I bought a pair of shoes, they delivered through DoorDash the post a picture of the package but when I went out to pick up there was nothing, I reclaim and because "the package was delivered" they fell "sorry" but they can't do anything about it. Tory Burch is my favorite store! There stores are always so beautiful, Great places for pictures! Tory Burch is also an amazing person, and is very philanthropic! She also has posted a lot about black lives matter, She is also one amazing feminist! Her house is also really pretty, The majority of her clothing is also very classy, and well-made! I've been a supporter since day one! And I can't wait to see what she comes out with next year! Definitely to get this location it's amazing. If anything she needs to make her prices is higher! The 1 start I leave and I hate saying this because I for got to catch the ladies name but the Asian lady that actually took her time to explain the policy on my receipt. First off..I've purchased several Tory Burch but when you go in there they look at you like you need to be walked and checked every second even after saying you don't need help. I needed to change a bag and the manager I spoke while he yelled at me and told all the customer why he couldn't return my bag, I told him to lower his voice, he said that's how he talks, I think as a professional what you do is you excuse and try your best to tone your voice. I was so embarrassed didn't bothered to change nothing. I tell you I will keep the bag because it was a bday gift but I after this awful experience..TORY Burch I will never make a purchase from you again! What is it with you high end stores first LV and now TORY I'm a colored person but not broke, respect me how you respect others Please Tory Burch retrain your employees especially management. I don't have much of a sense of what Tory Burch products actually cost, but I do know I got the cutest tunic everrr there yesterday for like $100 off. They also carry pretty classic (read: not the weird colors/sizes/styles no one would want) shoes and other apparel. Even the shopping bag was adorbs. I'm in love. read more

I do not appreciate being followed around by a Tory Burch employee the entire time browsing in the store. Not sure why you are assigned a person to follow you. Walked in and out. Would rather shop anywhere else that doesn't do this. read more

I am from another coast and have only dealt with customer service via telephone in the form of what they call a "Charge-Send". Each time I've spoken with someone, they have gone above and beyond for me. The level of service this store provides tells me they value and love their customers. Well done! read more

Being the bargain hound that I am, I've managed to go above and beyond scoring some fantastic deals here (Eddie flats, a couple of pair of wedge sandals, gorgeous leather Verona foldover/messenger). If you know your sizes and styles, these guys are wonderful and will ship phone orders after emailing pictures of the merchandise. Top notch customer service, no pretense.....the Assistant Store Manager Kate is a doll to work with! FYI, they tend to have some very decent additional mark down on holiday weekends for purchases over $300. read more

Really wanted to buy something. Did not get any help. I asked a question to a store associated and her answer was short not very friendly. It felt like she just didn't want me in her store. Customer service sucks at Tory Burch! Don't buy here, go to Kate spade, better customer service. It seems that others have felt the same way, yet management hasn't done anything about it. A Tory Burch outlet in Wrentham? Say what??!! I managed to score a cute pair of sandals for half off retail price and was so excited I even wore them right out of the store (after paying, of course). There is a large amount of handbags and shoes, but the clothes there have the best prices and best deals. The staff is friendly and helpful. But if you're shopping for shoes, get there early in the day because the "common" sizes frequently sell out fast! read more

Much of what makes this store is the service. If you're paying for these luxury items, then the service is commiserate with that, or at least it should be. At TB, it is. I went for a pair of wedges and a wallet. The sales associates were very helpful as I searched, and even offered me a bottle of water as I perused. I tried on multiple shoes and never felt like I was rushed, even though it was pretty close to the store's closing time. I picked up the shoes and wallet, and got a complimentary leather iPhone case with my purchase. That was a sweet deal. The store is super organized, well kept, and it seems like they have a pretty good stock of sizes, etc. They had my size, 8 1/2-9 in every shoe I tried. read more

I was actually excited to stop by the store, but my delight quickly turned into disappointment. I came in wanting to pick up either a pair of wedges or a handbag, but the CS was pretty rude. I stood there for a bit (and on a weekday - Monday or Tuesday - not busy) waiting to ask an associate if they had the shoes I wanted in a particular size. Maybe the brunette( with glasses?) was having a bad day, but not even a hello and she basically barked out her response to me... as if I was bothering her for help. I was extremely put off. Sadly, I put the shoe back on display and exited shortly thereafter. Sure, they may have been 25% off, but that's still $150 out of my pocket on sale. Cute stuff, just a terrible sales associate who helped me. I ended up going over to the Kate Spade store - which had friendly staff - and my bank account is about $350 less than it's suppose to be...(Ooops!) Tory needs to remind her staff to play nice... So 3 stars overall: 5 for the overall store and cute items and 1 for the CS that "helped" me. I'll give it another try since I do adore TB designs and the prices are really awesome. read more

The store is small. The prices are insanely high. The merchandise is of poor quality, (do they even sell this crap at their flagship?) I can't say enough bad things about the quality of these products. Go to Kate Spade for a label and better quality. I'm sorry. TB has a great story, like FUBU but their stuff, especially here, is junk with a T on it now. Don't waste your time. read more

Was there the day after Christmas 2 times. The first was a bit overwhelming, and couldn't find anyone to help me and being a guy searching for something solo I decided that I should wander around to other stores. Went back and jack (jake), was right behind me and heard him say if you need anything let me know to another customer. Asked him for help and he delivered. He even let me know when he was walking away so I wouldn't have to guess what happened to him. Found the perfect gift, but it had some marks on it when he was away. Found him while he was in the middle of something and asked him if there was another one in the back. He finished helping the customer he was with and came out with a brand new one still in the packaging. Just an FYI, even if it is brand new, still wrapped, there is still / price tag on the inside. read more

I had a recent experience where the customer service was HORRIBLE. My friend and I left after being treated so poorly. I called the store manager, Catherine, who was very nice and she asked that I come in and deal with her directly. I did, and scored 2 pairs of fabulous shoes. She assured me she was going to deal with the CS issues, because she stated she was aware of how some associates were behaving. I took her at her word. Well, I went back..and not only did I go back, but I let Catherine know I was going to go back. WOW is all I can say. The attitudes have NOT changed ONE BIT. I was so put off by their total lack of professionalism, blatant rudeness...the list goes on. They acted like I was bothering them to find me a certain size in a pair of shoes and they had better things to do with their time. I high-tailed it out of there. So disappointed that Catherine had a heads up I was coming back and I still experienced this rude treatment. I had been in Kate Spade prior to my return trip to Tory Burch, and the experience was like night and day. Kate Spade knows customer service and how to treat their clients. TB could learn a thing or two from them. I will NEVER go back to Tory Burch if their staff continues to think they are too good to even acknowledge their customers. I can spend my hard earned money elsewhere. I hope TB reads this and takes note. Seems like I am not the only one on this thread to have this experience. So extremely disappointed. read more

Wow! Went to TB outlet last weekend with my husband - it was packed, as usual. Saw a gorgeous green waxy leather foldover messenger bag there for a decent price, thought about it all week, and went back to get it. Yay! :) My first Tory. The store is beautiful albeit a bit small, but it's cheery and nicely set up, and the staff is (for the most part) helpful and kind. I was very pleased, although I do have to say -- prices?? Sales??? Meh. If you're lucky and hit a good weekend, then you can score a decent price, but for the most part, this is still one of the more expensive outlets at Wrentham, and if you want to cough up a few more 10s, then you could get a bag from the regular Tory boutique stores. read more

this is the best outlet for good prices on TB (which is an oxymoron in reality) but at least way better than retail. The staff could not be nicer! The company seems to treat their employees well because they all seem to love working there and it shows. They are nice to kids and I even saw them offer a little girl an Ipad to play with while her mom shopped (brilliant) and some apple juice (genius). I scored a pair of $225 sandals for 25% off anywhere. They had a great selection of shoes, bags and clothes. The gift wrapping alone is worth buying something, anything!!!! I live very far away from this location, so I haven't been to the store in person. However, the level of customer service I received on the phone was A1. I appreciate the person who I talked to on the phone before I spoke to Will (didn't catch his name) and to Will as well!. These SA are the best and nothing compared to the ones I have come across in e.g. Ross Park boutique store in PA. Will helped me to purchase an item over the phone, assured he was pulling out a new one for me and provided me information on other items I was interested in. Really, GREAT service here, I wish I lived closer so I could go to the store in person. read more

I have had great experiences calling and doing send-sales from other outlet locations in the past, so it should be no surprise that when I worked with the Wrentham store I would get the same A+ service from a very patient young woman named Gabby. I'm kind of a pain in the rear as a customer, so I appreciate great service even more. It is good to know that when spending a lot (albeit reduced from full retail), I am buying from a company that stresses the importance of good customer service. read more
