The smell of the chlorine gas was overpowering and i waited outside and tried to move my laundry as fast as possible. I hope in the future the laundry people can think of something to do in this situation so that this doesn't happen again. The chlorine gas production is potentially fatal or can cause bad injuries. When I opened my laundry Friday morning, I was missing all of my whites, and clothes I had dropped off and they are now lost. They have lost $3-4k worth of clothing and never returned them. They are looking for my lost clothes, but I am very upset as they were my favorite pieces completely gone. I will never be coming back & will file a claim for the lost items. They seemed to have no idea where they went or why they are missing. I am not sure why so many of my clothes would go missing without care. I understand mistakes happen, but this is an extreme dis-service and interruption. I do not recommend coming here if you don't want to risk your items getting lost. The weirdest part is that ALL of my clothes I dropped off are stolen or lost. The pieces returned are blankets and towels of different colors too. How is it that ALL of my clothes I dropped off are now gone?? And cannot be found with a return trip of 2 hours? Absolutely will be taking legal action.
