Beautiful customer service, helped me with what I need fast and convenient. Lost one of my items (car keys) and they held it for me in the back. Recommend this store 10/10. read more

If you are shopping for children, do not come here because there is maybe five things to pick from. They definitely need a bigger children section. So this is what my review is based on. I know they have a really big sneaker collection, but I really think that they should have a little more clothes for the kids read more

I only 5 star because of Kelly. I walked this store aimlessly looking for help and why other employees were in groups small talking. She was alone looking for customers to help. She was in clothes and came to help me in shoes. She is a model employee and was legit the support I needed read more

The store used to have some steals on Jordan's but these days they are marked down a bit but nothing like before. Most of them are bricks that didn't move and you might save 20% whereas before you could find them for steals. I usually keep eye out for Nike club joggers/hoodies etc usually there are certain color ways that have a good buy now price. The store is clean, staff overall can be flagged down for help with sizing or questions. The line for checkout usually is long on weekends but moves fairly well. They got plenty of workout clothes, sports accessories and apparel, and of course the walls of sneakers in the back half. read more

Was told to sign up for Nike account by floor employee for 15% coupon. Very rude and unhelpful female cashier would not honor it without giving an reason why. read more

I always find something here! Great deals and staff. On my last visit I got a pair of sneakers originally priced at $89, marked down to $29. When I got to the register they were $20! Can't beat it! read more

Awful customer service. purchased an item and got wrong size by accident, store lines was out the door when I purchased item....noticed before I left so ran back in to change size....store associate told me I had to wait in the 50+ person lines cause first of all there is no exchange line & they told me I had to wait while I explained that I had my hungry child in car. Associates were so extremely rude and un willing to help me. Worst customer service ever read more

Seriously, terrific store employees. Friendly. Helpful. Pleasant. Knowledgeable. Willing to go out of their way. Now, notwithstanding they did not have the size I needed the store still rocks. Sure, as with most outlet stores, the inventory is hit or miss as to whether or not they are going to have what you are looking for, like and your size. Sure, there is some discounting of items - mostly out of season. Clean. Plenty of parking. Easily accessible. A must when at Wrentham. read more

Nike Factory Store - Wrentham - Shoe Stores Near Me - Wrentham, Massachusetts

I been to many Nike outlets in different states...this store and the one in New Hampshire have nothing good...running sneakers they have the most of...THEY NEVER HAVE JORDANS?????...But I've been to a ton of Nike outlets in other states and they have Jordans???...wtf is going on in this Wrentham store??? read more

When I need new sneakers, I typically go to this store. The prices are ok, but the deals are really against the back wall. This store is best if you know what you are doing and know what you want. The only staff that I ever recall seeing are the ones at the register or the ones that are going into the back room. I know there must be floating staff because the aisles and the sitting areas are always clear. There always seem several people milling about and bumping into one another. But we all kind of expect it given the width of the racks. Staff at the registers are no nonsense, no chit-chat and no smile. No problem...because the lines move fast. Overall the store is clean and organized and easy to get in an out of during the off-season and non-holiday weekends. I recommend coming her during the week after 6pm. read more

Deal of the week? $29 Nike Revolution 2 running shoes for women. This store also had a weekly deal for men. Moreover, the clearance racks of sneakers were located at the back of the store. It was also convenient they had a lot of seating areas to try on shoes. In the mood for more cushioning and a sturdier shoe construction to run on roads? The $49.99 Nike Zoom Winflow was offered in a wide selection of sizes and colors. The price of this women's shoes was even better than online sales! A large selection of running, lifestyle, training and outerwear shoes, fitness gear, etc. for men, women and children at competitive prices with a stellar customer service throughout the store, fast check-out with a smile...The knowledgeable, honest and friendly sales associate Spencer was awesome to pick the best sneakers based on fitness needs. You can easily find the ample sales staff throughout the clean, bright and well-organized store with their tee-shirts "Team Nike". Please remember to fill their five minute customer survey at the bottom of your receipt to receive $5 towards your next purchase at Niketown, Nike Store, or Nike factory store. You will receive your $5 coupon in your e-mail box within days. If the store doesn't have your size, you can try their website. By registering for free as a Nike+ member, you will get free shipping and return, participation at running and training events, etc. It was easy and free to park on the shopping center parking lot. read more

The place is almost always packed but the staff ate usually good at getting people in and out. I don't however appreciate the like 100 employees that are like stalkers while you're shopping. Lol. They make you feel like you're stealing or something. Makes the shopping experience a little less fun lol. Other than that it's great and I can usually find what I'm looking for. read more

I hate to write a review like this, but I had a very unpleasant experience Sunday morning 12/26 at the Nike store. My mother and I were there to exchange some Christmas items. While in the women's clothing section, I believe we were racially profiled by a young male associate. I've been shopping at this mall since I was a little girl, and I have never had such an experience. I've also been the manager at Abercrombie and Fitch for a few years now, thus, I know how retail is ran. Every time I looked up, this young man was literally watching me. Once I came to this uncomfortable realization, I approached him and asked "are you going to continue to watch me as I shop!?" As soon as my mom and I left the area to checkout, I noticed that the young male associate had left the area too, despite other shoppers still being in that particular area, which proves my point even further that he had been watching ONLY us. I did feel as though that approach was taken because my mother and I are persons of color. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service, waited in line with $700 in merchandise and watched employees stand around doing nothing while one person ran a register. Left the store and spent $0, on my way to Reebok instead... read more

I always walk into the Nike factory store thinking that they'll have something that fits me and is actually discounted from regular MSRP, but I'm always wrong on both fronts. It seems all they have are ugly t-shirts that are like a magnet to the foreigners that trek to Wrentham while visiting the USA or outdated sneakers in sizes that nobody wears like 15 or 6. read more

My boyfriend is a shoe freak. He can spend hours in this store and I can probably shop around the whole outlet taking my time, come back and he still wouldn't be done. We leave with an average of three pairs of sneakers, every time! I dread going to this store, its like hell. Way to overcrowded and the prices aren't even that great! The workers are always friendly as usual. If you're looking for 'deals' at a nike outlet, tanger outlet is the place to be. read more

The pricing at this Nike store is outrageous. I believe that you can find just as good of quality items and attire at Dick's and all for less $. They sell Nike products as well. The store itself is a good size and clothing is laid out well. Employee assistance is a hit or miss. read more

I wish we could put more stars the workers and managers are so amazing they went out there way to help me!! I come here for basketball shoes on the back wall and when they have the 20% off sales you can find some great deals. However every time I come here on a weekend, it's a total cluster. There are always loud annoying kids running around and parents pushing strollers. There is nothing entertaining in the store for kids, and they don't even get shoes so I don't know why they have to be playing in the congested back wall area. I also can't stand some of the other customers. When I want to actually try on shoes, all of the benches are taken up by kids, adults who aren't shopping but playing on their phones, or stacks of boxes. I personally put shoes back after I try them on, but apparently it's okay for everyone else to leave them in the way on the benches or on the floor. Many rude patrons will step in front of you, stand in the middle of the walkway without moving when you politely ask "excuse me", and several smell really badly because they don't wear deodorant or shower. It is no fault of the store's, but it sure makes it annoying to come here. Also the last time I went to check out, there were only 2 cash registers open with 15+ people in line, and several employees were standing around doing nothing. Not very efficient. read more
