I decided to start fresh at Aritzia after hearing great things about their clothes and customer service--and I was completely blown away by my stylist, Diana. I think I tried on 50+ pieces over the course of 3-4 hours (I know... I'm a little crazy, and I shop like it's an Olympic sport ), and Diana was incredible from beginning to end. She gave honest feedback, suggested perfect pieces to pair with tops and bottoms I liked, and patiently ran back and forth countless times to grab different sizes and colors. She was also incredibly organized, keeping track of what I was buying in-store versus what would be shipped to my home, which made the whole process so much easier. Toward the end, after I'd gone through everything I picked myself, I asked Diana to surprise me with items she thought I'd love. She absolutely nailed it. Every piece she brought matched my style perfectly. She somehow understood exactly what I was looking for--even when I couldn't put it into words. Shopping is usually stressful for me because I'm not very confident when it comes to fashion, but Diana made the experience genuinely fun and effortless. I walked out of the store much poorer , but also incredibly relieved and excited because I finally have a wardrobe full of pieces that make me feel confident. If you're shopping at Aritzia, I can't recommend Diana enough. She's knowledgeable, patient, has an amazing eye for style, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you leave feeling your best.

I searched AllSaints, Reiss, HiSO, Theory... any designer brand, you name it. They were all overpriced and had no variety to choose from. I can't express how thrilled we were to find Milano Leather, a hidden gem of a leather coat store. The staff was not only friendly but incredibly knowledgeable, guiding us through the vast array of options with genuine enthusiasm. The quality of their European leather goods is unparalleled. The real mink coat and shearling trench coat we purchased was a luxurious masterpiece, perfect for the cold New England winter weather. The two leather jackets not only looked incredible, but were made of a velvety soft leather that felt fantastic to the touch. Imagine how happy we were to walk away with FOUR high-quality coats from this one store, when we were struggling to find just 1 decent coat from dozens of different luxury stores. I highly recommend this place. Suleyman (the owner) and Burcu (the store manager) were fantastic - please ask for them to assist in finding the perfect coat.

It traveled with me for hundreds of thousands of miles and countless speaking tours throughout the world. Time and milage had taken a toll on this faithful companion and my wife "informed me" that the toll taken on my jacket-friend was just too much, and I would no longer be wearing it. She said it was time for us to break up and for me to purchase a new leather jacket. I have looked for 2 years. I didn't want just another jacket. I wanted another jacket just like the one I had . . . My online journeys led me to many sites that had pictures of beautiful jackets but after purchasing and having one shipped to me I immediately returned it due to the poor quality. I had almost given up - and then, I discovered Milano's Leather. I had an appointment in Boston, MA and went online to look for any stores that handled "Men's Leather Blazers." THEY HAVE HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS OF JACKETS FOR MEN, AND WOMEN AND CHILDREN!!! The prices are absolutely astounding (Trust me, I have been searching and I am now an expert!)
