Excellent service. They have a great selection of shoes with good prices. The new location in the Wrentham Outlets is great to shop at.

    Burberry

    $$$$

Here's my wallet. And my investment accounts, my life insurance, my car, my house, my imaginary…read moredog. Seriously, take it all, because I'm buying so much I may as well sign away my life. But honestly, this is a great store - I've noticed that some of the reviews here cry about how this place is expensive for an outlet store. But.. what? Sorry, that's not what an outlet store is. It's to get rid of outdated items that no longer need to be sold at their flagship stores. Therefore, they mark it down to be sold at a lower (NOT cheap) price as they are typically last season fashion. This is Burberry, so it's reasonable to see a premium in normal pricing. 40% - 50% markdowns is already more than great for a brand like this, and it's sometimes a hit or miss. I was able to get some awesome polos for $50 - $60 only once out of the many, many times I've been here. They typically hover between $110 - $120 (I've been here and seen them often enough to know the standard outlet price) so it's all about smart shopping, buying at their lowest price when they do additional sales, and going home with a big bag and a large smile on your face. Considering how you don't see many of the other bigger brands here with an outlet store, this is a great store that can't be compared. Also, the service at these outlet stores are on par with their normal stores around the Boston area. I also prefer the outlet layout (IMO, more organized and spacious) than the normal Burberry stores (I feel like a rat trapped in a maze looking for my damn cheese). All in all, I'm liking what you're doing Burberry, and Wrentham's outlet store is a win in my books.

    Pottery Barn Outlet

    Pottery Barn Outlet

This is a rare outlet location for Pottery Barn ... there aren't many of these on the east coast…read more Many might remember that this space in the Wrentham Premium Outlets was previously occupied by Restoration Hardware, which has since moved to Patriot Place. It looks the same now that it is Pottery Barn ... kind of an industrial warehouse sort of feel. The prices here honestly aren't much different from an actual Pottery Barn, except for some of the sale items from the end of the season. Most times, the furniture is discounted ... but not greatly as if the official Pottery Barn website has 20 or 30% off, they don't honor it. Generally, we find that you'll save $50 - $100 off the retail price of furniture through their website or stores. However, you should note that most of the furniture in the outlet store is scratch and dent stuff with some damage being more noticeable than others. The great thing is, Pottery Barn is notorious for backordering items ... so, often the couch, table, chairs you order from the website or regular Pottery Barn store are shipped from the factory and not available to purchase from the floor (unless its a Floor Model at the end of the season). At the outlet, they only sell the stock on the floor, so if you see something you want, you won't have to wait 6 months until it is delivered (even though they say 3 - 6 weeks) because you are buying the piece off the floor. They arrange shipping with a local company, whose prices are very reasonable. We bought a large dresser and it cost us $160 to have it picked up at the store, wrapped and transported and set up in our summer house, 30 miles from Wrentham. That is a huge convenience and bargain and the moving company does a fantastic job. The employees here are hit or miss. Unfortunately, many of them act as though they were working at a Rolls Royce dealership and are on the pretentious side. There are a few who have been really helpful over the last year though and went out of their way to make sure we were happy customers. Overall, if you don't mind a little scratch and dent ... and a hodgepodge of availability ... this store is pretty cool to browse around in. Don't expect to find things at very deep discounts as the pricing usually works out to fairly similar to what you see on their website. However, you are able to see the items in person and have it in your home within a few days at the Outlet. The selection I'd say is so-so usually ... they have 4 - 5 beds, 6 - 8 couches. 20 - 30 chairs, many dining chairs and rugs and shelves and shelves of knick knack crap, bedding and tablewear. We have bought a bed, dining table, dresser, mirror, rug and lamps here. Sadly, Pottery Barn quality is not fantastic and we notice the paint or stains wear off very fast, despite the high prices ... but we like the style.

Ah- such a relief to have an associate go above and beyond for you. Lunide was my sales consultant,…read moreshe was helping my mom and I who found quite a bit of shoes we liked and wanted to try on. It was super busy in the location, and Lunide was very patient with us, looking up sizes with no issues and trying to help us the best she could. She was kind, attentive and this is the customer service that I expect to receive at stores but a lot of stores don't value this anymore at all. So my mom and I tried on several sneakers and slides, they were all super cute and were all on sale, for such amazing prices. I was so excited when I saw the prices! My mom is a Gucci fan, but me I never usually buy from here because I don't really buy high end but the sale items, were right up my alley and I was so happy. Lunide worked with us for maybe 30 minutes I want to say because like I said the store was PACKED and she was busy. But she was patient and handled business like a BOSS. She was so great my mom ended up buying a pair of sneakers and 2 slides and I ended up buying 2 pairs of slides! I just want to acknowledge how amazing she was. That day I went into MK first and they treated me different but when I walked into Gucci I was treated with RESPECT and I appreciate that and they got money out of me and my mom, win-win all around. Me and my mom spoke about the deals and Lunide for the rest of the day and how excited we were about our experience. You go girl! You the bomb!

She was responsive, sent pictures, and was patient with me when I failed to be as responsive as she was. I let her know I was looking for a bubblegum pink small Marmont and to let me know if and when her store ever got it. Within a week and a half, I got a phone call from an area code I didn't realize. I thought it was another car warranty call and was prepared to decline, but something told me to answer. I answered and it was Amanda! She let me know the mini version of the purse I wanted was in stock. I was shocked that she called me! Outlet SAs are incredibly busy, so I am so thankful that she remembered AND reached out! Amanda is awesome, and she made my first purchase at Wrentham incredibly easy and memorable!

Silly me, assuming that because I was in an outlet village, that a New Balance establishment here…read morewould also be an outlet - you know, like back when outlet meant prices better than what you might get at a department store. Nope, this is a "Factory Store." Your discount options are limited to (a) a display of shoes/sneakers at about 1/3 off in the back corner on the right, (b) any discount you might get from the outlet village discount booklet, and (c) a discount if you buy a SECOND pair. So if you only wanted one pair, like I did, I guess you bring a friend who also wants a pair? To be fair, I did not get the discount booklet, so I don't know how much of a discount I would have gotten - or how much I would have had to buy to get it, but quite frankly, even a 20% discount probably wouldn't have been enough incentive here. I hope you're looking for running/outdoor/tennis shoes. I came here for walking shoes/sneakers. These were relegated to about 1/4 of one side of a display. They didn't have anything wide in my size. Even more challenging, I actually wanted a pair of WHITE sneakers... they had one on display, but nothing in or near my size in any of the nearby boxes contained white sneakers. They probably also don't want to hear that I got a similar style of sneakers by a not-so-big-name brand for 1/3 the cost recently, at a K-mart!
