I asked what the price difference was between the two (they're androgynous labels) and he told me I needed the leave the store. When I questioned this reaction, he told me he was going to call the police if I didn't leave immediately. I asked if there was a business card for the manager / franchise owner, he told me he didn't owe me anything and again threatened to call the police. Suffice to say, I've never experienced this dropping off dry cleaning. This was 3:40 pm on Friday, July 7, in case the manager or franchise owner reads this and is curious which employee this was. I stepped out and the tailor and another assistant were finishing up with typing in clothes from clients who had left. I waited. A man then came in and the tailor served him - while ignoring me. The other woman went to the back. I waited. The first man left, and another man came in and again, the tailor served the new male customer. I waited and then said, "this is the second customer you have served while I am waiting." He arrogantly didn't even turn, she said nothing. I went in and changed. She came and tried to hug me. When I called to ask about this, I was told that it's "normal" for the hem to fall out after some time and that I needed to be more careful with handling the garment. I did not mishandle the garment beyond standard wear by any means. I was also told I'd need to pay again to have them re-hemmed (they did offer a discount). I took the garment back to be re-hemmed at a discount, only for the stitch to fall out again a few months later. I will not be bringing any items back here to be tailored. I expected professional work that lasts -- instead, I got a hem that failed almost immediately and a response that did not take any accountability. Not what I would expect for basic alterations.

All I wanted to do was dry some clothes around 7:45 pm she told me they were closed but let me in a rude way. Needless to say her rudeness irritated me and then the younger one appeared and was just as rude. For me it's all about your tone not so much of what you are saying.
