They have a great selection of dresses from popular designers and are able to order the dresses in additional sizes, colors, etc. One of the strongest selling points for me is the staff. The girls are extremely knowledgeable and helpful (even the owner can be seen running around helping). While the staff is more than happy to pull styles, different sizes, colors, etc. to make the guest happy, they are not pushy or overbearing. They will drop the dresses off in your room and give you some space while you make your decision. You never feel rushed or pressured to buy. The prices are very reasonable (the selection includes sale dresses as well as consigned dresses) and they offer discounts for dresses purchased directly off of the rack. The store itself is adorable (bright pink curtains and fun zebra prints), clean, and growing (they recently expanded). Last time I was there they had cupcakes out to snack on while you shop. Yum!

Not only did the staff at the store help me find a beautiful dress, but the dress was also on sale! Ports & Company is also a supporter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Greater New England Chapter. They provide the clothing to the models in the "Fashion Plates" fashion show and fundraiser. My all-day meeting began at 9:00 am the next day in Boston. Clothing from Italy is located close to the meeting location, so I called them at 5:00 pm Eastern time (closing time for most businesses). I explained my problem. The (owner?) offered to make me a custom pair of pants, without a fitting session, if I would accept the results. Of course I would! He offered to adjust the fit later when I had more time. Unfortunately his tailor had just left for the day. He offered to call the tailor back to work. He even offered to deliver the pants to my hotel that night. Unfortunately I was staying 25 miles outside of Boston, and that just didn't work. Next time I visit Boston, I'm getting clothes at this place!

I had a video conference on 6/4/25 to review tuxedo measurements and my need date because I was flying out three weeks later. With no update by 6/15/25, I emailed Mr. Rubini regarding my concern about delivery time. With no response by 6/19, I called Mr. Rubini to cancel my order. He assured me he could get it to me in time and I signed/returned the rental agreement the next day. Mr. Rubini assembled and shipped the tuxedo that day, 6/20/25 - via USPS! The tuxedo was delivered to my house on 6/30/25, four days AFTER I left for Italy. I returned the tuxedo as soon as I got home. I requested a full refund from Clothing For Italy on 7/26/25. With a chance to do the right thing, Mr. Rubini did not respond. I hope you get better service with Clothing From Italy.

Turns out it was a Nicole Miller wedding gown, yes they had my size, no its wasn't cheaper than the favorite dress but we went to try it on anyway. We arrived at 5:30, the store closes at six. The associates had the dress ready to try on, and after seeing me go through the Nicole Miller bridal catalog, found another that I might also like. As I said, I didn't end up making a purchase, but was very impressed in the cheerful attitudes of the staff. Clearly they cater to customers' wishes. Items were a bit pricey for my wallet, but I know that if I splurge there, I'll be wearing the dress for years.

He helped me with finding something that would work for the groomsmen and went above and beyond to make getting them shipped to me easy. I also spoke with Tim, who was friendly, knowledgeable and a tremendous help. Today, retailers of any size seem to be so focused on the amount of the sale to increase profit, they forget about what the customer actual needs. Milton's is not like that in my experience.
