I decided to start fresh at Aritzia after hearing great things about their clothes and customer service--and I was completely blown away by my stylist, Diana. I think I tried on 50+ pieces over the course of 3-4 hours (I know... I'm a little crazy, and I shop like it's an Olympic sport ), and Diana was incredible from beginning to end. She gave honest feedback, suggested perfect pieces to pair with tops and bottoms I liked, and patiently ran back and forth countless times to grab different sizes and colors. She was also incredibly organized, keeping track of what I was buying in-store versus what would be shipped to my home, which made the whole process so much easier. Toward the end, after I'd gone through everything I picked myself, I asked Diana to surprise me with items she thought I'd love. She absolutely nailed it. Every piece she brought matched my style perfectly. She somehow understood exactly what I was looking for--even when I couldn't put it into words. Shopping is usually stressful for me because I'm not very confident when it comes to fashion, but Diana made the experience genuinely fun and effortless. I walked out of the store much poorer , but also incredibly relieved and excited because I finally have a wardrobe full of pieces that make me feel confident. If you're shopping at Aritzia, I can't recommend Diana enough. She's knowledgeable, patient, has an amazing eye for style, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling your best.

They're located right by the Showcase Cinema & plenty of parking available in the open lots or can park in the garage, free of charge.

I felt like I was shopping with a good friend. She was happy to help not just me, but other customers shopping as well. All the girls working that night were very friendly! I know how hard retail can be, being a manager of a retail store myself. I love getting nice reviews about my hard work. It makes the stressful days pay off! Worst experience ever with the cashier this afternoon. We've been customers of this store for years…read moreand have never been treated as carelessly as we were today. Don't get me wrong, the salesman was very helpful pulling sizes and giving great advice. The tailor was also knowledgeable and did a good and was friendly. Things however went quickly south when we got to the cashier to pay. To say that the young woman at the register was rude as an understatement. There was not only a lack of basic retail service skills, but the young woman's attitude was borderline hostile. Basic questions about the breakdown of the charges and any discounts we might be able to take advantage of were met with rolled eyes, huffing, and puffing...at one point she literally walked away and starting ringing up another customer! I've worked retail and know it's a tough job, but this is NOT who you behave with customers, especially when we were nothing but courteous. K&G, do better with vetting, hiring, and training your staff! This was absolutely ridiculous. I'm angry that I had to interact with this person and your company should be ashamed to employ someone like that.

Time for an update because on my recent visit I bought a pair of copper metallic "cowboy" boots…read more The style is called the Annie and I love them! Sean was a very helpful and attentive salesman. He let me know this particular style ran big and surmised that the boots that would fit me would be a half size smaller than usual. He was right. They didn't have the copper color in stock but once I ascertained my correct size and fit, Sean ordered them for me. They arrived at my door in just a few short days. I have been wearing them around the house for the past two days but honestly, they are extremely comfortable. It seems no break-in period needed as is the case with some boots in general and some western boots in particular. Tecovas will shine/polish the boots for free any time you're in the store. They also will etch them for free with my initials or another of their designs if I so desire. The journey is not in on this option yet. They also offer to stretch them for you if they need it. Fortunately mine do not. I am thrilled with my new boots. How many pairs of western style boots are too much? I don't know the answer to that yet. ;-) Thank you Sean and Tecovas.

I was extremely happy when I first spotted MANGO at Natick Mall in the summer & now feeling blessed to have MANGO at Legacy. They offer timeless styles of clothing here. Each corner has a different theme/color, so you can find what you're looking for pretty easily. They've got clothes great for casual wear & options for if you're looking for going out/dress up clothes. Staff was very kind and helpful. Would come back again !

Great place to come if you enjoy nice quality brands and items, at discounted prices. Lots of popular sneaker brands here, such as HOKA, OnCloud, & Brooks. The sneakers are usually on sale here for less than $100; Saw a pair of Women's Brooks for $70 the other day. I was able to snag a new pair of OnClouds (OnCloud X3) for $90 & the same style + color is still full price at Nordstrom for $150. Also, many nice clothing brands like Levi, Joe's Jeans, TopShop, Naked Wardrobe, Good American, AGOLDE, etc can be found here. These brands of jeans are sold here for $30-$90 when typically full price is ~$200. Totally recommend!

About the only thing they don't have in this store is the classic "If we don't have it, you don't…read moreneed it" sign. And maybe they have one of those, but just can't find a place to display it. As neighborhood hardware stores go, this place is the genuine article. They have a wide range of fasteners (sold by the piece, not in poly-bags!), plumbing and electrical items appropriate to the kinds of houses found in the neighborhood, lawn and garden supplies, cleaning supplies, paint and -- most of all -- a very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. (Ooops, I almost forgot to mention a handsome and somewhat aloof Maine coon cat named "Hershey" who protects the lawn and bird seed from mice and provides the store with senior management.) I've been involved in construction and renovation work for many years, and this kind of hardware store is getting difficult to find. ( I was working with a carpenter installing a huge Andersen bay window which is supported by internal wire cables. Atlas True Value had large turnbuckles, 10" through bolts and wire rope clamps all in stock. ) As might be expected, they're a little bit more expensive than the big-box Lowes and Home Depot, but I frequently find they're more economical because I can get first-quality items in the quantity I need and I don't have to spend the time and gas money to go miles when I need something. My only complaint is that they shorten their business hours during the summer months and close a little earlier on Sundays.

I was really impressed with the level of customer service! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Kara-Beth, who explained the store and the concept to me. It is owned by the same company that owns Wayfair and all the furniture in the store can be delivered to you in a matter of days. Some selections arrive as whole pieces, some are self assembly a la IKEA and you can also request a service that they have in partnership with Angie's (formerly Angie's List) where you can request assembly at the time of delivery. They have a nice selection of mostly mid-century looking and some more modern pieces including a lot of chairs and a few sofas. The pieces are definitely a step up from IKEA in appearance, but not as nice as West Elm, IMO. Most of the chairs I was eyeing are in the $300-$400 range and they had a sale going at the time I visited where there was an extra 15% off. What really impressed me more than the furniture was the thoughtful and personalized service. When I explained where I was looking to set up the chairs I was considering, Kara-Beth explained that it might be wise to consider swivel chairs so that people sitting side by side could orientate to themselves to face each other more comfortably during conversations. I never would have thought to consider it! What a great suggestion. I will definitely consider this store for future furniture purchases and it's so nice to know they can deliver quickly as we had to wait quite a long time to get a sofa from West Elm during peak COVID times.
