Love TJ Maxx stores! This one was quite a bit smaller than many others I've visited, so there is a lot less variety and selection of women's clothing, but it was clean, well organized, easy to navigate, and the counter-staff were efficient and kept the line moving well. The lady I had at the check-out cashier was friendly. And you gotta love that there's no sales tax in NH! Between that and the discounted merchandise, you can't beat the prices here. Huge parking lot, too (nice), shared by a DSW store and a Trader Joe's (awesome!). Totally worth a stop driving en route to Montreal from Boston! read more

I was in the area and stopped here. The selection is hit or miss. They didn't have basic summer sandals but instead ones with a lot with gaudy metal rivets on them. I found one pair of pajamas but another was separated from the other half of the set and no one volunteered to look for it for me. There were signs up apologizing that they were short staffed so that may be why. They did something I haven't seen before - let you try on clothes, but keep track of which dressing room you used, presumably so they can sanitize it afterwards. This is a good idea. I was here on July 17, 2013. If you get there when they open there is plenty of parking. The store was nice and neat. The employees were friendly. They still have some pretty bathing suits, sandals, sunglasses and summer hats. I like this store because you never know what you'll find. I always like their stationary and dishes. They also have pretty pillows and bedding. It's hard to leave empty-handed. I did this time because I was short on cash. Earlier this month I bought a hat box for my new summer hat. Now, it won't get smashed in the car when we pack for those summer vacations. Please note this is there "new" location. This store has had a remodel within the last year or so. Big parking lot so easy to get in and out of. The selection was great when I went into it. With all stores having a hard time getting help these days, this TJ's does a great job with its lines and calling extra cashiers when needed. I am a seasoned TJ/Marsharlls/HomeGoods shopper and this is by far one of the better stores around. read more

Went in Saturday morning looking for a laundry hamper. Found the most helpful store attendant ever. Not only did she point out every one they had in the store (and they're stored in about 3 different isles), but she went and grabbed a few from the back room & some wicker baskets that could potentially do double duty. Not sure if they were a little slow and that's part of the reason why, but I'm not complaining about the extra attention. Always a nice to start your weekend :). As a nice bonus, clearance shoe selection was well organized and stocked up so I ended up buying some nice flats for work, too. read more

They refused to take my tjmaxx digital credit card. I log into the app and it specifically says to present to cashier and the cashier and manager tell me that for "security reasons" they won't accept it. Then they tell me to add my card to Apple Pay and when I type the number in it says it's not compatible. I show them on my phone that their company's app specifically says to use my digital card at any location and they still reject it. Even after I offered ID. Absolutely incompetent. read more

I love tj max/Marshall's/home goods as much as the next person but this one is just eh. It's old, the floor is all warped and you're going up and down hills the whole time you're there. It just seems understocked and generally in disarray. Last time I was in there there was just one person on the register and a line at least 8 people long with no one coming up to assist and when I did finally have my turn I paid cash and the girl asked me if I wanted my change. It was only .04¢ but it was just a odd question, like was I supposed to leave it as a tip? I was so confused. From here on out I'll go to a different location, just a shame as this one is close to my work. read more

Slowest customer service. One person on register for a line of 9 people long, the line took 25 minutes to get through. I feel like the clothes in this store is just all the clothes that none of the TJMaxx stores want anymore. Not a good selection at all, definitely will go to a different location next time. read more

First let me say I worked for several years when I was young for marshalls (owned by same company as tjmaxx) & I would have been fired on the spot for acting like these employees! I circled around the jewelry counter looking for something specific while two employees just st there talking, I stopped & waited so I could ask but they just kept talking! I next went to home items I sat and waited for this girl so I could ask for something for my daughter's room when she scurried away the second I looked down! I managed to find a few things to buy only to find the girl behind the register (overweight & in grey) with her back to us looked at us only twice made us wait over 5 minutes while the only register girl was doing a return she waited until there was several of us before she would help! Overall some good deals but nothing but LAZY employees!!!! read more

The staff is super helpful . Holiday shopping is a chaotic nightmare and although the store was very busy and in my opinion, overwhelming, staff members took time to assist me with my purchases . Mario B. came out of nowhere to ask if I needed help when he noticed my cart was full and then brought me another one . They also help bring things to your car if it is too much . The cashier I had was also very friendly, smiley and patient in checking out my items . She helped me take off some price tags so that I could go wrap them as gifts. Whoever hired these people is intelligent and I was impressed by the customer service at such a large and busy place to shop. read more
