T-mobile is my carrier, but I have a prepaid plan. Today I brought in a brand new unlocked Samsung s26 Ultra to the store and they fixed a serious app configuration issue. I moved the SIM yesterday from the old to the new phone, but had App configuration issues. Tony figured it out in a few minutes after I spent yesterday evening watching youTube videos and being unsuccessful. The store was busy and I had to wait a few minutes, but it was well worth it. Many many years ago I love to visit my T Mobil at The Burlington Mall. They had a diverse and inclusive staffs. I felt at home going there and we were like friends but not any more. First, the newly appointed manager (he has been there many many years and I seldom go to him before for help for technical advice for my phone and the newer version when I changed my phone) does not welcome me to visit the store. He stood there when I seldom go in for technical help. When I did visit (I am a senior citizen and do need technical help at times)he stood at the otherside of the counter with his unwelcome stare and cold look tell me I am not welcome there then he talked down to me when I asked a question then he shows his staffs how much he knows. I guess when you have a store manager treats the faithful longtime T Mobil customer with cold stares what do you expect your staffs to treat T Mobil customers? read more

If you are going to go with T-Mobile I would highly suggest you go to the CORPORATE store not the franchise in the food court. Its all about service and Jason D. went out his way to fix my problem even though it was created by another carrier. Can't say enough good things about them. Sufi was great also. read more

I switched my wife's and my carrier from Verizon to T-Mobile in the past couple of weeks at the Burlington Mall T-Mobile store. Nick did a good job explainng the options and prices. In addition to switching cell service I purchased a Pixel 8 for my wife via the $400 credit for transferring the 2 lines. After a few days I discovered that text messages to and from the Pixel 8 were being blocked for some contacts. A call to T-Mobile's sevice center was not helpful with a repsonse that they would try to fix texting within 3 day but no guarantees. I then brought the phone to the Burlington store store. Ridge was fantastic in finding the problem within 5 mnutes. He was also able to get Voice Typing to work although I had tried unsuccessfully using all the tips I gleened from the Web. Ridge was also able to get Visual Voicemail to work on my phone that was previusly linked to Verizon. Kudos to Ridge! read more

Apparently they will not let you select 0 stars. Too bad. DO NOT use T-Mobile. The customer service is appalling. Last year when my husband died unexpectedly, they put me through the ringer trying to close his line so we left T-Mobile and we went to Verizon. Now, I try to pass off my husband's very expensive iphone to a family member who needs it and it is locked by T-Mobile! They will not unlock it for us. I have been on hold for 82 minutes today (after an hour on the phone yesterday and a trip into the shop) and we still have not made a bit of progress. This is ridiculous! Why are the even allowed to do this? I am told this is a regular problem with T-Mobile~ that they lock their phones. Verizon doesn't. Update: Finally got the mall store on the phone: Michael at the Burlington Store is the only one who has been at all helpful in this whole process. I am grateful to reach at least ONE person in this company that has common sense, manners, and good customer service! Thank you so much for your help, sir. 5 stars for you. read more

I would say this T-Mobile location on the upper floor of the Burlington Mall is very clean with a beautiful space, along with super helpful staff, that are able to answer any questions you have. The fact that they offer flexible pre-paid services to your phone (mine was unlocked), really gives great value, compared to other carriers with expensive monthly bills. T-Moble is the carrier to choose, as they continue to grow and always think about the customer first. read more

I came here several times and the staff there are always helpful. I only deducted a star because everytime i go there, the staff memebers would chit chat about their personal lives while helping me. As long as it gets done, I don't really care, but to hear that so-and-so is doing whatever with whats-his-face, while I'm asking for my info, seem kind of unprofessional. read more

But I walk into this store stood around a bit before I said something and was like is anyone gonna acknowledge me. Someone finally did after the second time I said it. Went in for the buy 1 get one free iPhone 8 promotion. The salesperson Stefanos told me I would receive a monthly credit of $29 and it should take 2 to 3 months to see it on my bill. Well I never received the credit and when I contacted them they said I was supposed to send in for a rebate for the 700. AND it was too late to fix it for me. Nothing they could do to help me...just terrible customer service. I should have stayed with Verizon! read more

Great service. After I unlocked my phone I stopped by to switch out phones on a current T-Mobile line; I had an iPhone I wanted to use in place of the pre-historic non-smartphone I had been using. I was helped quickly and the job was done in 5 minutes; fast and polite service. Good experience. read more

Not impressed. The Verizon store downstairs has a better process for helping folks in an organized way. Verizon recognizes customers who walk in and gets them in a line. Here, customers just stand around waiting to be recognized. There is no line, so I'm unnecessarily under stress trying to remember who I'm behind and who came after me. T-mobile on Newbury St or at Fresh Pond is much better. read more

I have had several experiences in this store since before it was renovated last fall (2014) and all have been great. The most recent was last night when my Uncle and I went in to pick up a SIM card for a new unlocked phone I received as a gift. The fella who greeted us was Joel Perez and he was an asst manager from his nametag. He was extremely friendly and very helpful. 15 years with same mobile phone company company. Phone two years old and not accepting charge. Went in and bought replacement phone for interim knowing that old phone being shipped. Two days later encountered worst customer service ever. Had receipt for interim phone and documentation for phone on order, plus old phone with sim. "New" manager would not accept social security card, credit cards, union card and my entire wallet. Sent me back out in pouring rain to get passport - could this be because I'm a BLACK man????
