Meadow glen mall Medford Marshalls is trash. The employees are all equally rude, unprofessional, and completely dumb It usually takes at least 15 min in line when there is 4-5 registers open. They all speak to each other in a diff langue. The ones who are American look so angry, not one of them greet you with , "hi how are you" or anything close to a welcoming greeting that customer service should have. I was returning a pair of sunglasses $210, I purchased online. I read the return process on my email. All I had to do was show the barcode from my confirmation email, to make the return. The original cashier, said she would have to ask. She called the "manager" over(who had on sweatpants that were way too small, greasy hair and the most "I hate life" face. She didn't ask me or the cashier anything . She looked at the sunglasses and said "NO" and walked away. I had to explain 3more times while showing my phone that I was allowed to make the return. Finally the grub "manager" came back over and actually read my phone and just nodded her head to the cashier. I guess that meant, ok it's approved for return. The cashier did it and handed me my receipt. Not a "Thank you" "have a nice day" "sorry for the inconvenience or delay" such a shame this is now customer service read more

Had a terrible experience here. There was a line wrapping around the whole aisle and there were probably 8 people standing behind the counter, but they only had two registers open and both of them were doing returns that took forever. When I finally did get up to a register, the cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was annoyed by a beeping sound coming from one of the registers i guess, which I understand - but that doesn't make it okay to talk to customers rudely and abruptly, or to roughly throw the items they're buying into the bag and slam the bag down onto the counter. read more

Service: Lovely staff. They were patient and friendly. Selection: No complaints at all, there are tons of cute things sold at this store (even if you don't need anything haha, you will find something). Value: Prices are great for the quality/what you will come across in the store. I even noticed some of the things in this store are cheaper than Amazon. read more

I come to this Marshalls all the time and its pretty nice. The selection varies, sometimes its good and sometimes not so much. Workers are friendly and approachable. The only thing I would complain about is the line to the registers. I completely understand that it can get busy sometimes, but having only two people on registers when the line is crazy long is just not ideal. This Marshall's just opened back up and was so happy to get back to in store shopping. They are limiting capacity and everyone had masks. I needed clothes for working from home with a cat. Online ordering doesn't work well. I missed touching various fabrics. I also got great storage bins for organizing my closet space. The staff were great. They had no shorts on the rack and very limited pants for my size but overall happy with my experience. read more

I find it unusual for myself to leave a review of Marshall's, but the lady that rang up our order was just so nice. Not phony/corporate nice, she was very genuine. I'll revisit Marshalls not only for their great prices on Polo shirts (You Need to bring back a dress shirt section) but also due to the interaction with the person working the dressing room. Great store! They have brand names for clothes, accessories, makeup, and more. They have food here too and even dog toys. I love shopping here! The checkout line is usually a bit long and takes a while, but it's worth it. This store is fun! You can always find the coolest stuff. read more

This afternoon while walking through the Meadow Glen Mall we decided to stop in at this Marshalls location since we were on the hunt for some pants, shirts and children's clothing for a gift. When we walked into the store we were excited to see that they had a decent selection of clothing. Unlike some of the other stores in the area, this store was well organized and stocked. They had a huge selection of men's clearance, but the only area that was lacking was girls clothing. When it came time to try on some clothes, the employee at the fitting room was a bit cold. That being said, the fitting area was empty and it was an easy in and out. In the end, we found exactly what we were looking for and the prices here were comparable to all the other Marshalls we have been to. It's just a shame that it's in a mall that is slowly dying. read more

A lot of bad reviews here, but they all seem fairly old and inaccurate. Perhaps it's because I'm one of the few men clothes hunting at Meadow Glen (oops, I meant ghetto glen) that I have had a much better shopping experience. I know my sizes, I know what brands I like, and I know for what I'm looking. Given that mindset, this store is organized quite well. Every pair of pants on the rack has a color coded waist size number, and they keep it all more or less in order. Can't say that about many other similar stores around here. They won't always have something for me, but that's how a Marshall's works. The prices are at most reasonable - usually 50% off MSRP. Often even less. For the location and the store type, I'm fairly impressed by how well they keep it. read more

NASTY NASTY NASTY!!! I came here recently for old time's sake. This was my local mall back in my kiddie days. Ugh, it was depressing from beginning to end. I saw a jacket that looked nice, put it on and then realized it smelled weird! When I took it off, there were no tags attached and I realized - either someone bought this, wore it (A LOT!) and then returned it OR it's actually someone's worn jacket that they just took off and swapped for another jacket. This is a great marshalls, well less so for their clothes, and more so for their clearance homegoods. You see most shoppers at the ghetto glen mall are shopping for steals and deals to clothe their 6 month old, their 15 month old, their 24 month old and for their 33 month old. Needless to say the home goods section is great, items are marked down and marked down, and while many are focusing on clothes, I'm getting the real deals and my home is looking super sharp. read more

This is not my favorite Marshalls but Whatever. Today I went in mainly to do a return. The lines were long as usual but were moving so that wasn't a problem. I decided to buy some cleaning products so the cashier did my transaction as an exchange. After she completed my return I noticed she didn't credit all of my items. I brought it to her attention and her excuse was "she thought one of the items I was returning was part of a set". Even after I watched her check for a tag. She didn't think I was paying attention, and I'm sure it's not her first time. read more

I think this Marshalls is a hidden gem, it is not NEARLY as picked over as other Marshalls in more populated areas. I have found some really great finds here and whenever I go, I find something I didn't know I was looking for :) All in all, great buys at this store and the layout is easy. Yes there can be disorder with sizes in the wrong spots sometimes, or labels missing, but you just have to be patient to sift and you shall find something great! read more

Yelp says it all. "Meh. I've experienced better." This location just isn't that fabulous. This Marshalls location is in the dingy Meadow Glen Mall. There is a parking lot, food court and some stores. It seems like most of the stores in the mall have a discount or low-cost theme. I am totally a browser. I love looking through the racks of a store and milling around. I certainly wasn't interested in spending extra time in this store. If you're looking for a better location, I would recommend the TJ Maxx in Somerville (the one next to Christmas Tree Shop). The Home Goods in Chelsea is a good location as well. read more

Worst marshalls I have ever been to. Least to say will not be ever coming back to this store ever again. I waited in line for almost 20 minutes there was only 2 employees ringing with a line down complaining of the wait many even left the store. As soon as I approached the employee I told her I had a return of makeup still sealed with tape and told her I lost the receipt. She then proceeded to tell me that I couldn't return it without a receipt because there was no proof I could have tampered with it... I then thought even if I did have the receipt what proof would that have made that I didn't tamper with it even though they were sealed. I was so angry I grabbed my stuff and told her I would go else wear for this return because I have returned plenty of opened makeup products without a receipt and received a gift card. Needless to say I traveled to another marshalls ten minutes away and got my gift card. I would just like to express the lack of customer service in this awful store and save people time from coming here to make the same mistake I did.
