Our son has been taking drum lessons at Alpha Omega for close to three years, and prior to that took 4 years of guitar lessons (he started guitar in kindergarten). He has developed into a pretty good drummer, and the primary reason for that is the instruction he's received at Alpha Omega; he's currently one of two 6th graders in the middle school jazz band (they almost always only take 7th and 8th graders). Ken is an excellent teacher; he has a way of inspiring/influencing his students to be their best. Their rates are very good considering the level of instruction they provide their students; these are all professional musicians. Our son has also attended the vacation camps and has really enjoyed them, being able to apply his lessons to playing in a rock band for a week. Overall, we're very happy with Alpha Omega; I highly recommend them. read more

I couldn't be happier with our experience at Alpha Omega Music Studios! My son has been taking guitar lessons here, and the progress he's made is truly impressive. The studio itself is welcoming and well-equipped, creating a perfect environment for learning. A special shoutout to his instructor, Ken Polk. Ken is not only incredibly skilled but also patient and encouraging. He has a unique ability to connect with his students and make learning fun and engaging. My son looks forward to his lessons every week and is always excited to show us what he's learned. Ken's passion for music and teaching shines through in every lesson. This little music shop has been around forever! My mom used to take me here on occasion to get sheet music or strings back when I was a youngin' in school. I came here recently to get some accessories for a new guitar I bought. The gentleman at the counter was so kind and friendly and he helped me out with picking out the right types I needed. If you need guitar picks they have a large selection of prepackaged, and "pick" your own at 3 for $1. They also had a large selection of different guitar straps with varying prices that were comparable to what you'd find on Amazon. In addition to guitar supplies and sheet music, they sell instruments, have a repair shop, and offer lessons. It's your one stop shop for music! read more

After six months taking drums (in addition to piano) my daughter was able to play in the winter vacation band, record an original song, and loves to go to take lessons. Our instructor Jason pushes her to do better in piano and drums, so we recently added guitar. My daughter is challenged every time, and loves just jamming with Jason. We are not just learning theory, but how to feel the music. We heard about the studio from a friend a year and a half ago and came to check them out. We both love coming to the studio. We have never had a problem with rescheduling due to travel or sickness, with their policy they need 24 hour notice. We communicate with our instructor directly. read more

If you are looking for music lessons, recording, and more... Alpha Omega Music Studios is the place to go. With two studios, a small store and a warm family environment- we couldn't have asked for more. All 3 of my sons took lessons there- guitar, drums, and a beat making class. Although my older son's interests have changed, we are still rocking drum lessons there and love it. After 4 lessons my 6 year old was drumming out beats to a songs, learning timing, and introduced to music reading. The instructor also sent us a sound clip of their "song." We love the people and the location is super convenient. I would highly recommend.! read more

Alpha Omega has been an awesome experience from the start. My son wanted to learn the guitar initially and then turned to the ukulele and finally transitioned to drums which he loves. Alpha Omega worked patiently with us supporting our son and his musical journey as he tried to figure out what instrument spoke to him. The instructors are fantastic, very communicative and always professional. Ken, the owner, is incredibly gracious and really cares for the student's and parent's needs. I highly recommend Alpha Omega! read more

My son has always loved to drum. We tried out alpha Omega a little over a year ago and could not be more pleased with our experience there! The staff is phenomenal, so accommodating, and they make it fun for the participants. I've never seen anyone leave their lesson without a smile on their face. My son loves going every week and now wants to take up another instrument. His favorite part is the Alpha Jamz concerts they get to put on twice a year to show off what they've been working on! Definitely give them a call! read more

i've had a bit of unfortunate "out of my control," circumstances for the last 7 years.....i happen to go to the reading fair and actually won a free lesson! ME, really! well this was the start of many great, fulfilling and just wonderful "moments," i've had with this wonderful "family," they call a business. this is one of those places that has thrived due to the special people who work there, and who they, themselves attract. i thank them for just the small amount of time i've spent with them! deb bickoff read more

I enjoyed my violin lessons with Jason very much, but my work and family's needs left little time to practice. I could not make much progress and every time I thought I could get in some practice time, someone at home was annoyed by the sound or needed me to do something for them...Jason was very kind and understanding, and I wish I could have kept up with lessons. But at my age it was just for fun anyways. I'll try again in a couple of years when I am retired and have more time! read more

My son has been taking piano lessons with Jacob at Alpha Omega for several months now and loves it. Jacob is easy going and fun and goes out of his way to tailor the lessons to fit my son's skill level. I've been really impressed with how much my son has learned and I love that he looks forward to going every week. This is the first time our family has tried music lessons and we're really happy with how well it's going. I would happily recommend it to anyone who is interested. read more
