0/5 Stars - A Complete Failure of Service Date of Visit:…read moreFebruary 13, 2026 I am beyond exhausted with the state of this Target. Tonight was an absolute disaster. I came in for a simple trip--just a few items--and was met with a store that seemed to have completely given up on its customers. Every single register and self-checkout on the first floor was shut down. No staff, no machines, nothing. I was forced to trek to the second level just to find a way to pay for my items. When I finally got there, the only thing available was self-checkout, and because the rest of the store was essentially closed, the line stretched on forever. It is pathetic that a major retailer expects its customers to hunt through multiple floors just to find a functioning terminal. I don't work here. I am not on the payroll. Yet, Target expects me to do the labor of checking myself out after waiting in a line that management clearly doesn't care about fixing. The lack of staffing and the complete disregard for a customer's time is a glaring weakness in how this location is run. You are failing at the most basic requirement of a retail business: letting people buy things. This needs to be addressed ASAP because the current "service" is non-existent.

This store is messy. They sell expired food, are understocked, and close store early.read more

Wow, this mall is great!…read more My friend keeps telling me that malls are a 20th century concept, and while I agree with him, going to the mall is just so much fun. They really do have everything here: sports stores, a game stop, target, clothes, electronics, a food court, etc etc. On that note, the food court is kind of lacking, due to it having only a handful of options: a taco bell (shudders), a burger king, a generic Chinese restaurant, and so on. Still, it doesn't deter people from coming here. The thing I like the most about the mall is the Dick's sporting goods store, which has an impressive array of products in stock. Virtually any sporting brand you can think of is represented here, and all for a decent price. True, you can get any of these things over amazon and in two days basically, but the mall 1. has clearance sales 2. you pay no sales tax! This brings me to another point, which is the fact that none of NH pays any sales tax, so people come to this mall all the time from out of state. This place is actually situated right on the NH side of the NH/MA border, so it's easy to imagine this place was built with Massholes in mind. Honestly, while going to the mall is an outdated concept, it is still terrible fun. The only drawback to this one is that there is no movie theater.

I mean... it's Costco. The only thing not to love is the crowds. If you can go during the off-hours…read morethen you will have significantly more room to move around. People love to shop in large groups here so I recommend avoiding peak hours as the lines become wrapped around the warehouse. The warehouse is clean and well staffed. The samples are always top-notch. Meat, produce, deli and bakery are all leagues above any of your local grocers. Great deals to be found all over, and you can't beat the return policy.

Despite being a loyal Costco Business Plan member for over 10 years and spending at least $10,000 annually at this location, the level of service and carelessness shown here is unacceptable. The supervisor Edwin was outright rude and refused to install new tires costing $1500 just because the cardholder was 15 minutes late--an unprofessional attitude that shows a complete lack of customer respect. Moreover, the staff at this location behave as if they are installing free tires and often display a poor attitude and lack of hygiene. My prior experiences were equally horrifying: once, they completely forgot to torque my tires, which almost caused a deadly accident, putting my family at serious risk. On another occasion, they canceled an appointment just one day before the scheduled date, which I had set three weeks in advance, simply because they didn't want to work on my truck. We have now severed all ties with this shop and are taking our business elsewhere. Such poor customer service and reckless behavior are not worthy of a loyal member's business, especially one with such a long-standing relationship with Costco. If you value your safety and expect proper care, steer clear of this tire shop.

Yikes! A lot changed since last time I was here…read more When you walk through the front door, you'll swear you're on the set of "Hoarders." There is stuff everywhere. You can barely make in through the aisles. I'm not sure what is available in the front room - if there isn't a giant stuffed animal blocking your view, there are boxes in the way. You want to see the jewelry in the front case. You can't. Too much junk in the way. If you make your way into the front side room, it is pretty tidy in there. That's where you'll find clothes, books, and puzzles. I checked the price of a paperback book - $2. Puzzles were between $2 and $5 (some new). If you make your way to the back room there is kitchenware and kids' toys. A used cheese grater that was originally $9 was marked $5. Too much for this cheapo. A vintage looking electrical appliance was $75. I don't know what is was, but that seems way too pricey for any small kitchen appliance. I was interested in some of the china, but it was packed in too tight with coffee cups ($2) dangling from hooks in front of them. Removing a plate would be like playing Jenga with glass blocks. They need to have a sale and get rid of some of the junk that is just in the way. People can't buy things if they can't see them. Do like other thrift stores and figure out a way to identify how long something has been on the store floor, and then automatically drop the price after a month or whatever. I know you want to make as much as you can for the charity, but if people can't see what you're selling, they won't buy it. If you price it too high for your clientele, it won't sell either. You can't raise money for the charity by just hoarding stuff! I do want to point out that the women who work here are very nice!
