover in one machine. The laundry attendant was there but he did nothing. The smell of the chlorine gas was overpowering and i waited outside and tried to move my laundry as fast as possible. I hope in the future the laundry people can think of something to do in this situation so that this doesn't happen again. The chlorine gas production is potentially fatal or can cause bad injuries. The laundry room is not very ventilated. Overall, not sure if i would use this place again. read more

The machines are fine, plenty of washers and huge driers. Cost is average for the city. Space is overall clean. I had a great experience with the wash and fold service. However, when I was using the self service machines, Another client began screaming profanities at me while I was minding my business doing my laundry. Not the fault of the business but the vibe felt overall unsafe as it's in a basement with minimal cell service. read more

Nice and clean laundromat. However, about 90 perfect of the machines were full with no one around to take out their laundry. Attendant to do laundry by the pound was out today on a Thursday so that service was unavailable. Open machine took $.50 more than it was supposed to in order to start. read more

Nino's is hands-down the best laundry service ever! They are located around the corner from me. I am in between a few surgeries and sometimes can't lift stuff - or sometimes I just get overwhelmed and need to take a chore of my list- then I call Nino. This last time, I was so thankful to the person who was helping me and when I asked what his name was- turns out it was Nino himself! He is super strong (I mean his biceps are hUge) and brought all my clothes and winter blanket up to me because they were too heavy 4 me to carry- and then he turns out to be the sweetest guy. He gets there at 7 am to start on the laundry for the day. He is so nice and hard-working that he seriously inspires me to be a better person. Thanks a million Nino!! read more

The laundry machines in my apartment building are a nightmare to use so I looked up laundromats and was delighted to find Nino's. I saw that they have a service where they pickup/you drop off your clothes, then they wash, dry, fold, and deliver them back to you! It took about 2.5 hours from them picking up my clothes to dropping them off clean and folded immaculately. The clothes were even organized by category! It was about $18 for two weeks worth of laundry which is a fair price to me for the great and super convenient service. Highly recommend Nino's!! read more

The flexibility to safely deliver my laundry in a busy commercial building was greatly appreciated. The .99 cent deal on now was just a bonus to the great job and excellent follow through.
