Love the Whitman location. For the first time I did the pickup and delivery service and it worked out very well. The alterations were excellent and the comforter came back looking like new. read more

The best. The only folks who I use for all my dry cleaning needs now. Super nice and responsive and they always do an excellent job. Best part is you can place a pickup on the app and they handle everything- will come pick up your dry cleaning and drop it off a few days later. You guys are the best!! read more

A little pricey, but all in all, great service and great results. I would recommend.

Got a dress hemmed here - took about 2-3 weeks and cost $95, which was a little shocking but I have no basis of comparison and I have never gotten my clothes tailored before. It turned out well though and they do allow customers one week to bring it back for additional alterations if you are not pleased with the result. It was also nice that the dress was returned wrinkle free and nicely hung! read more

AMAZING service: pick up and delivery was seamless, pricing is reasonable, great quality. Best drycleaning service I have personally experienced. read more

I got my Canada Goose jacket dry cleaned here and I would def recommend. I actually had cat pee on it and they were able to get the smell out 100%. It was pretty reasonably priced - around $80 for the jacket and $50 for the biohazard.. would def go again read more

I went here to get a hem done and they were very helpful and took the time to make sure they understood what I wanted. The pickup process was fast and they got it done in just two days. read more

If you're a south end resident don't even consider going anywhere else. Fantastic, just fantastic. Very nice people that know what they're doing. I brought in a suit that had gum residue after leaving some gum in my shit breast pocket and was washed by another dry cleaners, and I picked the suit up 2 days later looking brand new. read more

Fantastic quality and quick service. They're friendly on top of it all. Definitely recommend them.

My friends dog vomited on my fur coat a couple months ago, and for ~$75 they cleaned my fur coat back to its original condition! Saks fur salon would have charged $150+ I use the CCC delivery app (see pics for discount) and recently used it for another fur coat (real fur) and my moncler. Both came back in perfect condition and have been very happy with the free pickup/delivery service, on time and haven't ever been late/past the delivery wIn read more

What went well? Everything. Both pick up and delivery were in the early part of the promised time window. The jackets are tidy, sweaters fluffy, and nothing smells like dry cleaning chemicals. Pricing is fair and reasonable, particularly considering the convenience of delivery. They live up to their reputation. read more

I am not happy with Columbus Dry Cleaners!! I had to return an item (cropped length cardigan) because it had not been completely cleaned, the inside of the sleeve was still stained and they got annoyed when I showed them that they missed the inside, as if I should have told them the inside was dirty as well as the outside (bearing in mind this is a cardigan that is not done up - completely open item). When I picked it up for the second time, there is still a stain on the label by the neck, the material is coarse & no longer soft and the shape of the cardigan has disappeared. I am very disappointed as this was one of my favourite timeless items of clothing and is now feeling cheap and looking old. read more

Recently moved to town and was lucky to have chosen Columbus Dry Cleaners. Service was great and the app makes things easy

I needed a large stain removed from a suit -- which my usual dry cleaner after a week of holding on to it concluded he did not want to attempt to address (for fear of discoloring the fabric) -- and brought it to Columbus Dry Cleaners. Not only did they expertly remove the stain but they did so in a timely manner and at a very reasonable cost! They'll be my go-to dry cleaners from now on! read more

I can't say enough great things about Columbus Dry Cleaners - such friendly and efficient service, reasonable prices, and love how you receive email notifications when your cleaning is ready to be picked up. They got an impossible stain out of my boyfriend's suit jacket so we will be indebted to them forever! Highly recommend. read more

Woooow they were able to de-yellow my dress perfectly, and I can actually wear it again! My husband has been coming here for years for his dress clothes but this is my first time here. I had an oil spill on an angora sweater and a yellowed cotton white dress with some grey in the lining and accents (so it wasn't just a matter of bleaching). Not only are they perfect, but I had left a little piece of colored paper in one of my pockets, so it made a little stain during the wash. When I noticed it after I picked it up, they offered to have me bring it back and remove the stain for free. They were very courteous to us, especially the girl (don't know her name). read more

I thought I lost a sweater and they were able to search their records to track it down. Great and quick service, I would highly recommend.

(10/30/16) After I picked up my clothes and left a massage for the manager, Maria very promptly called me to rectify the situation. She was very pleasant and helpful, I wish I could have met her originally when I first picked up my alterations. She offered to take both items back and give me compensation for them- I gave her the dress and kept the shirt since it's my favorite flannel and brought it to another seamstress. The check was available for me to pick up the next day. I wont trust them with my alterations again, but Maria was great. (11/2/16) I will add that I was contacted again by Maria a week later. My original update was 4 stars. However, after Maria accused me of lying about how much the dress cost (it is now on sale, 3 weeks after I initially dropped it off) and stating it was still available (after I called online customer service last week to find that the petite sizes were completely sold out) I am dropping my score to 3 stars. I was completely satisfied with how she resolved the issue, until the accusatory phone call today. read more

I brought in a new Tuxedo that I needed altered. They were able to help that same day and make the adjustments that were completed the next day! ONE DAY!!! I was super impressed, not only by their ability to complete this quickly but also the quality is incredible. The suit now fits me perfectly. Their prices are very reasonable and I will be coming back! read more

These guys continue to be the best. I love the reliable delivery service. Perfect cleaning quality, too!

I trusted them with my wedding dress in August and now I trusted them to clean up my Kate Spade bag, and they have never disappointed. Reasonable prices and very friendly staff. A reliable dry cleaner is really a girl's best friend. Will be returning here the next time I need a dry cleaner! read more

After a several terrible experiences with another popular wash&fold delivery service, I knew I needed to look elsewhere. I'm SO glad I found Columbus Cleaners. Their wash and fold delivery is so efficient (use an app), the service is great, and everything returns neatly folded and packaged with no lost items. I've been using them for about 7 months and I'm sold! read more

UPDATED : Thanks to Maria for calling me the next day about this issue. She very much wants to correct the problem and offered to redo the alterations for no charge. I went back to the store and saw Billy and Claudia (seamstress). They were both very helpful and explained that additional work needed to be done to correct the fit. I'm not sure how the final product will turn out, but at least I can't fault the store for trying. Kudos to Maria and Billy for their attention to customer service. These are the types of local businesses we should all support! ORIGINAL I brought in two pairs of golf pants to have them altered to a slim fit. I showed the seamstress what I wanted and even left her an example pair to use as a template. When I got them back, they were nowhere close to the example I gave her. I don't understand where the mixup was. For the $50, I thought it would be cheaper than buying new pants. Now I just wasted the money and still have two pairs of baggy pants. This was a pretty bad alterations experience. read more

Claudia, the seamstress, is amazing. I've had a couple of difficult pieces altered here like leather pants and a pleated skirt and it was done seamlessly -- like it you wouldn't have even known it was taken in. Their service is amazing too, I called back because one of my items didn't fit perfect and they were able to fix it in a couple of days. Always so kind too! read more

I have been going to Columbus Cleaners for probably 10 years, and they are just fantastic. I've used their tailoring service many times for all types of clothing and I bring them all my dry cleaning or special cleaning projects. They always do a perfect job, have my clothes ready when they say they will, and are soooooooo incredibly nice! I feel their pricing is always a fair value too, which is really important. Columbus Cleaners is a gem in the South End and we are lucky to have them. I would never go anywhere else! read more

Came here to alter a new dress and leather pants (which I honestly wasn't sure they could do!) I had and the extremely kind owner said he would bring my items to the seamstress/seamster and see if they could make the alterations I needed. My items were ready the next day and fit perfectly! I couldn't be happier with the fit. Great price, too. Definitely coming back if I need anything else tailored. read more

This shop did a great job replacing a zipper on stretch faux leather pants and also managed to remove a mystery stain on a jacket that had been setting for a few months. Recommend! read more

Have been going for years. Not only do they expertly clean clothes, their tailor services are great!

The items I bring to any dry cleaner seriously test their stain removal abilities. After dropping off a DvF dress littered with nacho cheese, a cranberry juice-soaked top and a few other oddities I was impressed to see my clothes come back looking as though I had never even worn them out! The quick return and friendly service (they remembered my name by the 3rd visit) have made me a regular! read more

This place is good at removing stains! My silk blouse had all sorts of stains on it, and I took it to another Dry Cleaners before coming here, and brought it back home with most of the stains still there. After I dropped it off at this place, though, they all disappeared! The way dry cleaning ought to be. However, this place is somewhat pricier than other places, but the above is the reason why. I think they charged me literally twice as much as the other cleaners I went to. They put more care into your garments, though. read more
