Them and REI kind of remind me of each other. I can always walk around and look at different things. Checked out some jackets, and slippers! Pricing is on par with their competitors, usually don't see too many sales or promos outside the sales rack. Will be back!

They've got water bottles, shoes, and outdoor recreational equipment on the first floor & on the second floor they have a mix of women's, men's, and kid's clothing. I adore their duck boots, a must for the winter time... specifically their shearling-lined insulated model. Incredibly warm, perfect for snow days. Their "wicked good moccasins" are incredibly comfortable and I love wearing them in the fall/winter time. I've definitely gone through several pairs. Backpacks are super nostalgic; I had mine with my initials as a kid haha, honestly I would get another one. Good quality, got about ten years of use out of that backpack & it allowed me to carry 5 heavy textbooks and some more.

The two ladies working in the store were very helpful and friendly and helped me locate exactly the type of gift I was looking to purchase. She went above and beyond to help me find an outfit. A shirt or dress with patches on the elbows! Super cute and trendy for fall (: After helping me put together an outfit she told me she had the perfect sweater in the back and that I would fall in love with it. She was right! I felt like I was shopping with a good friend. She was happy to help not just me, but other customers shopping as well. All the girls working that night were very friendly! I know how hard retail can be, being a manager of a retail store myself. I love getting nice reviews about my hard work. It makes the stressful days pay off! I hope word travels to these ladies at Legacy and they are awarded for their hard work and excellent customer service. I will certainly be revisiting. Thank you Danielle

First time visiting this outlet while traveling, and the experience was extremely disappointing…read more During checkout, a supervisor looked up my account and questioned two purchases I made at Ralph Lauren stores in another state last month, even though both transactions were under $200. I was then kept waiting for over 30 minutes while staff claimed they were contacting other people. In the end, they refused to let me make any purchase and would only say it was "store policy" without providing any clear explanation. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that other customers checking out around me were not being subjected to the same account review or questioning. Very unprofessional and disrespectful treatment toward a legitimate customer. Customers deserve transparency, professionalism, and basic respect. I will not return to this location.
