I decided to start fresh at Aritzia after hearing great things about their clothes and customer service--and I was completely blown away by my stylist, Diana. I think I tried on 50+ pieces over the course of 3-4 hours (I know... I'm a little crazy, and I shop like it's an Olympic sport ), and Diana was incredible from beginning to end. She gave honest feedback, suggested perfect pieces to pair with tops and bottoms I liked, and patiently ran back and forth countless times to grab different sizes and colors. She was also incredibly organized, keeping track of what I was buying in-store versus what would be shipped to my home, which made the whole process so much easier. Toward the end, after I'd gone through everything I picked myself, I asked Diana to surprise me with items she thought I'd love. She absolutely nailed it. Every piece she brought matched my style perfectly. She somehow understood exactly what I was looking for--even when I couldn't put it into words. Shopping is usually stressful for me because I'm not very confident when it comes to fashion, but Diana made the experience genuinely fun and effortless. I walked out of the store much poorer , but also incredibly relieved and excited because I finally have a wardrobe full of pieces that make me feel confident. If you're shopping at Aritzia, I can't recommend Diana enough. She's knowledgeable, patient, has an amazing eye for style, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling your best.

The two ladies working in the store were very helpful and friendly and helped me locate exactly the type of gift I was looking to purchase. She went above and beyond to help me find an outfit. A shirt or dress with patches on the elbows! Super cute and trendy for fall (: After helping me put together an outfit she told me she had the perfect sweater in the back and that I would fall in love with it. She was right! I felt like I was shopping with a good friend. She was happy to help not just me, but other customers shopping as well. All the girls working that night were very friendly! I know how hard retail can be, being a manager of a retail store myself. I love getting nice reviews about my hard work. It makes the stressful days pay off! I hope word travels to these ladies at Legacy and they are awarded for their hard work and excellent customer service. I will certainly be revisiting. Thank you Danielle

He took one look at my partner, and knew *exactly* what size trousers and blazer he took. Richie has a fantastic eye for color (he saw great combinations that I didn't see, and I'm an artist! Lol) he is absolutely an asset to this organization. (we went in there, looking for one blazer, and we walked out with three blazers, two turtleneck sweaters, and a pair of trousers. He's a major revenue generator! I hope he's being recognized as such.) If you need help there, ask for him! He's really really good

Worst experience ever with the cashier this afternoon. We've been customers of this store for years…read moreand have never been treated as carelessly as we were today. Don't get me wrong, the salesman was very helpful pulling sizes and giving great advice. The tailor was also knowledgeable and did a good and was friendly. Things however went quickly south when we got to the cashier to pay. To say that the young woman at the register was rude as an understatement. There was not only a lack of basic retail service skills, but the young woman's attitude was borderline hostile. Basic questions about the breakdown of the charges and any discounts we might be able to take advantage of were met with rolled eyes, huffing, and puffing...at one point she literally walked away and starting ringing up another customer! I've worked retail and know it's a tough job, but this is NOT who you behave with customers, especially when we were nothing but courteous. K&G, do better with vetting, hiring, and training your staff! This was absolutely ridiculous. I'm angry that I had to interact with this person and your company should be ashamed to employ someone like that.

Sean was a very helpful and attentive salesman. He let me know this particular style ran big and surmised that the boots that would fit me would be a half size smaller than usual. He was right. They didn't have the copper color in stock but once I ascertained my correct size and fit, Sean ordered them for me. They arrived at my door in just a few short days. I have been wearing them around the house for the past two days but honestly, they are extremely comfortable. It seems no break-in period needed as is the case with some boots in general and some western boots in particular. Tecovas will shine/polish the boots for free any time you're in the store. They also will etch them for free with my initials or another of their designs if I so desire. The journey is not in on this option yet. They also offer to stretch them for you if they need it. Fortunately mine do not. I am thrilled with my new boots. How many pairs of western style boots are too much? I don't know the answer to that yet. ;-) Thank you Sean and Tecovas.
