Additionally, their services of the text forwarding does NOT work. With literally ZERO tech support. I find that policy unfair and misleading from a customer-service standpoint. If a customer cancels shortly after an automatic renewal and has no intention of continuing the service, there should be some reasonable flexibility--especially when there was no clear reminder that the subscription was about to renew. I would strongly urge another service, do NOT waste your money.
