Here's my wallet. And my investment accounts, my life insurance, my car, my house, my imaginary dog. Seriously, take it all, because I'm buying so much I may as well sign away my life. But honestly, this is a great store - I've noticed that some of the reviews here cry about how this place is expensive for an outlet store. But.. what? Sorry, that's not what an outlet store is. It's to get rid of outdated items that no longer need to be sold at their flagship stores. Therefore, they mark it down to be sold at a lower (NOT cheap) price as they are typically last season fashion. This is Burberry, so it's reasonable to see a premium in normal pricing. 40% - 50% markdowns is already more than great for a brand like this, and it's sometimes a hit or miss. I was able to get some awesome polos for $50 - $60 only once out of the many, many times I've been here. They typically hover between $110 - $120 (I've been here and seen them often enough to know the standard outlet price) so it's all about smart shopping, buying at their lowest price when they do additional sales, and going home with a big bag and a large smile on your face. Considering how you don't see many of the other bigger brands here with an outlet store, this is a great store that can't be compared. Also, the service at these outlet stores are on par with their normal stores around the Boston area. I also prefer the outlet layout (IMO, more organized and spacious) than the normal Burberry stores (I feel like a rat trapped in a maze looking for my damn cheese). All in all, I'm liking what you're doing Burberry, and Wrentham's outlet store is a win in my books. read more

I don't know where to start!!!! Such a horrible experience with the manager I believe her name is "Jill" very unprofessional to say the least . She had told me that one of her team members were new and didn't relay the proper info to me about my purchase! However I totally understand it's a learning process but, to make a customer feel unwanted and not own the mistake as a manager is shameful!! I went in Burberry's planning on spending the money for a new coat. The clerk was standing in the middle of the shop looking at his phone. He never even acknowledged my entrance. I looked around for about 10 minutes and he still never left his phone. Even the clerks at Crocs welcome customers. I found this type of customer service to be unacceptable and I won't be retuning to Burberry Factory Outlet in Wrentham ever. read more

WORST SALESPEOPLE HERE. They are SO RUDE. I came in here just to look around and was not greeted by anyone at all. I'll let that slide, because sometimes stores are busy. What I'm writing about today is the fact that I was looking at some coats and a woman sales associate was grabbing coats on a rack above me and pulled them down, knocking me on the shoulder. It was obvious she hit me but she HUFFED and walked away. Another male sales associate saw it too and kept looking at my boyfriend and I. First off, it was extremely rude she didn't say sorry or even look in my direction when she did that. The male associate also did not make any commentary on the whole interaction, but saw me roll my eyes at my boyfriend about the situation. Look, I get it, you're having a bad day. But you're working in retail. Do your job. We all have bad days. Usually I'm confrontational, but decided I should just let it slide today. Seriously though, never going to return again. The selection here sucks anyways. Save your time and avoid the sales associates here too. read more

This shop really makes me miss the shop in Freeport, Maine. In Freeport, I always found something really good. The Wrentham shop has a poor selection and virtually nothing in my size. It is a mystery to me that more space results in less (or no useful) stock. Very sad. The only bright spot was the clerk who seriously tried to help me find the type of jacket and coat I was looking for. He eventually threw up his hands and hinted that I would get better quality and something in my size at the non-outlet store for about the same price. read more

Staff are helpful and the store is clean. They try to make it a safe place for everyone and help as much as possible. There is a limited selection but pretty wide compared to other outlet stores in Wrentham (especially top tier designers). And the deals are pretty good here as well. However, if you are looking for it to be very cheap keep in mind it is still Burberry and the prices reflect that. read more

SNOBBY & very unprofessional associates! I went in there looking for the Edgefield quilted jacket. Asked a female associate (blonde hair & slim) if they had an XL in the back. Not only did she have an attitude but said there's nothing more in the back. I asked if she can check. She said no because everything is out. I said ok and left. About half hour later I decided to call to see if they had it because that associate didn't seem like she wanted to help. I spoke with Tom and surprisingly they had it! I was so pissed! I was just there 30 minutes ago. Oh and it's kind of funny to see 3 associate (that same female, another female and a male) talking about another customer when it was pretty busy day (Sunday). They should be asking customers if they need help but that wasn't the case. It really disappoints me how they provide service. Would not recommend shopping here! I will agree with my fellow Yelpers and say that this place is not a cheap outlet, but what can you expect from a Burberry outlet store. I have been lucky here some visits and here is a wide range and beautiful selection of coats and smaller leather items. Be prepared to tackle the touristy groups that traipse through here (WHERE do they get the money to do this kind of shopping?!) - you sometimes get in my way...so I get annoyed with you...but I digress. Be prepared to spend some dollars here, but you will have a more relaxed shopping experience than the retail store. Sometimes the staff can be a little hoity, but overall they can be quite helpful (especially if they know you already own a few items). Sigh. My obsession for spending disgusting amounts of money on Burberry bags and accessories run way deep. As much as it literally makes me cringe to dish out twenty bucks a week for gas or eight big ones for ground meat at the market, I'll willingly toss five-hundred dollars down the drain in less than five minutes just for a new purse. Yes, sadly I'm way hypocritical like that. That said I completely agree with previous reviews that this very small, cramped location is wonderful for miscellaneous, cute little items. Unfortunately while there's not much in the way of woman's apparel (surprisingly there's a decent selection for men), they do tend to stock some great deals on handbags, hair bands, wallets, hats, ear muffs and of course their trademark checked scarves. Mark downs don't run as low as other outlet stores (ie, kate spade) but where else can you get a totally gorg Burberry purse for less than three hundred? Around last Christmas season I managed to find an adorable ear muff and glove set for less than forty smackers after just seeing the same muffers at Nordy's for over a hundred. Very nifty! If anything, as superficial as it may sound, I wish the employees would smile a bit more: I've never seen so many depressed looking people around designer goods on such a consistent basis. The last time I swung by, after telling the solemn-eyed clerk to "have a wonderful weekend" she literally stared at me like I had three heads. Frightening! Other than that, I definitely recommend checking them out for gifting needs. Treat yourself, then treat a friend and impress everyone with your lux giving skills. ...Just don't tell 'em where you got it. read more

The prices aren't as low as what I would expect for an outlet. I still find good deals. Like my winter hat for $15 when it retails for $100. I'm in love with the Burberry Dog sweaters but I still can't justify spending that much on a sweater. If I didn't already have 2 Burberry scarves I'd end up getting more (I want them in all colors) read more

The rudest employees work in this store. There is a caucasian middle aged women who works there who was extremely rude and snotty! Was very upset with the behavior from her from the minute I walked in to the minute I left the store. The manager was extremely nice and fixed the problem in a respectful way. I would never shop here again since most employees have an attitude and act accordingly to people's background which was very clear. read more

The floor manager/greeter was extremely rude. He was a middle aged Caucasian man. Not only did he ignore us and not greet us when we went into the store. When we asked him about a shirt size, mid sentence he stopped talking with us to start a new chat with an Asian family. Seriously, this was just blatantly rude to be treated this way by a common floorwalker at a high end store. The feeling was also even more cold with the armed police officer that is on duty in the store and was following me around whilst we shopped. I mean come on, we were buying a $500 shirt for crying out loud and we were well dressed. I am your average, well dressed, Jaguar driving Caucasian woman and I felt like I was treated like a shop lifter. I will never go back to this store ever again. This placed was mobbed with Asian tourist. That is fine, but they were just plain rude and slamming into everyone over the very limited selection of overpriced clothing. They were speaking Cantonese over the loud speakers of the outlet and all the signs were in Cantonese! WTF!? I thought this was America. I mean i can see multiple languages, but just one? Also we had to wait in line whilst this Asian woman argued with a store clerk for not letting her return a broken umbrella without a receipt for someone who had bought it 2 years ago from a so called outlet store. She was so trying to scam him. If this is the shopping experience you want, then by all means. If you want Oxford St. meets a free for all haggle fest at a third world bazaar, than by all means...shop here. read more

I was at this large, well appointed store 8.10.19, about 11 am., so it's starting to get busy, but not full on Saturday shopping crush. Little kids are running around, parents trying on jackets. All the merchandise is tidy, well arranged, lots to choose from-for both men and women. I was greeted as I came in by a very nice sales associate. Going through the racks of clothing, it was nice to see a good selection, though one sales associate apologized when the size I wanted was not available-"we're in transition for Fall now", so-perfect evidence they knew their stock, and how it was shifting through the season. No problem for me, kept digging around, found several items to try on. The woman helping me was so kind-got me right to a clean, well lit, large mirrored dressing room. Since this was the first store I went in to at this outlet, wanted to look at a few more retailers before purchasing the clothes I'd tried on. Burberry is not cheap. I have some of their clothes, they wear very well, an investment and worth it. They held my items at the front register, as I said I'd be back. Not a problem. None of the other stores I went to had that off beat look I enjoy (all stores were quite nice and excellent sales help). Back I went to Burberry's, bought my clothes-with an extra 20% off that day. Looking forward to going back, and visiting my family in the area. I worked in retail for over 20 years. Having read the reviews about this store, then going in, had to write something to counter balance some of the other observations. It was a good, solid, shopping experience for me. I'm a little Burberry whore. I admit it. I love the nova check pattern, and I love the cashmere scarves, and I love the bucket hats, and I LOVE my cozy coat. But, pay full price?? Don't be silly, dahling. That's why I always come to Wrentham for all my Burberry needs. I don't buy stuff every time, but occasionally, excellent deals are to be found. Not cheap for an outlet store, but pretty good compared to what the stuff retails for. Items are tagged at probably about 30 to 40% off retail price. Sizing is limited as it is an outlet, but deals may be found if you're lucky. This store is good for little gifts, like gloves, accessories, etc, especially during their after Thanksgiving sale where tons of stuff was 30% off! I was surprised to find the earmuffs I bought at retail price here for $25 less. They usually only have funky colors that don't sell, like hot pink, but for some reason this time there were a bunch of nova check ones. read more

The variety of the items are less than Burberry stores in the city, which kind of make sense!!! The manager, Martin, is a nice and respectful guy. Sales people are racial! Today I went to the store with my friends from China. I was asked to show my ID for the credit card transaction, even though there is my picture on the back of my American Express. I was a frequent customer here and this is the first time I was asked to show ID. The other couple (Caucasian and oriental) was treated very nicely and not asked to do so. I walked in to the Burberry store looking to purchase a men's suit. The sales associate, Austin, was very helpful (I cannot stress this enough). He helped pick out a suit that fit my personality well and offered to let me try it on. While in the fitting room, he brought numerous ties and collared shirts so I could see how the suit would look in all of its glory. He didn't pressure me to purchase those extra's. I'm extremely happy with my experience at the Burberry store because of him. There was another blonde gentleman who was also very friendly and recommended a good tailor in my area. read more

Discount price and discount service. The selection and prices aren't quite what they used to be when they were around the corner. I've been shopping here for years (along with the regular store and a particular department store for my Burberry "needs"). The guy with the long blondish hair never has really seemed to care. Went in and picked out a bunch of clothes while he just stood there, had to find someone to let me in the dressing room and had to wait in line to check out since no one helped me. One would think I would be ignored in the full price store (especially since the staff seems to change more often), but they are always very helpful. read more

I visited this store last Thursday and saw a coat that I really liked and nobody approached me to ask if I need any help. Then I decided to try the coat by myself and it looked pretty good. I saw the price on the tag but decided to ask a young lady over the counter if there was any discount. All of the sudden this short guy with a stupid bear ( manager ) showed up and whispered to the young lady saying there was no discount on the coat. It really pissed me off because when I was trying the piece by myself nobody showed up to help me. But when I decided to have a price check, this idiot comes over from nowhere to say there was no discount on the coat. This review is only about the customer service and sales associates at the store because they have no customer service skills. I walked in with my mother, a gentlemen (white) and female (black) worker were chatting but cared enough to look our way but could put less effort into saying even Hello to us. We walked around and an Asian associate in the back was kind and friendly to say hi and ask how we were. As we made the circle back to the front only minutes after we entered 2 ladies of white complextion entered and both the two associates were more than welcoming to them. My mom immediately said let's leave because it's so apparent the level of racism and customer profiling they portray at the store. As I left I asked the female associate if there was a survey box she said no so I asked for a manager, to my surprised she was the manager. I was more than eager to let her know how I felt about her customer service towards us. Your job is to service your clients, make contact with them within 10 seconds, and to just acknowledge them, whether that is a hello or how are you, but to get neither of that from a manager is more than alarming. I can now understand why her associates (other than the Asian female who was actually working) acts the way they do at work ... because the manager does so too and they must think that kind customer service like that is welcoming at such a high end retail store. That must be why they work at the outlets and not the actual retail locations. Be aware that my comments will not just end here on Yelp. To that manager I WILL contact your district manager to resolve this issue, because no one should feel profiled or racially uncomfortable at a store, especially during the times we live in today. read more

i love burberry but i thought the outlet was a bit pricey and the selection, well, not much of one. i agree with a previous writer the employees there do need to smile a bit more. parking is always a problem but i do enjoy shopping there, only when it is warm weather. read more
