Weird to me because it literally sits off the high, it's not like I got off the expressway hahaha see my new verbiage aka fwy/highway? Getting back on was another challenge, it was like the video game Frogie--am I telling my age? I'm sure but babaaa, I damn sure don't look it! Yeah, I be trying to keep up with 2024! I'm a "G" grandma, getit but my G-baby calls me G-Na. Sorry I got carried away, it's about Yelp not me. Ok, so I visited this Walmart in Massachusetts and it was weird parking underground, luckily it was early am so I was able to park close. Wherever and whenever I park, I'm always looking for camera's and they had plenty. I like that because that's SAFETY, we have to be safe, watch your surroundings or your family members won't have answers--if you catch my drift. Anywho, this Walmart had all my speciality item I get when I'm in Texas, again if you follow me...many States don't have items/brands I'm accustomed to. The store was clean, stock and neat shelves. I found some Spring Rolls which I couldn't find in their local grocery stores. This particular Walmart offered free plastic bags so I didn't have to purchase any, I'm ALWAYS FORGETTING TO BRING MY REUSABLE BAGS----uuuuug! Many lines open for checkout so 5 stars Walmart! Seemed kinda messy and disorganized. There seemed to be alot of trash on the shelves too. Not sure if it was just an off day or that's the vibe all the time. I saw a lot of nice women's blouses and sleepwear and with the Macy's Star Passes that I had with me I was able to score some nice deals. The total amount that I spent was pretty reasonable. Finding a register counter that has someone behind it can be a bit of a challenge here so sometimes I've had to wait a few minutes for an employee to see me wanting to cash out or I have had to look around for another register to complete my purchase. The fitting rooms often have clothes left in them but that is not uncommon at department stores. Next time I'm in the mall I will visit this Macy's store again.

They were apparently short-staffed, so they simply closed the Amazon returns counter and put a sign there saying it was unavailable. The problem is there were no signs at the entrance or on the windows letting customers know before walking in. I had to carry all of my return items through the entire store only to find out the service was closed once I got to the back. If a major service like Amazon returns is unavailable, customers should be informed before entering the store. This was poorly handled and a complete waste of time. Kohl's needs to do a much better job communicating with customers.

They even have a driveway that connects both parking lots so I usually exit Kowloons exit rather than Ocean States. After finding a parking spot, you have to check out potted plants, and seasonal goods in front of the building. If you want to purchase some, you have to bring them inside purchase. Once inside the building, it's almost like a maze. There's so many different ways you can go through this building. Suggest you plan to explore. They have something for everybody everybody. Basically they have everything you could possibly think of under one roof. Linens, garden accessories, clothing, food, house, supplies, even rugs. For me, I head right over to the food section. I have a lot of fun here. As a foodie, they have all kinds of different specialty foods mostly from around New England, but some from the world. I enjoy reading packages that I've never seen before some healthy some not. They have some nice healthy organic items mixed in with miscellaneous therapy, sugary salty items. I tend to buy a lot of my canned fish here. They have kippers, herring, tuna and sardines, all in good virgin olive oil water no additives. I stock up on these as they are an excellent value. A few other products that I usually purchase while I'm here I'll be organic pastas made from vegetables. Also some of the tomato sauces and marinades excellent selection available. Be prepared to stand in line as they only have a few clerks one or two open at a time even when the store is busy. Please don't complain because I believe this is what keeps the pricing low. Kudos to Ocean State for self checkouts. I applaud this. As for cleanliness, it's probably a five on a 10 star scale. When you go here, just assume you're shopping in basically a big warehouse. Employee wise the clerks and managers always seem to have a pretty good attitude here I've spoke to a few of them and they seem very nice always polite willing to help the customer. I've only had interaction with them at a cash register, but they all seem pleasant to me. A bonus make sure you sign up for that emails because they have what they call crazy deals. This is huge people. They have special items when you purchase them they give you the same or a dollar value back on a card. if you shop correctly, it's very lucrative for your pocketbook. For example, they have one small area in the back usually has about 10 or 20 items on it. If you get lucky enough and you want to purchase these items every time you spend $10 on these items they give you a gift card for $10.. These are always food items in the back they call it eat for free. Last time I was in the store I got lucky. They had three types of tuna pouches in this section. I was lucky enough that one of them. The only ingredients were tuna, spices, and virgin olive oil. Usually for an ingredient reader like me I don't get lucky on this table, but this time I did. Turned out to be a great day at Ocean State for me as they also had a few will get a soups with great ingredients on the table at the same time. I don't think it's a record however I spent $170 and I left it with an $89 gift card. Good on future purchases and the gift card is good for anything in the entire store. He then started doing a bellowing laugh that shook the entire store and then started jumping up and down in place, this act filled me with disgust, how does this still happen in 2018? Anyway I bought some timbs and walked out and the associate said to me on the way out "Que te pasa?"
