This is definitely a five-star store. However I rated it at four stars because of the limited selection of gift items. Everything is basically Boston-based so if you are a local or if you're visiting from just 100 miles outside of Boston none of these gifts would really be attractive to purchase as they are every day items for us. This store is fantastic if you are from out of state or international. At present time the parking in the garage is still free if you'd like to visit the gift shop. FYI the gift shop is located between the main lobby in the Rare Steak House.

They get a few of these and a few of those and a couple of this and a couple of that. Everything in the store is higher end products as you would expect from a fancy resort. The shoes and clothing that they have here are something that you would see on Rodeo Drive or a fancy store in Vegas. Everything is high end. And yes, the prices are very high also. But I believe it's a decent price for what you're getting. The best thing is you can use your comp points from the casino in this store. So basically it's free if you're gambling and you play a bit. I've gotten a lot of items, a few gifts for family members and a couple pieces of clothing. And believe it or not I scored a few nice pairs of sneakers here. Usually they stock sizes 6,7,8. I'm a 12 so I don't find many that often. But I have been lucky on a few occasions. The staff is always extremely professional and very, very nice. They will help you find different sizes help you purchase a gift they do have to help you for the jewelry and the sunglasses as they are locked up. Encore and your gambling and you actually earn a bunch of points. Definitely check this place out. You'll go home with a nice gift.

He went to old navy to pick up an order there (same company) with no trouble, but at Gap Factory an employee - named Holly - refused to release the items to him. My husband then offered to show her a picture of my photo ID, but she still refused. I then called the store directly, explained that he was my husband, and then offered to text a photo of our marriage certificate even though we have the same name, and she still refused. Here's where it gets even weirder: I called the 1-800 Gap customer service line, where they confirmed that my husband should be able to pick up my order (he has, in fact, picked up orders from this very same gap factory location before without issue). The corporate customer service staff then called the store to remind Holly of the corporate pickup policy, and she STILL refused to release my order! This whole ordeal has been a nightmare and I am now leaving for my trip without my jeans. Thankfully, corporate has gifted me a $40 gift card for my troubles, which I will use to purchase the same items for delivery to my home. I'm still reeling over this awful experience and I will never give this location my business again. Do yourself a favor and just buy online.

But overall, my experience was very good and despite the , small amount of staff because no one was coming to work according to the folks working there. My experience was really good. I will be back, but on a Sunday instead of a Saturday when I know there will be less people shopping. I also found a brand new favorite clothing company that I had never been aware of named Tailor Byrd. Their clothes are amazing and they fit very well. If you're here only once or twice a year make sure you stop in and use all your comp points prior to leaving the resort your points are only good for six months so use them up before you leave. Your Boston points are not good in Vegas. I want my cousin he left $50 on the table he could've went in and bought a sweatshirt or a bunch of candy and a bunch of cold drinks so make sure you utilize it before you leave the resort. As of right now parking is still free but I have noticed they put in a few gates so I believe they're ramping up to start charging again.

You need to get a staff member to open a case. Who has time for that? There used to be bustling lines of people as cashiers did their thing, and now customers are shunted to self-checkout, where a worker watches you do their job. In another world, where Target counts as "going out for the day" (I'm not quite ready for retirement) and not "a place I need to stop by to pick up a few things," I could see myself coming here for staples and weekly items. But, that time is not now. The atmosphere seems sad. The workers are focused on wheeling around large gurneys of product to stock the shelves. Do I really want to bother them to point to something behind glass and ask them if I could please have it? I'm not a child. If I want something, I should be able to place it in my cart and not have to look around to find someone to ask permission to have it. I remember when Target was "the" place to go to for a variety of things. Why did they have to make it harder to shop there? Ok - just read about the $500 million "shrink" due to theft. So, I guess that's a good reason. Someone smarter than me, I'm sure, has looked at the cost of theft prevention measures vs. the cost of losing customers, and here we are.
