    Now my better half is the one whom usually frequents Lulu however lately I've been joining in as…read morewell. I am a big fan of the men's shorts (only thing I've owned from them thus far). The colors are always nice and this store for my first experience seemed very nice. The staff today came up greeted us as soon as we came in, offered help by 3 different people. Had our clothes selections brought to the fitting rooms while we chose more things to try on. Had some good small talk, couple laughs and the lady came out with a cute fit. Store was clean, AC was bumping. There's seating for friends and family who might be waiting for you to try your items on. Parking is free in the area. Lulu pricing is known so that's no shocker, and the outlet style prices are only found maybe on the clearance rack near the fitting rooms.

    I wanted to share what happened at a Lululemon store last week because I truly hope no one else…read moregoes through this. I was waiting in line at the register with no one behind me. The customer in front of me seemed to be opening a new card or something so it was taking a while. Meanwhile there were two empty registers and three employees standing behind the counter but none of them greeted me or acknowledged that I was waiting. I do not know exactly how long I waited but it felt long enough to get annoyed and wonder if the registers were even open. When I finally asked, "Excuse me, are those closed?" all three employees suddenly looked at me at the same time and the looks were not friendly at all. Then one person finally came to ring me up with no apology and no thank you for waiting. The whole interaction felt rushed and dismissive. During checkout they asked for my email to look up my account. I could not remember which one I used so I said it was fine. They did not offer to look it up by phone number until I specifically asked. I feel like that is something they should automatically offer if the email lookup is not working. When I got home I saw the packaging clearly said 84 dollars. My receipt said 98 dollars and I was charged 104 dollars with tax. I paid 14 dollars more than the tagged price and that was very frustrating. Two days later I went to another store to get a 14 dollar credit. Since it was during Black Friday season the trip took about 3 to 4 hours with traffic and long lines. All of that time was wasted just to fix something that should not have happened. I later submitted survey feedback and received an email from the store asking me to call. The manager apologized but kept interrupting me and said they did not know what happened because they were not there that day. They offered a one on one shopping experience with 25 percent off one item but after what happened I did not want to go back. In the end I felt ignored and disrespected and like my time did not matter to them. And honestly it made me wonder about the subtle differences in how some customers get treated especially Asian customers. I really hope that was not the case but the whole vibe made me question it. I am not asking for compensation. I only want every customer to be treated with basic respect. I hope my family friends and anyone else will never experience something like this. TLDR Ignored at the register unfriendly looks rushed checkout overcharged 14 dollars wasted hours fixing it and the follow up was not sincere.
